- YUKI (6/5): - カオサンど真ん中！ 屋台(服屋)の間にある為、画像で確認しておかないとわかりにくい場所です。 部屋は広めですが、殺風景。 バルコニー付きは喫煙できます。 カオサンど真ん中なので、朝方まで音は聞こえますが、カオサンで遊ぶには便利！ ホテル最上階(6F)にもバーがあります。 １泊2000円程度なので、荷物が置けてカオサンで遊んで寝る方なら良いと思います。 カオサンで私が泊まった安ホテルの中でスタッフが笑顔だったのはここぐらい。 シャワー水圧は低めですが、お湯は出ます。 金庫の使い方がわからず。 ドライヤーレンタルなし。 また泊まるかと聞かれると、他が空いてなかったらありかな〜、、、

- Michael (2/5): Horrible place to stay. - The most horrible place you can find. There is a discotheque bellow the hotel. It is not just noisy, even with noise cancelling headphones you can feel the basses. We needed to stay overnight for flight early morning. At 04:00am the show was still going on. The room is dirty with bugs, we found some dry excrements left next to the toilet door. Bedsheets were dirty and smelly. The receptionist tried to double bill us (we prepaid on the web), after some investigation late evening, the charge was refunded, nobody even apologized. We had another reservation at the same hotel a week after, luckily it was with a cancellation option.
- KUGJIN (4/5): 잠만 자기위한 용도의 숙박 - 새벽에 도착해서 아침에 체크아웃하는 용도의 숙박용도. 에매너티는 당연 기대하면 안됨. 침대 딱딱함. 단지 잠을 싸게 자고 싶은 여행자에게는 맞을 수 있음. 옛날 낡은 여관 느낌. 알고서 이런용도로 이용을 했지만, 다시 이용할 생각은 없음.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - 毎日きれいに清掃してくれて、バスタオル2枚と水が補充してあった。広くてカオサン通りに面しており便利でよかった。夜通しクラブの音が聴こえるが、フェス会場にいるみたいで楽しめた。 ホテル下のマッサージ屋さんはクーラーが効いてて、マッサージの腕もよく毎日利用していた。総合的に満足な宿です。
- Verified traveler (4/5): Cockroaches galore - We booked a last minute stay for 2 nights, most other hotels were fully booked so we weren’t left with much choice. We found loads of cockroaches in our rooms - our friend’s room even had a cockroach nest in the bathroom. When we mentioned this to staff at the hotel they didn’t seem to care much and made an attempt to sweep away the nest but when we returned to the room there was still part of the nest there. We could see the eggs and small cockroaches moving. We asked for a refund for the night and weren’t allowed. Overall the room was okay, bed rock hard making for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. But otherwise fine.

- Colin (8/5): Good enough hotel - The hotel is right in the heart of the Khao San Road but is fairly quiet from all the noise going on outside. The staff were very welcoming and the check-in process was good. I had to provide a deposit of 1000 baht for the key which was returned to me when I checked out. The room was of average quality but quite comfortable and the bathroom facilities were fine.

- Jess (8/5): Great location and clean hotel - Awesome place to stay and near all the action. The staff is cool and the place is kept well given its location. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be near all the bars and clubs. Its also convenient since we were able to run up to use the restroom any time we wanted. All the shops are located on the same street.

- Aisha (4/5): Party Hotel - Wir waren für 2 Nächte im Khaosan Park Hotel. Dies hat uns auch völlig gereicht. Wir wussten bevor wir da waren dasses eher laut sein würde, das hat uns nicht mal gestört. Das Hotel hatte ein eigenartiger Geruch im Gang und Lift. Im Zimmer war es eher schmudelig und nicht so sauber! Jedoch kann man für den Preis auch nicht viel mehr erwarten. Direkt an der Khaosan Road ist totale Party angesagt. Wer es ruhig mag der ist total fehl am platz.

- DuNich (6/5): Einfaches Hotel für kurzen Aufenthalt - Wir haben dort 2 Nächte verbracht, da wir auf Weiterreise waren. Für einen kurzen Aufenhalt war das einfache Zimmer (Bett, TV, kleines Bad) völlig ausreichend. WiFi lief wunderbar. Klimaanlage war ein bisschen laut. Tagsüber ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer, sobald der Abend anbricht, ist die Musik und der Verkehr von der Khao San Road allerdings zu hören. An einem Abend lief im nahe liegenden Club Live-Musik, welche schon lautstark zu hören war. Ohrenstöpsel lagen beim Empfang allerdings bereit ;-) Für Reisende, die nicht lange bleiben wollen, keinen besonderen Komfort brauchen und das lange Treiben bis in die Nacht mögen, kann ich es weiter empfehlen.
- alexander (10/5): Очень чистый и приятный отель. - Ребятки доброго времени суток всем,отель на мой взгляд замечательный,он немолодой но все чистенько и аккуратно,персонал просто молодцы,в номере сейф,холодильник,чайник,привет от отеля в виде кофе,кофе со сливками,чая,лапши.В общем все есть и без излишеств.Людям с претензиями там делать ничего.Их все будет неустраивать,учитывая цену которую я заплатил,я таки вам скажу это отличный отель за свои деньги.Теперь о мелочах которые будут раздражать требовательных туристов:вход в первый раз вам еще придется поискать,особенно в вечернее время суток он сделан в виде магазинчика прямо под вывеской отеля будьте внимательны,в отеле сейчас идет ремонт поэтому после десяти утра вы будете слушать музыку перфоратора,и да ночью там бывает очень шумно от музыки из баров.Но расположение,персонал,и цена на октябрь 2016 вне конкуренции.

Recepcja czynna całą dobę. Pokoje ładne, czyste i zadbane. W recepcji dostępne szampony i odżywki do włosów do wyboru w zależności od upodobań gości. Jedynym minusem był brak internetu w pokojach przez cały pobyt ze względu na awarię. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Polecam!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Khao San Road - Rezeption sehr freundlich entspricht nicht den Bildern, Baustelle und gibt keinen Garten, der sollte 1,5 Monate vorher fertig sein wars nicht. Wifi hatten wir auch nur sehr schlechtes und keines im Zimmer. Zimmer konnte man das brumen der Klimaanlage aus dem Nachbar Zimmer hören, war echt lauter als die Khao San road Musik.

The lobby area is being extended to include shops and a restaurant and the roof garden does not exist. I believe this is going to be an additional bar and a restaurant. Had I not received a good daily rate and paid in advance I certainly would not be staying.

- VLADIMIR (6/5): Отличный вариант для транзитного туризма - Приехали на пару дней по пути в Паттаю. Добраться от гостиницы до основных туристических мест оказалось не сложно, благодаря этому успели самостоятельно много посмотреть. Любителей тусовок порадует нахождение "на крыльце" целой улицы с магазинчиками, барами, массажными салонами и т.п. В лобби идет ремонт, номера не в идеальном состоянии. Но при такой стоимости проживания для кратковременной остановки отлично.

Nice hotel, had a few repair works going on but they try hard not to get in your way and it's located in a great place but khao San road is an area which has a night life so expect loud music until 3am in the area and you can hear it slightly from the room. The beds are a little hard but good to sleep on, staff are very friendly and welcoming.

- Robert (6/5): Perfect place to stay to party in Khao San Rd - The room was comfortable enough, as long as you intend to go out and party on Khao San Road. The room I had faced the street and was not so well insulated from the throbbing nightlife below. Not a problem for me, but might have been if I had to wake up early.

- F (8/5): Great hotel but not for light sleepers - I stayed at the hotel for three days and I liked having access to the tour company in the hotel. The hotel staff (except for one person) were incredibly helpful during my stay. I was lucky enough to have a room on the upper floors so I didn't really hear the music from the street but I know other guests weren't that lucky. Great hotel, it's conveniently located on Khao San Road.
- Bernd (10/5): Gutes Hotel direkt im Party-Viertel - Mir hat es hier gefallen. Großes Zimmer, großes Bad, AC, TV und Kühlschrank. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Das Bett sehr hart. Direkt im Party-Viertel, wer in einer ruhigen Gegend übernachten will, ist hier falsch. Die meisten Zimmer sind auf der Rückseite, dennoch hört man Musik. Ab etwa 2 Uhr ist aber bei den meisten Kneipen Sperrstund, ab dann ist sehr ruhig. Wer abends die KhaoSanRoad erleben will und ein schönes Zimmer will, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

- H (6/5): 夜は少しうるさい - 夜になるとバンドなどが始まるため、深夜まで結構うるさい。また、カオサン通りで飲んで帰ってくる外人旅行客が酔っぱらって暴れたりするため、静かなところに泊まりたい人はやめた方がよいとおもう。 また、蚊が非常に多く、毎日蚊を5～6匹やっつけないと、蚊に刺されて、かゆくて痛くて、うるさくて寝れない。これに関しては、窓を閉めているのに、どこから入ってきているかわからないため、部屋による可能性もある。

- Rosa (4/5): Quite good, but can't sleep - I came to the hotel in the evening, and I have heard about the loud party on Khao San road! Still wasn't enough prepared to it. After a long flight couldn't catch a sleep. So I dont recommend this if you want to sleep. I think the place is good for a party-going person. You have a bet, fridge and shower. Place was clean, maybe bit old stylish. Outside in the street are all the services for backpackers, like tourist infos, many food places etc. The personnel was friendly and helpful.
- Michael (8/5): Nice hotel with nightlife steps away - This hotel was clean, comfortable, in a convenient location, and had very friendly staff. Short walk (20 mins) to all the major attractions in the old city. This hotel is perfect if you want to enjoy the night life on Khao San Road. The music stops between 2-4 am. If you're a light sleeper who wants to sleep when the music is playing, this is not the hotel for you. We really enjoyed our stay.

(Door is half glass, lots of sunlight in the morning). Wifi could be much better, really unstable and weak signal. Overall worth the price!

The room was ready, very clean and lots of space, lovely hot shower, nice big bed with clean white sheets. Balcony was a nice surprise. Located at the Burger King end of Khao San rd, couldn't be more convenient. Highly recommended for a reasonably-priced treat after months in rough beach bungalows!

- Seanos (8/5): Nice clean room, no frills. - In the heart of Khaosan Road, near to all the action. Friendly staff remembered me from my previous stay, helpful and happy. Simple clean room with a mini fridge, clean WC (western type) and a small colour TV. Aircon worked well, Linen was clean and fresh. Bed comfortable enough. Can be a bit noisy at night as Khaosan is an eternal party so ask for a room at the back of the building. An overall positive experience.
- Mark (6/5): 2nd time and probably last - It was my second time and I had pretty good memories of a clean tidy basic room. It was as I had remembered largely, but seemed pretty unappealing this time. My room would have been pretty quiet if it weren`t for a bird which must have one of the most annoying calls in the world- can't blame the hotel for that, although if I were manager I would have that bird moved. The TV, which I enjoyed watching on my last stay, was just standard channels and apart from the occasional movie in English there was nothing but news to watch in English, and the TV was tiny.I did wander over and have lunch at another place on Khaosan and the courtyard restaurant had a great relaxed friendly vibe so will probably stay there next time.

To charge your phone you pick the fridge or the tv :p But if you want to party it's in a good location to return home safe, right in front of the after party club, next to McDonald's and 7/11

- india (8/5): Party central - Whenever I come to Bangkok and want to have a good time I always stay here. Yes you are right on the strip of khoa San road which means it's noisy BUT it is so close to everything.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Of course, if you choose to stay in Khao San Rd, you can't ecpect quiet environment and silent nights. But my room was opposite to the road and could rest good enough. A little bit poor breakfast. Annoying wi-fi: quite poor signal, had to login every time I got connected and the account expired every three days. Remember to carefully hold the deposit receipt: you won't receive the bht 1000 back if you can't exhibit it.
