• Rajind (10/5): Very good stay, will come back . - Great location close to Reneh Metro walking distance, and close to the air port. Staff was good they gave us early checkin. This was my 2nd visit.

• Hussain (10/5): - I must say the stay exceeded my expectations. It was my first time travelling to China and I was honestly worried how would an online booked hotel turn out to be. The front desk and staff were courteous and also helped us navigate through the city. They were always one call or text away from helping us. Would recommended this stay to anyone who is planning to stay near Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. They also provide free airport shuttle service!

• Tatiana (9/5): - Близость к аэропорту, нужен был номер только на ночь. Взяли на 3-х взрослых люкс. Номер большой, две кровати односпальная и двуспальная. Есть одноразовые средства личной гигиены. Очень удобный матрас. Так как приехали в отель уже поздно вечером, то поесть было негде, все закрыто. Понимали что так будет, взяли с собой бутерброды. Хотели попить чай, вода в бутылках была, а вот чай, всего два пакетика зеленый и черный. В коридоре и в номере ощущается запах табака. Ну на одну ночь остановится нормально.

• Puhachova (9/5): - A wonderful place for staying for a few nights. It’s close to the airport and the shuttle bus from and to the airport is available. There are plenty of cafes and a nice shopping mall nearby. The staff is helpful, the room is clean enough with a good shower

Понравился завтрак, есть что выбрать. Хороший и приветливый персонал. Рядом с отелем есть неплохой торговый центр, ресторанчики и макдональдс). Договорились о трансфере, бли накладки со стороны отеля, долго ждали машину, в итоге свободного времени почти не осталось, т.к. были проездом в Китае. Достаточно далеко от центра, добираться на метро до центра около часа.

• Hong (10/5): Great stay! Close to the airport! Close to metro and restaurants - We only stayed for one night as we were flying the next day. I needed a room that could fit 3 people so we stayed in the Suite room that consisted of 1 double bed and 1 large double bed. We arrived at the hotel by taking the train to Guangzhou railway station and then taking the metro to Renhe station which is the nearest station to the hotel. Took Line 2 to Jiahewangang from Guangzhou South railway station and then Line 3 to Renhe (almost 1 hour journey). The hotel notified me on Booking.com to exit via C1 and just go straight ahead. You cannot miss the hotel. It is only a couple mins walk from the Renhe metro station. At the front of the hotel it actually says Funyard Select. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was spacious which included amenities. We did have an issue with the toilet not really flushing. We notified reception and they got someone to fix it straight away. The hotel has many shops and restaurants nearby which is great for eating out or doing some last minute shopping. There is also a street full of street food which is great to try different types of Chinese snacks/food. The price of the room also included breakfast and airport transportation. The breakfast was a Chinese buffet which had a few dim sum, desserts, noodles, rice, bread and congee. There was a separate kitchen which looked like they did other meals to order but we did not have enough time to preorder any meals. We did arrange for 10am airport transportation and the driver came on time. It was a 10-15 min drive to the airport with no traffic. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again!

From the driver who picked us up and took us to the airport (15 minutes) , front desk staff and even the staff who prepared the wide variety breakfast buffet were all very very nice. We were very impressed with their attentive and professional service 😀. The room had an open window which allowed fresh air in, this was really good as we didn't even need to turn on the air-conditioning. For non smokers , unfortunately there are smokers not abiding by the rule and smoke inside their room. There are signs throughout the hotel saying 'No smoking' but we can still smell it in the lifts/corridors. Luckily our room didn't have any smoking smell.
• Kathleen (9/5): Excellent for a short restful stay and highly commendable staff! - Excellent customer service, the team tried their best to communicate with us; ensuring their translation application ready to ease communications. The shuttle service was also on point, even utilizing an advanced car model to accurately pick-up and drop-off guests as part of the service. The requests for quiet room, reconfirmation for toiletries, etc. were well provided, and the breakfast option for a boutique hotel is very considerate! Overall, top-most advantage of the hotel is its team being well-communicable and presentable. Stayed only for a few hours to rest and all requests were kindly accommodated! The name of the hotel is Fun Stay, they can be easily looked up via Apple Maps; they are well situated along main roads which make overall commute convenient. Pedestrian crossing, and as it was said based on maps / other guests, train station are both nearby; convenience store across the street is also accessible, and there is a drinks vending machine on the ground floor. Finally, payments may be made via Alipay / Weixin Pay for overall seamless transactions! No windows, but it was all good provided the location (GZ area near airport itself, due to location infrastructure/developments) outside was in general smoggy; it was a bonus that the supposed window (wall) was with an extra viewing screen (large projector screen with function projector, apart from the large television) where guests can enjoy some time watching.

• Jack.c. (9/5): Short Stay Near Airport - about 20mins drive or a few metro stops away from the airport. After coming out of the station it's only a short walk to the hotel. They do offer free airport pick-up and drop-off services which is great. - if you want to eat something nearby there are options. - the staff at reception was friendly and helpful. - my room was of decent size and clean. The bed was large and comfy. There are free bottles of water and if you need more you can just ask. my room had a slight odour when I first entered so I just opened the window for a couple of hours before I headed out. - I did overhear another guest at the reception asking for a room change due to smell of smoke in their room. - it is right beside a busy road with constant traffic but it didn't bother me perhaps I was really tired after my flight. - saw stains on carpet in the hallways as other reviews have mentioned, but my room itself was quite clean and didn't spot anything. - thin walls: occasionally heard voices coming from outside of my room in the middle of the night.

• Maria (8/5): Pleasant surprise - I made advance arrangements W the hotel for their free shuttle bus and I just had to find someone from the airport to call them when I arrived. The location is great but a good 15-20mins drive from the airport. The bed is quite comfy and I loved the round vanity mirror which came W an extra light. I also loved the universal power outlets - super handy! They gave me a smoking room and you can smell the faint stench in the room. I'm a non-smoker.

• Ankhzaya (9/5): Overall, it was a great place for us to rest during our overnight transfer. - It was conveniently close to the airport, and the shuttle bus service was quick and efficient, taking about 20-25 minutes. The staff were also very responsive and considerate. Somehow, the window didn’t close properly, so it was a bit noisy since the room faced the main road. The staff kindly provided earplugs and even offered us the option to change rooms, which was great.

Location is fine if you are looking for food choices. Nice mall on exit C of Renhe metro station ..has good choices to have dinner or lubch and to have some gifts... to whom who like to discover more about Chinese and street food ..you can find enough choices on the main street around. Noise comes from the main street in case you decide to have room with window. A bit far from the city center.

I wish I'd known that, so I wouldn't spend too much on taxi. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in elevator. Breakfast was mediocre.
