- Denis (6/5): Rooms were good but needs added facilities like a bar , or dinner restaurant - Good location No bar or restaurant. Also , when I booked it was known as Celecton Premier hotel and yet I was not advised it became a Holiday Inn which created a lot of confusion trying to find our hotel.

- SHIGEO (2/5): ホテルもこちらもシステムエラー - ロケーションは充実。 湖畔沿いの散歩コースなど整備されていたら良いと思う。 経営が変わって今のホリデーインになってからなのか、システムエラーでチェックインに45分待ち。 フロントに2名体制で順番待ちと順番割り込みが乱立して、フロントサイドもシステムエラーの説明もなく、チェックイン時に「システムエラーで…」って…。 何の45分待ちなのかよく分からず無駄な時間を過ごしました。外で食べる晩御飯の予約も無茶苦茶になりました。

- ?? (10/5): - チェックイン時に、私の予約に問題があることがわかりましたが、快く変更に応じてくださりとても親切な対応でした。ホテルのすぐ近くに飲食店やイオンなどお店が充実している割に、ホテル内はとても静かで落ち着いた時間を過ごせました。朝食ブッフェは予想以上にメニューが多く、大変満足いく内容でした。レストラン内から見える緑が綺麗で、朝からとても癒されました。また三田市に伺う時はぜひ宿泊したいと思います。
- 山中 (7/5): とてもお手頃な価格で宿泊できたので全体的には良かったです。 - 受付の方がすごく丁寧で話し方や対応が良かったです。館内はとても清潔で綺麗でした。 部屋の電気が暗すぎてヘッドライトとフットライトルームライトが１つでずっとスイッチなど探したのですが見当たらなくフロントに聞くとないとのことでした。メイクなども部屋内で出来ず困りました。暗すぎる。 あと気になったのは室内の冷蔵庫の温度が低いのか飲み物を冷やしても冷えきらず取り出しても水滴が出てこないような感じでした。近くでケーキを買い入れましたが次の日でもぬるく微妙でした。夏場は冷やしてほしい。節電なのかな〜と家族と話してましたw

- Satoko (5/5): 今回は予定変更がかなりあったため、何回か予約を変更、取り直しましたが AIが値段を決めているのか毎回値段があがっていったため、当初の予定より高くつきました。 - スタッフの方は全体的に親切でした。お掃除の方もきちんと立ち止まって毎回挨拶をしてくださり、とても好印象でした。 ホテルと電車の駅が連結しているのもとても良い点だと思います。 かなり都会の中心から離れてるのに部屋の小いささにびっくりしました。二人、収容可能とある部屋を予約しましたがベッドはシングルに枕が二つ置いてあるだけ、部屋のサイズもシングルサイズで、スーツケースも開けられないくらいのサイズでした。カップルの場合は多少料金をはらってプレミアムを申し込むほうが良いと思います。
- Satoko (7/5): Overall we are very happy to stay this hotel. We will book it again. - It was so close to the public transport and shops. It was amazingly convenient but surrounded by nature. The room was soo small, we didn’t have a space to open our suitcase without using the bed.

- Satoko (7/5): ベッドと部屋がとてもせまかった（郊外というロケーションからも 部屋が大きいことを期待していました。）こと以外は満足でした。 - スタッフの方は皆さん感じよく、気持ちよく滞在させていただきました。 シングルベッドを二人用として販売するのはどうかと思いました。大きな大人二人だととてもシングルベッドに二人寝ることはできないです。

- Dora (10/5): - We loved the hotel experience, spacious, well decorated, good smelling, calm classical music playing in the background and an insane view. It felt like a fairy tale. The room was nice, roomy, tidy and I specifically loved to have body lotions and hair brushes. It is a must visit place! Sanda is beautiful and the best scene is in front of you from Celecton's balcony. The staff is helpful and kind. It is worth walking around the hotel and the park too. The cake set is amazing! You can order it from the reception which works as a cafe too. The breakfast was poor selection and mainly thought from the point of view of a Japanese palate.

- MIYUKI (6/5): - 4日前の急な予約でしたが、取れて良かったです。 新しいホテルではありませんが、清潔で気持ち良く過ごさせていただきました。 ホテル前にイオンやロピアやコンビニがあり、ちょっとした買い物には不自由しません。 近くに観光地が無いのは了解していましたが、観光パンフレットが置いてあればと思いました。
