The bath mat was filthy. I have not experienced that before. Pool not useable. Finding the entrance to get to the hotel is frustrating for anyone (gps couldn’t even find it) Tiny hidden hotel sign.

• JOHN (8/5): Honest review, with details - Loved the walk-in shower. However, for safety, it should have grab rails / bars inside. First time used, the floor was slippery, and there was no non-skid on the floor. This could become a legal liability issue if somebody falls. Breakfast was boring. Same-o, same-o, every morning x 5 night stay. Eggs, bacon .... Everything else was pre-packaged or individually wrapped. No "cooked" oatmeal, nor biscuits and gravy. Consequently, I went out to eat breakfast. My choice. Otherwise, my stay and quiet, clean, and comfortable. Given other choices in area, I would probably stay here again.

• Linda (7/5): Family weekend. - The staff was very pleasant and positive and willing to accommodate. The breakfast was acceptable. I really appreciated have fresh coffee or tea whenever I wanted it. Check in and out was a breeze. The pool was in need of attention. The water was green and the sides and bottom were in need of scrubbing, therefore we did not use the pool.

• LarryK33 (8/5): Nice basic hotel convenient to highways. - Staying again for first time in two years. As before thought the hotel was reasonably nice for the price. TV worked well, microwave and frig were pluses. Breakfast was nicer than expected, including waffles, bacon, and eggs the three mornings we were there. One of us has bad allergies, but the hotel does not allow pets, which was a relief. Requested room that was well cleaned (given allergies) and facing hill behind the hotel, both requests granted.

• Damien (2/5): - Expedia sold me a room that was not available. The front desk employee simply informed me that there were no rooms available and began to dismiss the issue. He only began to search for a room after I informed him that I had just proposed and I had my fiancé in the car waiting. The employee then accessed his computer to look for a room, left to check a room, then returned stating that there was another room available (not the king that I purchased through Expedia), and charged me $153.02 for that room. It wasn’t an upgrade charge to the room that I had already purchased; rather an entirely different charge as if I purchased 2 rooms. One of which was not available. I’ve requested from Expedia a return of my funds that were stolen by way of selling me a product that I never received because it was never available. This was handled terribly and I need it corrected as soon as possible.

I asked her for a cloth to pick up a spill that someone had spilled and was dripping on the floor didn’t want anyone to trip so I was going to clean it didn’t ask her to do it and she said with a attitude go ask the desk .They were busy so I used the napkins to wipe it up . She was just seemed very rude Sorry but it really bother me her attitude I work with the public every day and treat everybody the way I like to be treated. We all have a job that is very demanding and I understand but other the that great stay

• davidoW3493UF (6/5): Average Stay - I stayed here last year and didn’t have the greatest experience, but I decided to give it another try since it was the closest Marriott property to my location. The hotel is in a great spot, offering easy access to the interstate as well as many restaurants and shopping options. However, getting there can be a bit tricky, as the only turn into the property is about a block away, requiring navigation through the parking lots of several other businesses. I used mobile check-in, so I never had the opportunity to interact with the hotel staff. Reaching my assigned room was a bit of a challenge since maintenance chose to shut down the only elevator during peak check-in hours. Given that they appeared to be working on the elevator’s tile floor, it didn’t seem like an emergency and could have been scheduled for another time during the day. The room was modern, as the hotel had undergone a remodel within the past year or two. While the standard room was a bit small, it was still comfortable. Room cleanliness—my pet peeve—was okay. It was good enough not to warrant a complaint but certainly not an above-and-beyond effort. Overall, it was an average stay and an average experience.

• Karen (6/5): Stopover Hotel - The sheets on the pullout were stained. There was no housekeeping on the next day after arrival. Stayed Thursday through Saturday morning. The pool looked a little green. The food at the complimentary breakfast was mediocre at best. A bagel had mold on it. Best part was the waffle machine and muffins. It would be fine for a night while going further west or cannot finish the drive to the eastern part of PA. Not a destination, but there are places around to eat either fast food by Beaver Valley Mall or a few restaurants nearby.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Clean, Comfortable and Reasonably Priced - This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. We live locally, but enjoy an occasional night away from it all. We booked the king, executive suit on both occasions. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel itself has a modern, clean and new feel to it. The free breakfast was just average for a hotel of this class. The guest laundry, exercise room, and pool were small, but clean and well equipped. The hotel claims that the pool is heated; however, the water was too cold to even consider a swim. All in all, this hotel is comfortable, clean, and reasonably priced.
