- Graham (8/5): Lovely quiet spot easily accessible. - Very well equipped Not much
- Daniel (8/5): Chandler Smiths Beach - Amazing location with perfect views of the sunset over Smiths Beach. Great value for money accommodation. The staff were fairly unresponsive and required to be chased for check in instructions on the day.
- David (10/5): Relaxing and comfortable! - Amazing views sitting on the deck you can’t see another building! - comfortable rooms
- Ali (10/5): Little piece of heaven. - The location had a beautiful view of the bay. Watching the weather change.
- diane (9/5): Great views, with clean comfortable accommodation. - Great views from the villas and location . Nothing to dislike
- Chris (9/5): -
- Jayne (10/5): we are already plotting our next stay ! - loved it all....the stillness, hearing the ocean, seeing kangaroos, comfy villa, lovely friendly staff, the view.....EVERYTHING ! conveniently close to vineyards, Margaret River, great walks along the Cape to Cape... nothing to comment here
- Malin (10/5): Perfect view, location and spaces. - I have stayed here before and its been a delight each time. The views are incredible, the rooms are just right and its so perfectly located in the region for daytrips everywhere. And the bunnies and roos visiting out the front of our porch were just such a delight for my girls. There is nothing to fault.
- Leasa (10/5): A terrific villa in a beautiful part of the world! - A well-equipped, comfortable 2-bedroom villa
We loved the access to a BBQ & the lovely views & access to Smiths Beach Not being able to stay longer!!
- Nichola (8/5): -
- john (8/5): Reading, Relaxing and walking for three days. - Overlooking the ocean. Enjoyed the variety of bird life in area.
- Val (9/5): Fabulous property-shame about the occasional smell at the beach - Everything The slight smell of sewage at the beach .
- Laura (9/5): So peaceful and relaxing have been here many times and will continue staying there - Everything beautiful views and facilities
- Anne (10/5): Perfect and affordable accommodation in the south-west. - The villa had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. It's a quiet complex overlooking the ocean. Mornings watching the bunnies and kangaroos out in the gardens was delightful.
- Isla S (10/5): Peaceful, wildlife haven - This location is heavenly. Unspoilt, low development, focus on nature not humans. I loved it. I was here as a solo visitor for three nights without a car, experiencing the outlying weather effects of Cyclone Narelle. It rained and was windy for some of that time. Half a day and evening was taken up by a local wedding. However, I still managed several hours of walks in both directions along the beach and cape to cape coastal path in dry spells, ate outside under cover at Lamont's and enjoyed their take-away food, and watched (and listened - extraordinary soundscape for a UK ear) in awe as the great Australian wildlife gathered literally metres from the balcony of my deck - green and black parrots, gulahs, Australian magpie, rabbits, some sort of wagtail and some sort of swift (I think) - my Merlin app is only partially trained in Australian bird calls and some of them dart about too quickly to properly see. And several kangaroos springing and pausing through the garden (simply brilliant), and also feeding in the valley beside villa 15 - a great white egret spotted down there too. Bi/monoculars are recommended! Other rainy time was spent reading, listening to music and downloaded radio drama, editing photos and yoga. This is a relaxed uncomplicated place to enjoy a break. My children would have liked this when they were little - beach close by, rocks to scramble, food, games, collection of weird birds! I liked it all. I took a star off for facilities simply because it's not luxury, it's not fancy, some of the furniture is a bit tired and it doesn't have anything on site like a pool. Not important to me, but it might be to others. It's clean, simply furnished, adequately equipped to cook, has comfortable beds, I could iron my dress for the wedding in the shared laundry room and it has cooling and heating (both of which I used).
- Tegan (10/5): Roomy, comfortable and stress free - Loved it! Relaxing and central location, just perfect Unable to configure the second room to a double bed

- Micky E (8/5): Quiet privacy in a beautiful location. Five minute walk to the beach. - The ocean views. Watching whales migrate while sitting on the balcony. I love the scenic location. Nothing.
- Michael (8/5): Serenity over Smiths Beach - Location was stunning and each day, morning and evening, we sat mesmerised by the view. The furniture and beds were comfortable and well appointed, and kitchen well equipped. Smiths Beach is well situated for visiting various wineries, caves and capes, and close enough to towns with shopping options. Free washing machines, or with a credit card option would be useful, as waiting to get access to the reception for coins was problematic - ended up getting coins from a store in Margaret River. The reception hours weren't conducive to our daily itinerary.
- Mary (8/5): -
- Verley (10/5): - Well located. Would have liked lawn games from reception.
- Simon (10/5): -
- Carmen (9/5): - Location, location, location Nil
- Mauro (8/5): -
- kirsty (9/5): Perfect stay in a perfect location - Lovely location with sea views. Very roomy apartment. Nice lawns and gardens. It was a bonus to see the resident kangaroos grazing in front of the unit at night The only thing I could pick on were the sofas in unit 8 were uncomfortable and had lost their spring.
- Ian (9/5): -
- Ruth Turner (10/5): -
- Martin (9/5): in off season, it is a great value peaceful place-I rebooked already. - Great spot with peaceful beach shack vibe, neat and tidy, air con, quiet at night, good TV. Sun lounger on verandah was great- would be good to have two of them. Good that they were replacing the kitchen appliances. Bed was a bit hard- a comfort topper would make a huge difference. Minor issues. The washing machine only had one setting and was a bit brutal- it damaged two of my tee-shirts.
- Terri (10/5): Great Casual Accomodation with gold star views - Fabulous location and really has that family business feel. You feel very relaxed in the Villas as they are simple and functional. I know the Villas are being updated and that will make them even better.
- Mackenzie (10/5): -
- Jing (9/5): -
- Rhonda (7/5): -
- Susan (9/5): -
- Lesley (10/5): Amazing beach cabin - Amazing location, great cabin with everything we needed. The pillows were old and flat, impacting our sleep
- Karen (10/5): Worth your while, outstanding stay :) - Outstanding views and tranquility, you will leave your worries behind when you step foot into these villas. Beautiful scenery, local wildlife and peaceful surroundings. Beds are a little hard, but lovely rooms.
- Julie (7/5): Very pleasant stay in a wonderful location. - Awesome location, minutes from the beach. Villas had good facilities. There were a few maintenance issues such as light globes out and we had difficulty navigating the TV.
- Amanda (10/5): - Location, mood, facilities.
- Firns (9/5): Been here before, will come again - View and the general coastal area combined with great beach, bushland surrounds, peaceful Nothing could have been better
- Graeme (8/5): Location, clean, easy access to beach and Cape to Cape, basic - Location, view, basic but good Lounges are a bit worn with seat springs passed used by date
- Barbara (8/5): - View of the ocean The kettle was dirty, had to clean it
- Thomas (10/5): Cosy villa in breathtaking location - Stunning location, self contained unit, kangaroos in the garden Nothing
- Mei O (8/5): Comfortable stay near a Beach - The verandah is a nice big area to chill, though there are big crows lurking and eyeing on your food.
Can't quite see the beach but you can hear the waves. Had only once sighting of a wallaby on the road.
It's close to the beach, which is more of a surfers' beach being waves are really strong. Location very close to The Canal Rocks which is an attraction as well.
Kitchen facilities were complete so dishing up meals was a breeze. Nothing..
- Stafford (10/5): Great location location - Location A1. We love this place ❤️
- Chris (9/5): -
- Jacqueline (7/5): Relaxing, perfect location - Quite, location, verandah for relaxing For the price nothing to dislike

- Rhonda (8/5): - Location, view
- Samantha (8/5): -
- Elizabeth (10/5): -
- Jo (8/5): Comfortable accommodation in great location with fantastic views - Location was brilliant, with fantastic views over Smiths Beach. We were also fortunate enough to have a few visits from kangaroos right in front of our villa. The accommodation was comfortable enough - basic but reflected the price we paid. The kitchen equipment could do with an upgrade.
- Brian Shun Rong (9/5): - Excellent view and great service by the staff who gave us free laundry powder and very kindly let us change to a villa on the middle row with better view.
- Suzanne (8/5): -
- christine (9/5): Comfortable and convenient location with lovely view and all that was needed for self contained unit - Loved the views and the large balcony and outlook over the open space and then the ocean and coastline.
Good parking.
Great access to the beach and the Cape to Cape track and Yallingup. Nothing
- Wenxian Benedict (10/5): - Awesome view!
Comfortable 2 bedder unit.
Liked the fact that the hotel compund has paid washer/dryer facility.
- Craig (9/5): Superb -
- Liz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Derek (9/5): Beautiful short stay that was family and kid friendly. - Facilities, view, and proximity to the beach.
- Laura (8/5): Very good -
- Elizabeth (8/5): Great location - Location, cleanliness, great beds Lack of sound proofing between bedrooms. No dishwasher. At least some milk was provided, otherwise rather minimal provision in kitchen eg no salt and pepper
- Alexander (10/5): Extremely relaxing and enjoyable, as usual. - We have stayed at Chandlers a number of times previously.
Although not new, the facilities are very well maintained, clean and the view is fantastic.
Watching sunrise / sunset from the verandah is very relaxing and breakfast with the resident magpies / ravens is always a memorable experience.
- Yvonne (10/5): Exceptional - The views Dated bathroom
- Susan (7/5): It is the best location for peace and quiet winter getaway - The location The bed and lounge were uncomfortable and the tv a bit on the small side.
- Katherine (9/5): Superb -
- Zhou (8/5): Our second stay here — always a great experience.😊😊 - Location Provide with salt and pepper would be better.
- Tracy (9/5): Superb - Price location comfort Self contained
- Summer (10/5): Beautiful view, perfect holiday veranda breakfast - We really enjoyed our stay with the lovely view, easy check in, the rooms were simple warm and comfortable. Only one thing is pillows were a bit too budget. I would recommend to bring your own comfy pillows with you.
- Jason (8/5): Absolutely awesome - Location and view from cabin 1 was incredible. Check in was so easy and facilities were great! Overall it was fantastic! A slightly larger couch would have been good as we had friends visit and couldn’t all sit on the couch and the mattress wasn’t overly comfortable was a little worn so maybe time for an upgrade
- David (7/5): Good -
- Suzan (8/5): Lovely - Loved the view. Beds are very firm and not that comfortable. Couches were the type you sank into. Not very supportive for your back.
- Adrian (10/5): Exceptional -
