- sergio (1/5): El peor hotel de mi vida y eso que e estado en lugares muy humildes pero limpios y con buen trato - Nada, la verdad un asco, todo sucio, primero cuando llegue me dieron una habitación diferente a la de la reserva, horrible, la heladera no funcionaba, pedí que me la cambiarán, lo hicieron pero la habitación que me dieron también era horrible, todo mal estaba en mal estado, me dió la impresión que este hotel estuvo abandonado varios años y retomaron el funcionamiento hace poco, la ducha no funcionaba bien, todo viejo y en mal estado, no tenía la lavadora que tenía que tener(eso no me molestó tanto) olor a humedad y suciedad, me termine cambiando anoche a otro hotel que un amigo me reservo y me fui a pasar la noche ahí dejando mis valijas en el hotel y volviendo hoy a la mañana a buscarlas, la peor experiencia de mi vida Todo, totalmente no recomendable, un desastre, nunca ví un hotel tan sucio y abandonado, por suerte me pude cambiar a un mejor hotel y salir de ese basurero que se hace llamar hotel, no entiendo como Booking puede ofrecerlo, de hecho estoy molesto por qué confíe en la plataforma y fuí a un lugar que debería estar clausurado, espero que está queja llegué a alguien para que lo saquen de su plataforma

- Muhammad Sultan Shahid (1/5): Wouldn’t recommend I’m surely not coming back much much better options available. - The only thing decent about this property is the location to the Canton Fair Expo. Otherwise it’s an ad with makeup done. As soon as we entered the room me and my companions were staring at each other we usually stay in individual rooms but the ratings here were decent so decided to stay together. Room was full with mosquitos dirty sheets and the blanket for the sofa bed didn’t even have a sheet so ended up with 2 people on 1 bed to share the blanket. Staff on the reception is rude hangs up the call before we finished talking and attended to us abruptly so we would just leave. Absolutely 0 amenities and the room has a weird strong smell of like a water leak in the walls. Room barely even had any tissues or towels. Rating was showing 4 diamonds it was more like a 2 star. Also many many other customers were in the lobby getting upset over multiple things it’s one large building with 4-5 different agents who have rented out Appartments under different hotel names.

Personale: abbastanza scortese, non parla l'inglese, da indicazioni non corrette Pagamento: la mattina del soggiorno mi avevano prelevato una parte del pagamento e al check in hanno voluto che pagassi l'intero prezzo (spiegandomi poi che il prelievo era stato annullato poco prima del mio arrivo). Inoltre hanno chiesto la cauzione che non era specificata durante la prenotazione Struttura: tutto è molto disordinato e sul mio piano, nel corridoio, c'erano lavori in corso Camera: Pulizia pessima, quintali di polvere, le finestre sporchissime, mobili danneggiati
