- Antoine (6/5): Nice atmosphere - The view and atmosphere is amazing Very expensive and when we had to check out early they didn’t offer any kind of refund

- Tricia (4/5): keep looking, this is not the dream property the pictures portray - I enjoyed the food, drinks and the restaurant staff was very friendly. Enrique at Reception was helpful and a joy to deal with. The sand was incredible. Lots of loungers, tables and chairs and loved the wildlife. wow the pool was dirty, our toilet backed up and wouldn't flush, they "reset" it and it would back up again and again. So we had to move rooms and then had critters in the second room, the third room was dark and weirdly configured but good enough, but the giant key and weird locks on everything, no AC was ok, but without window screens we had to keep the windows closed at night. The wifi was janky and we had to ask for the admin wifi. We had to ask for conditioner and our room wasn't always cleaned when do not disturb sign wasn't out. No fault of the hotel...but the beach was unusable with a ton of seaweed, that stunk like rotten fish, but there was garbage that washed up and no one cleaned it up, even though there was plenty of staff around that could have cleaned it up. The lounge covers were dirty and the pathways are uneven and could cause a fall, I was worried to walk at night on them and it was a challenge to get luggage about, especially moving rooms twice. It should have been a nice stay as this property was a Trip Advisor award winner in 2025, but I really don't see why. It needs a lot of work. Broken door locks, broken hooks or missing screws, toilets with who knows what wrong, no window screens, dirty furniture and windows.
- Samantha (9/5): - Breathtaking views, sensational room... like a blissed out bohemian paradise. The oceanfront suite was exceptional- with its own hammock and private sundeck. It was right on the sand so felt almost like having your own private beach, listening to the waves every night. Laid back, barefoot luxury. Very peaceful- incredible food and charming, friendly & helpful staff. I was worried about lack of air con before we arrived but the fans were more than efficient enough and then sea breeze kept everything comfortably cool. Felt a bit like 'old Tulum' charm. Especially loved the Mayan art. The saragssium... but it's just that time of year! The staff did their best to tidy and clean it up and still was a very pleasant stay... so many alternative swimming options in Tulum between the hotel pool, the ceynotes and lagoon. We didn't feel like we missed out..

- Daniel (10/5): - Loved the location, accomodation and the general vibe that you have created.
- Alina (9/5): - Incredible and silent location. Tasty food Rooms are quite shabby
- Christy (7/5): Gorgeous stay - Beautiful location. Absolutely the best private beach experience. The bathroom had several issues like zero water pressure, sink spout was broken, and toilet leaked
- Jessica (9/5): -
- Zoe (8/5): Sehr hübsch - Einzigartige Location und wunderbare Aussicht
- Ezra (3/5): Great location on the beach, waaaaaaay overpriced and horribly - The location is wonderful and the food at the restaurant is pretty good. The building are not well maintained and poorly built to begin with. The price is absurdly high all around. The shower hot water doesn’t work and the windows don’t close all the way. This would be a cute rustic glamping adventure by the ocean were it not for the high price. The construction is so loose in the cabins that sand blows into the place and covers the bed all night. Also expect to spend a decent amount of you eat at the restaurant daily but the food is great.
- jakub (3/5): - Położenie Wymuszanie podpisywania dokumentów z niekorzystnymi warunkami plus kaucja. Opłaty o których hotel nieinformowal
- Johanna (8/5): -
- Barbara (1/5): Horrible - The property was dirty and not kept up. The banister were loose and a lot of safety hazards. A lot of broken items and the room was dirty. The thatched roof had holes. The noise from the wind was so loud we couldn’t sleep and the girl at the front desk could care less. I would like a refund.
- Valentina (8/5): -
- Agata (5/5): Nie warto!
- Tremblay (9/5): - Tranquilite assurer Les sargasses
- Vaidas (9/5): -
- Shafer (8/5): Great location! - Great location on the beach and in the park
- lucie (9/5): -
- Catherine (10/5): Pristine and relaxed coastal front stay - The surrounding environment was so pristine, lots of birds and wildlife around! And a gorgeous private beach front. Sunrise is amazing sight, worth waking up early for
- Guest (7/5): -
- DMaerschalck (9/5): - Locatie, sfeer, vriendelijk personeel
- Edmund (9/5): - Unbelievable place to stay. If you are looking for an area, where you could enjoy beautiful accommodation, calm and relaxing stay, than definitely go at this place. Good place for evening yoga or exercise too. Great swimming in the sea. A bit more expensive, but worth it. Access to the sea via beach was full of seaweed, but it's a nature, so not a big deal.
- Phyllis (10/5): Relaxing in a National Park - Being in a National Park was nice. Being by the water and able to sit and watch/listen to the waves was special. The service was great and the food was very good. I have nothing that I didn't like.
- Oscar (8/5): Nice view - The location The staff a bit harsh
- NATHALIE (9/5): - Les plages inaccessibles a cause des Sargasses
- Enzo (10/5): - Cadre paradisiaque
- Marine (5/5): -
- Ernestas (9/5): super vieta ir geras maistas - įspūdingas vaizdas pro langą šalia takelio į restoraną ;)
- Anna (6/5): -
- Marta (9/5): Pięknie położony hotel - Przepięknie położony hotel, bardzo miła obsługa, prywatna plaża (sprzątana i czysta) z leżakami i hamakami do dyspozycji. Mało półek do przechowywania rzeczy.
- Gary (9/5): - Great location, really cool place The room was a bit run down with lots of stains everywhere. And a sewage smell from outside.
- Regina (10/5): -
- Lola (10/5): FANTASTIC - GREAT STAFF - BEAUTIFUL LOCATION INSIDE JAGUAR PARK/TULUM ARCHAEOLOGICAL ZONE - Our private, palapa-roofed room was located on the beach with an unobstructed view of the ocean. I would have preferred a door that locked between the main bedroom/living area and the ensuite bathroom.
- Christian (10/5): Perfect - Perfect Perfect
- Marta (8/5): Miejsce przepiękne, będę pamiętać, jedynie wybrałabym inny bungalow - Miejsce, natura Małe łóżka, osobna umywalka w bungalow, nieszczelny domek
- Mohsen (10/5): I’ll be back it was magical - It was so tranquil we didn’t want to leave!! The master suites are out of this world. Limited option in dinning but they tried and there are other restaurants near by
- arnaud (8/5): -
- Vadim (8/5): -

- Andrew (8/5): Great place except for noisy room location! 😵💫 - Nice location inside south end of park. Cool room except for the loud location next to street noise. Nice private beach. Restaurant food was excellent!!! Best fish tacos ever!!! My room location “F” was located next to loud street noise!!! Need ear plugs at night!
- Michail (9/5): Relaxing, discreet, pleasant, close to yhe nature - The location and the concept were unique I would better toilets
- Aileen (10/5): -
- Nicoletta (9/5): Idyllic. Authentically eco-friendly and romantic at the same time. Lots of young couples great vibe. - Great breakfast by the sea. Ethno-chic rooms, no TV, full Nature immersion. Grounds are not very big which makes the whole experience more real and cozy. The food was very good and drinks as well. A very different experience from the large concrete rich hotel chains on the Riviera Maya, more authentic place and eco-friendly. I forgot my jacket and they delivered it cost free at another hotel half an hour away, I really appreciated that gesture. It got cold at night and the room has no door to the outside bathroom so that was a bit uncomfortable. But most nights were warm.
- Matt (7/5): -
- Gabriele (6/5): - Man schläft in Strandhütten.
Restaurant sehr gut.
- Dani (6/5): -
- Jordan (10/5): - Location private beach the view by the pool the sitting areas was amazing N/A
- Natalie (8/5): -
- Lisa (10/5): -
- mijuong (9/5): - Bed was really comfortable and clean
And breakfast was excellent
Eco-friendly style room was beautiful You have to pay extra $7 USD to get in the zone
- Mcgrath (7/5): - Really helpful staff. Gosh, they really need more hanging hooks in the rooms!
- Judy (10/5): This place was perfect if you don’t like the hustle and bustle of the other beach resorts. - The view was beautiful. We loved being a little more secluded than other areas around.
- Maepa (10/5): -
- Leslie (10/5): -
- Julien (6/5): -
- Sofie (8/5): -
- Julieta (10/5): -
- Stephanie (9/5): - Location was beautiful, staff are amazing. The music at night was a little liud
- Morade (9/5): -
