• Madina (10/5): - Мы остановились в самом центре, внутри старого города, отсюда все в шаговой доступности, и набережная, и музеи, и фуникулер, много ресторанов с местными блюдами. В отеле завтраки были отличные, вкусные, свежие. Особенно понравился персонал, номера постоянно каждый день убирают, заправляют постель, добры приветливы, все подскажут. Соотношение цены и качества.

• Elena (10/5): - Номера небольшие, уютные. Белье чистое, уборку делают каждый день. В номере есть холодильник и кондиционер. Некоторые номера с балконом. Завтрак на террасе с великолепным видом на город и море. Завтрак хороший, по домашнему. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый. Отель в самом сердце старого города, рядом рестораны, магазины, кофейня. Расположен в тихом месте, не слышно суеты туристов. В пдень прибытия нам отказал забронированы ранее отель, здесь нас встретили и подобрали номера под наши условия. Рекомендую, отель хороший, соответствует ожиданиям и атмосфере старого города.

• Alibayeva (10/5): Когда заселилась, немного внутренний шок испытала. Что в таком номере придется жить почти 2 недели. Просидела 1.5 часа в - Локация удобная. Разрешают заселяться в любое время. Все. Номер был очень старый, ободок унитаза треснутый. В комнате был балкон (номер делюкс) и вид на дворик, где очень грязно. Стены заляпаны, сыро в номере, в душе протекала вода по полу. В общем, очень необходим ремонт. Завтрак не пробовала, но очень скудный. Реальная комната вообще не соответствовала фото в Booking
• Darwin (10/5): The most beautiful view in Old Town. - The staff was incredibly friendly, and the view was beautiful, both from the rooftop and the room. The continental breakfast was delicious (not a buffet). It's the best p/value hotel in the Old Town, perfectly located. Thank you so much for everything. It's best to pay in cash; it's easy to withdraw from the ATM at the airport. 100% recommended. When I return to Baku, I will definitely stay here again. It doesn't have an elevator, but the description says it does, so I already knew that when I booked. So it wasn't a problem for me. That's all I can say about this hotel; otherwise, it's the best hotel in Old Town Baku.

• Fatma Türkan (2/5): Disappointing stay, with the central location being the only positive aspect. - The only satisfying aspect of this accommodation was the hotel's location, as it is situated within the old town and within walking distance to many areas. The fact that a Wi-Fi service was provided by this hotel, although frequently interrupted, can be considered another luxury given the overall mediocrity of the place. I chose this property because of its location, the photos and description shown on Booking.com, and what seemed to be a fair price-quality balance. Unfortunately, the actual stay was extremely disappointing and did not match either the information provided on Booking.com platform or the hotel’s 7.0 rating. Of course, considering the accommodation fee, I was aware that I would not encounter a luxurious facility, and I also realized that the nice photos I saw on Booking.com should be approached with caution. However, I still expected at least a small and clean guesthouse room that would deserve the status of a 'hotel'."The hotel looks nothing like the photos. The reality was far below the standards presented. The room provided was in very poor condition: Extremely dark room, requiring lights even during daytime. Broken lamp and missing bulb, Broken nightstand handle, Bathroom mold and blackened silicone around the toilet, Toilet leaking water and producing bad smell, Shower only separated by a curtain, causing the entire bathroom floor to flood, Old mattresses with springs sticking out, making it impossible to rest properly. During the entire 5-day stay, the room was never cleaned, not even trash removed. Breakfast was poor, unhygienic, and careless. Staff were unhelpful and indifferent, showing no willingness to assist. On the last day, there was a very loud dispute in the lobby, mainly involving a female staff member shouting aggressively, to the point it felt close to a fight. As a woman over 60 traveling alone, I felt unsafe and deeply distressed.

Yırtık derecesinde hatta. odadaki buzdolabı kırık sallanıyordu. Kahvaltısı hiç fotoğrafta gozuktugu gibi değildi her gün peynir domates salatalık omlet vardı ekstra soft içecek yoktu sadece çay ve kahve vardı omlet yaptığı tava asla yıkanmamıştı. restoranda ortak kullanılan tuvalet çok pisti.

The room is very basic for just a night. No kettle for hot water. Got to climb the stairs to 4th floor. Luckily I’m with my backpack.

Наверное это единственные плюсы … Хотя есть ещё один плюс - вид в ресторане наверху ну и с балкона номера… А так конечно малоприятные впечатления просто перекантоваться с самолета во время пересадки и погулять по старому городу В номерах все уставшее, старое, грязное… В одном из них воняло канализацией, (как ранее писали уже) Окна нельзя занавесить Туалет маленький не развернуться Постельное не очень приятное

Como es un poco viejo tiene algunos fallos pero nada importante. La habitación huele a veces un poco a desagüe. A pesar de lo que dice Booking, prefieren pago en efectivo . Por mi parte no hay problema, lo hice al día siguiente. Pero nada, todo bien.

Easy walking distance to the main sites in the old city and to the Baku Boulevard. The room was very spacious and clean, check in was easy and the Wi Fi worked very well during my stay. Good value for money. Nothing special.

• Aina (1/5): Ужасно. Номера старые, грязные и с плесенью. Не соответствует действительности. На фото совсем другие номера и возможно - Ничего не понравилось! Фото не соответствует действительности. Нас заселили совсем в другой номер. А еще в грубой форме отвечали на наше недовольство, «можете уходить, вы за такую цену сейчас номер не найдете» итд итп. Конечно не найдем, если я бронировала месяц вперед, по дешевой цене. Не было другого выхода и мы остались в этом отеле. Да и кстати Номера здесь не убирают. Мокрые использованные полотенца обратно вешают как свежее и чистое.

Teníamos desayuno incluido, pero al salir a las 7 de la mañana, no estaba disponible, y no nos dieron ninguna alternativa. Además me equivoqué de fecha al hacer la reserva, y no hubo posibilidad de cancelar sin cargo.

It is located in the very center of the Old Town and from it you have literally 100 meters to the nearest restaurants, 300 meters to Nizami street, really as it says the location is perfect. What's not good: 1. cleanliness - given the price, we didn't expect anything spectacular because you get what you pay for, but the windows in the room are so dirty that you can't see the view of the Flame Tower because they haven't been washed in a long time. 2. when I wanted to pay, the receptionist told me to go to the bank around the corner and bring cash to pay. To my objection that I don't want to go to the bank because it is clearly stated on the Booking and at the entrance to the hotel that they accept visa cards, maestro, she told me to come tomorrow morning and that she would swipe my card. 3. breakfast - the website says buffet! We didn't get a buffet, but my husband and I each got two fried eggs, bread, some tomatoes, some cucumbers, cheese and tea/coffee. We didn't have the opportunity to choose anything but only what they brought us and put on the table. The restaurant where breakfast was served also the view of the Flame Tower and the Caspian Lake is not visible due to dirt and unwashed windows.

No hi ha ascensor. Nosaltres vam ser a la tercera planta. Ens van cobrar 10 manats per persona per inscribir-nos a inmigració, donat que estarem més de 15 dies a Azerbaian, quan ens hem assabentat que és un tramit gratuit

I knew it was just a 1star hotel, but the mold in the shower should be removed. It really stinks in the bathroom. At night you don’t have any water flowing and it’s not that nice If you plan to stay here you need to bring a multiple plug otherwise you cannot properly charge your phone.

• Sainio (5/5): Ares - Sijainti Vasta maksettaessa alettiin vaatia maksua käteisellä ja pyydettiin menemään pankkiautomaatille, kun ei ole käteistä. Pienen väännön jälkeen korttimaksu hyväksyttiin. Patjat olivat huonot. Viimeisenä aamuna kahvi loppui kesken ja lisää murukahvia ei tuotu pyynnöstä huolimatta. Pariin kertaan oli tuntien mittaiset vesikatkos, jotka johtuivat hotellista.
