- Alicia (7/5): If you don't plan on being in your room for anything but sleeping, it's great. - I liked the cleanliness. It was very charming. There was a party nearby with loud music and it kept me up most of the night. The room was extremely small and the bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen. You basically had to sit on the toilet to get around the sink in order to get into the shower.

After arrival, the room was a little stinky (strange smell). There is no kettle/boiler with tea and coffee, but you can ask for one. The walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbor from the next room.

- Eric (8/5): Très bien pour le marathon de Paris mais il faut vraiment revoir les toilettes. - L’emplacement et l’accueil. Le lit petit mais confortable. La salle de bain et surtout les toilettes indignes d’un 3 étoiles. La chasse d’eau empêche d’ouvrir l’abattant qui est donc appuyé sur votre dos quand vous êtes assis sur le trône : très désagréable. L’accroche de la douchette est à moitié cassée.

During booking I was shown a bigger room,but we were provided smaller rooms. Basic amenities like water was also not provided in the room.No soaps, no shampoo and no dental/ shaving kit was provided.

Bars, restaurants, shops and the metro nearby. Breakfast was nice too, not a huge variety, but good and fresh. Lovely lady working there at breakfast. The room is very small, but the worst are probably the paper-thin walls. Luckily, the American ladies in the room next to me went to sleep at 11pm and I heard their alarm go off at 8am :-) But I could hear every word of their conversation.

- Mikhail (9/5): - Отель находится в 15 минут ходьбы от Эйфелевой башни, что является несомненным плюсом в таком расположении. Сам отель небольшой, имеет лифт для промежуточных этажей, а это уже помогает, если у вас тяжелый чемодан. Номер на одного небольшой, о чем также дополнительно предупреждает сотрудник ресепшена. В номере имеется всё, что нужно для проживания, а также есть раздельный сбор мусора. В целом весь отель за поддержку зеленого нейтралитета (не удивляйтесь картонным плечикам). Завтрак скромный, но вкусный. Обязательно возьмите кофе, он того стоит! Рядом с отелем имеется массажные салоны, а также 3 минутах ходьбы супермаркет. Голодным вы не останетесь Шумоизоляция оставляет желать лучшего, но сразу же сказать, эти шумы есть только до 9 вечера и от других жильцов. А так в целом тихо в номере и всём отеле.

L’hôtel est très confortable, calme et idéalement situé, mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est la qualité de l’accueil. Mention spéciale à Wagner, le réceptionniste, pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse, à Kmel, ainsi qu’à la dame qui s’occupait du petit-déjeuner, toujours souriante et attentionnée, même si je n’ai malheureusement pas retenu son nom. Une expérience vraiment agréable, je recommande vivement cet établissement ! Pas de restau disponible

The special room I was in had a bath that drained the jets, I unfortunately used it very late not knowing this, so worried me at first that something was broken and then I felt horrible for the rooms around me. - Layton (9/5): Brilliant! - Great location, walking distance to tourist attractions including the Seine and Eiffel Tower, easy walk to train station. Quiet neighbourhood and other visitors were quiet and friendly. We were amazed how quiet it was, especially at night. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and neat, with everything needed for our stay. The beds and pillows were comfy. The staff were welcoming, generous, fun and friendly. We stayed 3 nights, our first three nights of our once in a lifetime European holiday with our family of 4 (two teenagers) and we were so pleasantly surprised by our choice.
