• William (2/5): Tromperie sur les photos et grosse déception. - Le personnel était gentil et semblait gêné. Mais ce n'est pas du tout l hotel où on a été. Le nom est le même mais l'adresse est differente. Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à ça. Déception Photo pas en accord avec la réalité. Les chambres vétustes. Pas confortable. La piscine est dangereuse car le carrelage autour de la piscine n'est pas approprié pour un carrelage d'extérieur. Extrêmement glissant et coupant. Dangereux et on etait avec des enfants en bas âge. Et l'eau de la piscine etait surement en surdosage de produit car les yeux piquaient a en devenir insupportable.

• רשתי (9/5): Good value for price and best stuff! - The staff was the best!! There was a cute girl at the reception who always greeted me with a smile and answered all my needs. And there was another cute guy who always helped and asked how I was!! I have never met such kind staff anywhere else!! The cleaning staff was kind and the room was always clean, new towels every day and bottles of water. The room was large and spacious and the air conditioning worked so well - it was great on such hot days! No complaints about this accommodation… There is a large yard downstairs and scales and even swings, it is quiet in the morning and the sound of birds is pleasant and the location is great within walking distance of restaurants, a grocery store and the old town. I loved it very much. Recommend!!! There were cockroaches in the room sometimes and in the hallway at night there were small lizards and mosquitoes. But the hotel is located near bushes and trees, so I have no complaints.

The location was good but as woman on her own at night would be very scary walking down lane way The fake grass was very dangerous it has completely lifted so huge trip hazard. The photos on booking.com look nothing like the hotel.. I understand it is cheap and I have stayed in many cheap hotels. This was not a 3 star hotel. The kitchen had cockroaches everywhere. The kitchen was crawling with them. Place needs a very good clean. The cleaners do their best, however, it is not enough. Certainly not the cleaners fault

• Nicola (8/5): A good basic hotel, the staff were wonderful - We liked the location of Paradise Hotel, it’s just outside of the ancient town but walkable and easy to get a Grab if you want to go a bit further. The staff were really lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. The rooms were clean and the hot water and air con worked well. The breakfast was ok, nothing amazing but still good to have available onsite. The hotel looks a little rundown, but it’s clean and well located.

• Justine (4/5): Disappointing stay in Hoi An - The staff was very nice, understanding and helpful The pictures shown on Booking.com are over 10 years old and do not reflect the current state of the property (especially the garden and pool area), which was heavily impacted by the recent floods. The room was ok but not super clean (dust on the floor, clogged shower) and looked quite old compared to the pictures. The gap between our expectations and the reality was huge, leading us to shorten our stay in the hotel. However, the staff was great and facilitated the shortening of our stay.

Im Zimmer war an mehreren Wänden Schimmel, der vermutlich schon mehrfach überstrichen wurde. Es roch entsprechend muffig/modrig. Schon vor dem Hotel lag Müll rum und das ganze Grundstück war nicht schön, nicht gepflegt. Wir werden es ganz sicher nicht mehr buchen. Uns ist schleierhaft, wie die Bewertungen zustande kommen.

• Nikolaus (2/5): - Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer in dem man uns unterbringen wollte war völlig schimmelig, feucht und hat extrem gestunken. Siehe Bilder. Als wir dann nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt haben wurde das zwar sofort vom netten Rezeptionisten geklärt und gelöst aber alleine der Fakt, dass wir zuerst in dieses Schimmelzimmer gebracht wurden ist erschreckend. Außerdem sind die Fotos des Pool und Außenbereich hier auf Booking komplett fake, entweder mit Photoshop oder AI. Siehe Bilder.

• Светлана Минина (10/5): Paradise - Неновый отель в старых традициях. Мы жили 8 дней в номере на 3 этаже. Есть лифт. Номер двухместный, достаточно большой. Мебель добротная деревянная в темных тонах. Кровать большая, удобная. Спалось хорошо. В туалетной комнате есть зубные щётки, шампунь, гель. Бассейн большой, хорошей глубины. Завтрак - шведский стол. Очень хороший для отеля 3 звезды. Отель расположен в тихом месте, но недалеко от главных улиц, везде ходили пешком. Персонал выше всех похвал! Ребята на рецепции внимательны, доброжелательны,очень стараются помочь во многих вопросах даже личного характера. Особенно запомнился Phú. Лежаки у бассейна неудобные.

• harry (5/5): Nice but the pictures don’t reflect the standard - For a budget hotel this was really good however the pictures to not reflect the standard of living here. Our room was cleaned and clean. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff were so helpful and really lovely. Would stay here again but would want it to be cheaper Quite dilapidated, pool was uncomfortable to lounge around with steel loungers and no cushions, the rooms were basic and a bit sad but with working ac and a balcony.

• sylviane (9/5): - Super accueil du personnel qui est a l.ecoute est très intentionné. Petit déjeuner copieux. Emplacement proche de la vieille ville. Calme car il n'y a pas de circulation proche.
• Camila (10/5): - This is an incredible hotel and the staff are wonderful. I would definitely come back again. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. They even allowed me to extend my check-out because they had rooms available, which I really appreciated. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast included was amazing. I would especially like to give a big thank you to Phu, who was incredibly kind and helpful. I would come back a thousand times!
• Aleksandra (9/5): - Zaskakująco ładne i nowo urządzone pokoje. W końcu obsługa która mówi po angielsku (!). Śniadania w porównaniu z innymi miejscami wypadają na prawdę dobrze. Basen robi robotę! Lokalizacja dobra- z dala od zgiełku centrum, ale nadal blisko na spacer na stare Miasto Zatkane odpływy w prysznicu przez co miałam notorycznie powódź łazienki.
• Graeme (6/5): Would like to go back after renovations and try again due to manager and staff. They were great. - Breakfast was ok. Positioned close to old town easy walking distance. Quiet area. Staff and manager were all very friendly and helpful. Photos did not match reality, obviously taken a long time ago. Internet in my room was not good, always dropping out. To be fair manager told me that they had been badly effected by recent storms and floods and that they will soon be doing a major renovation.

• Victoria V (5/5): Mediocre hotel… bring lots of VND to pay your bill. - Located in a quiet area away from busy main street but still near restaurants, shops and bars. Phu is such a pleasant, friendly and always helpful. This hotel is lucky to have such an exceptional person in their staff. Misrepresentation by omission of payment method during reservation and check-in. Not until near check out time was I told I can only pay in cash, no credit card. Then I was told to go to the ATM to get VND to pay them. One plus hours of my time I will not get back, haggling over paying my bill.
• Geneviève (6/5): False advertisement- AI ++ - Nice location, quiet but still close to the center and nice staff. Most pictures are AI generated and it’s really big false advertisement which I think is unacceptable. It’s not small changes, it’s really different from the hotel.
• Dwaipayan (10/5): - Very friendly staff. Breakfast food was very good. Room was clean and big. Location of hotel was excellent. Walking distance from the ancient town and the lantern boat ride.
• Loane (7/5): La localisation est top - Le localisation est top, le petit déjeuné est bien complet, le lit est confortable, personnel très gentil Chambre un peu humide, il faut seulement faire attention car les 1er photos de la piscine sont dans le futur. Elle n’a pas encore te rénovée

• Samia (8/5): Très attentionné - Le personnel très aidant et gentil vraiment présent tout mon séjour et attention particulière pour mon anniversaire. Localisation, petit déjeuner et calme tout était parfait surtout très central. Et très bon qualité prix. Indépendant de l’hôtel mais La rue qui mène à l’hôtel, le soir je n’arrivais pas à la prendre en marchant car petite ruelle sombre mais en scooter parfait.
• Mikael Munk (10/5): - Great hotel in Hoi An. Its a little dated looking, but for the price its very good. The staff was extremely friendly, the best i have experienced in many years. Happy to come back and stay there, the next time im in Hoi An. There could be a wall seperating the toilet from the shower, so it doesn't get wet everytime you shower.
• Xuân Bằng (9/5): Hội An cảnh vật quá đẹp và con người siêu thân thiện, dễ thương, dễ gần. - Nhân viên lễ tân siêu nhiệt tình. Chăn ga sạch sẽ thơm tho. Dịch vụ giặt quần áo nhanh, gọn, có tâm. Đồ ăn sáng ngon và khá đa dạng món. Có cả cân hành lý cho ai đi máy bay. Phòng rộng rãi hơn mình nghĩ. Đường đi vào khách sạn hơi gập ghềnh. Nhưng chỉ 1 đoạn khoảng chục mét thôi ạ.

L'hotel est vieux, triste, mausade. Heureusement il est bien placé. On nous fait croire sur le site qu'on va avoir un hotel de luxe, et que le prix est cassé.... mais en fait ça ne vaut meme pas le prix qu'on a payé
