jonesangela254 (8/5): Alpine hotel very friendly. - The reviews of this hotel were mainly negative so I did not expect much. However I was pleasantly surprised. My room was spotless and large. The staff were very welcoming and friendly in all areas of the hotel. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean with superb Mountain View’s. The dinners were disappointing but typical of the area. There was two choices of homemade soup and great salads. The chef could enhance the main courses with themed choices from other countries. The bar staff were good but the choice of drinks could be improved. If you needed anything you asked Reception and it was arranged. Set in exquisite scenery the hotel is very acceptable.

Borec (1/5): Vom Hotel der Anblick eigentlich schön,aber der Wellnessbereich Katastrophe - Die Umgebung Wellness-Bereich Katastrophe, angeblich ab 16.00 und war noch nicht einmal aufgeheizt,Türkische Sauna hat es gestunken und der Wasserschlauch war auch nicht zu verwenden,der Whirlpool am Boden verdreckt und der Aussenbereich verwildert. Wir hatten im 1.Stock das Zimmer und wollten um 17.00 duschen, hatten mit den Temperaturschwankungen zu tun,war zu wenig Druck an Wasser und die Temperatur immer zu heiß. An der Rezeption wurde mit Englisch gesprochen, obwohl wir sehr nah an der Grenze zu Österreich waren.Haben deswegen am gleichen Tag ausgecheckt ohne das schon bezahlte Zimmer zurückzufordern.Da die Verständigung nicht funktionierte.

Obiekt bardzo estetyczny, czysty, dobrze wyposażony, o dobrym standardzie. Apartament przestronny, sprawdził się na kilkudniowy pobyt z kolegami. Uprzejma i pomocna obsługa obiektu, która reagowała na wszystkie drobne prośby. Na wyróżnienie zasługuje jakość jedzenia w restauracji - zarówno śniadania, które były w pakiecie z noclegiem, jak również posiłki, które kupowaliśmy. Gorąco polecam! Malutki minusik za stan pokoju - odstające gniazdko elektryczne czy odpadające wieszaczki na ubrania w przedpokoju to drobiazgi, które jednak nie powinny mieć miejsca w 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu. Ponadto w całkiem sporym pokoju przydałby się jakiś mały stolik.

Zona spa ottima con orari comodi essendoci pochi ospiti la cena era sempre alla carta, il menu era abbbastanza articolato un pò troppo secondo perchè poi gli ingrediente erano sempregli stessi. Io ho preso tre piatti diversi per le 3 cene ma alla fine dentro c'era sempre la salsiccia affumicata che trovavo anche a colazione. Per questo preferivo un pò piu di varietà ad un prezzo inferiore.

We will miss him, since he is going to pension. The room nr 206. We are visiting this hotel more than 15 years , wedding anniversary. All these years we were very satisfied, unless this year. Very small room, very old furniture and what is the worst, the smell of mold. Please consider for a partly refund.

Amplasat la 5 minute de mers pe jos de centrul orașului, de partie. Noi am fost însoțiți de cățelușul nostru iar personalul hotelului ne au creat tot confortul si pentru el.
