• Ioan (10/5): Excelent destination - The hotel is new with beautiful, spacious rooms and large glass walls opening to lovely balconies. The staff were excellent and very attentive to detail. The cuisine was outstanding, with a great chef preparing delicious dishes, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel also provides well-organized transportation to the ski slopes. Excelent for ski in march!

Staff is outstanding -- my dinner waitress [Isamel] speaks 5 languages fluently, has a Masters degree in international business, and is very easy on the eyes. Hotel offers a collection of reading glasses for reading the menu [in case you forgot yours] -- this was something I've never encountered before in my travels. Parking underground is tight, but so is everywhere else in Europe. Short walk to ski lifts. 25 min walk to Vallunga Valley trailhead [well worth seeing]. Highly recommend.

They upgraded my room, accommodated my dog and food allergies, even packed a lunch for me for when I drove to a further destination for hiking. All the local hiking is around the Rosengarten part and is stunning. You’re close to Alpe di Suise and Seceda. Looking forward to returning to this region and this hotel. Loved my stay there 🙏❤️
• Laura (10/5): - This hotel was an all around wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, the amenities provided were great. The staff was incredibly helpful and eager to answer questions. The location is also great, in a quiet town with walkable access to markets and restaurants. A nearby city, Bolzano, is an easy drive to get a more metropolitan experience. There are several interesting hikes close to the hotel, I recommend driving to Alpa Di Suisi for breathtaking views. I would absolutely stay here again!

Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten einen grandiosen Ausblick, der jeden Morgen für einen perfekten Start in den Tag sorgt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist äußerst reichhaltig. Auch das Abendmenü lässt keine Wünsche offen und verwöhnt mit kreativen Gerichten aus der regionalen Küche. Der Bar- und Loungebereich lädt am Abend zum Verweilen ein und bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Insgesamt war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. The large glass windows that look out to the balcony are a nice touch; allowing a large unobstructed view of the mountains. The TV in the room is small and far from the bed. Eventuell Kopfhörer mitnehmen, da in relativer Nähe Aggregate sind - beim Frühstück fehlte mir (ist ja subjektiv) Rühreier Die Gegend und das Hotel ist für mich mindestens noch eine Reise wert ☀️

Everything was clean and tidy and set perfectly to maximum comfort. we wanted to stay an additional day as we really enjoyed it, unfortunetly our beloved dog got ill and we cancled the rest of our holiday and went home, the staff was really understanding of the situation and we are greatfull for that.

• Christina (8/5): Very good - Beautiful views from the hotel. Nice location for hiking and visiting the surrounding area. Large balcony. Area around the pool is very tight (only 3 lounger chairs - the rest are spread out in the lawns around). Take note there is no AC in the room - in the summer it can get very very hot (they did give us a little fan to help cool down). Huge room but felt a little empty with a tiny sofa and coffee table. Food was less impressive compared to other hotels we stayed at in the zone over a 2 week period. If you want to dine outside, you have to arrive to dinner excessively early (Italians are not used to eating so early...)

Es liegt 30 Minuten von Bozen und 40 Minuten von Meran entfernt oben in den Bergen mit wunderschönen Aussicht . Viele Ausflugsziele befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles auch mit dem Bus zu erreichen , welcher kostenlos alle Touristenziele anfährt. Ein erholsamer ruhiger Urlaub ist garantiert , umrandet von leckerem Essen und freundlichem Personal. • F.B. (8/5): Zweckmäßig und Sauber - Zweckmäßiges Hotel. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Allerdings nicht in umittelbarer Nähe der Skigebiete. Bsp Seiser Alm ca. 20 bis 25 Minuten. Wir hatten Halbpension. Essen würde ich in die Kategorie gute Hausmannsküche einordnen mit Italienisch sowie Südtiroler Küche.

Staff sorted me some food when I turned up extra late on Saturday night too. It's not flashy, but it's clean and tidy and the atmosphere was excellent. As was the breakfast.
