- Phillip (9/5): Excellent stay and great location. - The staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and service great. Only a couple of minutes to the ski lifts. Cleaning off my car after it snowed was a nice and unexpected touch. Would stay again. My room was on the smaller side.

Souple sur l’horaire d’arrivée. Personnel agréable. L’établissement aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Les équipements et les peintures datent.

- Xinming (8/5): 很不错！ - 地理位置不错，从市区过来可以打车，但是回去根本打不到车，建议提前包车。离雪场很近，店家会开车带你去，我非常喜欢这项服务，这对于没有车的人是很必要的。早饭非常美味，，顺便说一下，晚餐也不错，披萨很便宜且非常好吃。窗外景观也非常好，离河边很近，可以去看风景。 我不太习惯床品，很多层，被子没有被套，让我感觉不太卫生。最后结账的时候多算了很多钱，虽然可能是无心之举，但我们讨论了很久去厘清。大家结账的时候可以仔细看一下。

- Josee (6/5): - The owners were nice, and the establishment was okay. We enjoyed hanging out on the communal balcony in the evening which had a nice view. But the hot tub was not in operation, our TV did not work, the full length mirror in our room was dirty, and the shampoo which I’ve used before in other hotels, was very watered down. I am not overly picky about room decor, but it was run down for the price. I also found it odd that the small town was celebrating its 350th anniversary, and owners did not know about it when I asked them about it. It was another couple who was staying at the hotel who informed us of the community celebration down the street, which included a band. I would have thought that the owners of a hotel in a small town would be aware of a significant milestone in their community - and inform their customers of this historic event.

I have searched my hotels indicating 3 kids and mentioned their age (5, 8, and 10). I have also stayed at 3 other hotels during this trip. When i was searching for this hotel, I remember there was a note, one kid could stay free in this hotel. But in real they have changed me. Additionally, I was looking for a hotel not too far away from tadoussac, QC. But according to booking.com Map this hotel appeared to be close enough but, in fact, it was 2 hours away. Breakfast was good but would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Quaint independent 3 story hotel - The breakfast included in the stay is basic, but cooked to order and the service is great. The outside patio was wonderful for morning breakfast in August. The bed in our room was a little tired and soft. We had a problem with a loud refrigerator running right next to the head of our bed, but they quickly rectified that situation when asked. The little town really grows on you and don't miss walking down to the wharf area. The views are amazing and the bike/walking trail through town was not crowded.

It is spacious, Tv in each room. Hot tub on the terrace is big. The family suite is below the restaurant room so it can be noisy as this is an old building.

It also helped that we went at the peak of fall foliage and witnessed miles and miles of fall colors on our way to the inn. - Judith (8/5): - Our room was on the 3rd floor so had to walk up 3 flights of very steep stairs. Most of the walls were slanted ie banged our heads a few times! If you’re tall don’t stay in room 6. Food was great, staff very friendly.

- Seth (10/5): Lovely little spot - Charming, intimate ski/tourism chalet, positioned in a tiny town on the beautiful St Lawrence river. Kind inn-keepers ready to help. It's a great place to stay if skiing Le Massif de Charlevoix (5 minutes away) or looking for a quiet getaway an hour from QC. Enjoy!

- Baldwin (10/5): Cozy stay close to Mont Massif - Delicious breakfast, cozy rooms and comfortable beds. Beautiful view and a very short drive to the mountain. Staff was very friendly. Hot tub was a plus!
- Huan (9/5): Overall, very happy with the stay. - The room is large, with two bedrooms. The bedding is cozy and comfortable, very clean in the bathroom. Very convenient to go to the ski resort, about 5 min driving. The breakfast included is very nice. The refrigerator area can be improved. We found the coffee cups are not so clean.
- Tuttle (10/5): Fantastic! Will stay and again. - The hosts are an older couple. They checked us in, cleaned and cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner. They spoke very little english but were fun and laidback. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely comeback again! This is not about the place. Booking.com has the wrong price for the 6 person room. The price set is for 4 people (even if you say it’s for 6 people). A week before we arrived they reached out and said that it will be an extra $50/person per night. We were able to work it out, however booking.com should pay them the balance. It is unfortunate that the website has the incorrect price and the really sweet host should not have to suffer.
