• Verified traveler (2/5): - Poor condition of the room and adjoining area. Walls are paper thin and the furniture in the room is probably the cheapest I’ve ever seen.

• Christine (6/5): Komische Decke auf der Toilette - Man kriegt was man bezahlt. Die Unterkunft war ok. Wir konnten sogar früher Koffer im Haus unterstellen. Die Rezeption hat ab 13 Uhr offen und nicht ab 8 Uhr wie im Internet angegeben. Es fab einen Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle. Ein paar Tassen wären hilfreich. Die Dame, die uns das Zimmer zeigte war sehr nett. Insgesamt hat es gut gepasst.

• Pauline (4/5): Médiocre - Expérience désagréable en somme. La réception est dans la rue opposée à celle de l'hôtel et n'est ouverte que l'après-midi. Le service de conciergerie de bagage n'en est donc pas un et en plus il est payant ! Nous avons donc dû payer une vraie conciergerie à la gare de Milan ce qui nous a coûté 15€ la journée. La seule salle de bain est partagée (toilettes comprises) et était durant notre séjour loin d'être propre ! Encore un B&B qui ne fait pas de petit-déjeuner, expliquez moi la signification du deuxième B dans ce cas ... Globalement, la chambre ne vaut pas plus de 60€ la nuit. Seul le lit est compris dans le prix
• Arturo Emmanuel (4/5): - Tienes que llegar a un lugar para el check in y luego te llevan a otro lugar para hospedarte, que incómodo eso, por el precio no esperábamos mucho aunque si inviertes un poco más, encuentras muchísimos mejores lugares en mejores zonas y más cómodos.

En tant que B&B nous pensions avoir un petit déjeuner compris, eh bien, non. Quelques biscottes, un micro-onde, un frigo (vide) à disposition , une bouilloire et du thé, mais pas de tasse. Côté prix, bien trop cher pour juste une chambre avec salle de bain commune sur l’étage Dommage Nous avons tout de même bien profité de notre séjour à Milan, heureusement !

And it would be nice to be able to see f. ex. with a red light/sign that the bathroom is occupied. The room for four looked much nicer and cleaner on the pictures than it in real life was.
• Allison (10/5): - I was looking for an affordable, clean, private place to stay for one night that was within close walking distance to Milano Centrale train station and this place delivered exactly that! The shower was quite a tight squeeze but it got the job done so that’s all that matters. It was as expected for the price you pay. The office where you check in is across the street from the building where you stay, but the staff meets you there and personally shows you to your room so no worries in finding it. Very friendly staff and spoke excellent English so it was easy to communicate. It was just a short walk away from the train station, which for me was the number one reason for booking.

• Mehtap (6/5): - Kaldığımız oda normal temizlikteydi ancak özellikle ilk gün, muhtemelen banyo ortak kullanımda olduğu için çok kötüydü.. başka şansınız yoksa bari çift kişilik özel banyolu odayı tutun, ortak kullanım bende hayal kırıklığı yarattı.. sürekli dışarıda olup sadece uyumaya gelecekseniz neden olmasın.. zaten duraklar çok yakın, 500m ilerde çok güzel bir park var ve onun hemen arkasında da Piazza Gae Aulenti.. neredeyse tüm akşamları orada kapattık ve çok güzeldi.

Le robinet de salle d eau ne se ferme pas bien, et ce serait mieux de mettre une minuterie pour la lumière du couloir, car beaucoup de locataires la laissait allumée ?
• Verified traveler (2/5): LE PIRE HOTEL QUE JE N'AI JAMAIS VU - D'une calamité sans nom : la chambre est sale, les peintures sont extrêmement abîmées, le lit et les oreillers sont peu confortables et sentant l'odeur du renfermé. La sécurité des lieux laisse à désirer avec un balcon donnant sur une cour, et l'absence totale d'agents de sécurité ou de veilleurs de nuit à l'hôtel. Les toilettes communes sont impropres, la cabine de douche est extrêmement sale et petite avec des tâches marrons de saleté et de rouille. Aussi, les chambres sont mal sécurisées avec des clés totalement inadaptées à la fermeture. Aussi, le bruit est juste ATROCE toute la nuit avec des nouveaux arrivants très bruyants et peu soucieux du repos des locataires. La sécurité électrique dans les chambres est aussi à revoir : toutes les prises sont arrachées, les interrupteurs malplacés, et les rallonges de prises sont à découvert. Le rapport qualité/prix est d'une rare médiocrité : 50 euros pour dormir dans un taudis pareil, ou même le hall d'une gare offre plus de commodités.

I was also not informed that this property does not provide private bathrooms, instead, provided shared bathroom facilities which were dirty. Only adequate thing was the convenient location.

Unica nota positiva sono state le lenzuola che (per fortuna) erano pulite. Per una notte si può chiudere un occhio visto il prezzo, ma FORTEMENTE SCONSIGLIATO per le persone sensibili alla pulizia.

• Amanda (4/5): Só é bom se for uma emergência perto da estação - Achei muito ruim porque o quarto estava totalmente inacabado/mal feito, como o canto do piso e também as paredes mal pintadas. Passei bastante frio à noite porque era inverno e só tinha um lençol e uma colcha fina. Além disso, a recepção é em outro lugar, o quarto fica num prédio residencial e achei as chaves bem ruins de abrir o quarto. Com o banheiro não tive problemas, mas também acho pouco um só para 4 quartos (mas não tenho certeza). Ou seja, não foi nada acolhedora a estadia. Ao menos o funcionário quando cheguei foi simpático, me ajudou e fiquei só uma noite porque precisava ser perto da estação de trem e essa é a única parte boa porque são uns 8 min a pé.

• Antonin (4/5): Très mauvais - Ce sont des chambres en mauvais état. Les lits n'étaient même pas fait ... Conviendra à des supporters de passage à milan et qui cherche juste un lit pour dormir
• Rehema (4/5): Never again, not nice at all. - The room was a good size with 4 single beds. The floor and the walls were very dirty. I have never seen so much dirty on the floor before especially under the beds. Clearly no one's cleaning under the beds. The walls were very thin and you can hear the people from the next room. The doors and floor carry a lot of noise so you hear everything. The shower cubicle was discustining and needs to be replaced. Luckily we came with slippers to wear in the shower. The only good thing about our stay was the location, which wasn't far to the city centre, only 5 stops on the metro and main bus station was 5 minutes away. The place was cheap so you get what you paid for. But the dirt was unacceptable. I would not recommend it unless there is no other places within your budget or stay a bit further out.

• Aldo (2/5): Sconsigliatissimo! Andate altrove - L'esperienza si riassume in poche parole. Voi prenotate una stanza ma scordatevi che soggiornare in QUELLA STANZA. Mi spiego meglio. Prenotate una stanza matrimoniale, ricevete conferma della stanza con tanto di foto e poi quando fate il check in vi dicono tranquillamente che quella stanza e' occupata e vi rifilano un'altra stanza. A me personalmente hanno rifilato una tripla: tanto puo' unire i letti ...questo e' quanto mi e' stato detto al check in. Peccato che lelenzuola sono singole e che i letti neanche si uniscono bene lasciando uno spazio consistente fra un letto ed un altro. E' non e' la prima volta che mi succede con questa struttura. La volta scorsa era un singola prenotata e sono stato spostato in una doppia. e un'altra volta hanno totalmente cancellato la mia prenotazione. Ho voluto riprovare ma sicuramente e' stata l'ultima .Mai piu' in questa struttura

We had a small table fan and a ceiling to floor window that opened to a balcony shared by a number of apartments (there was no glass or mesh so if you have it opened anyone can just walk in so it did not feel safe). But either that or melt in the room (as we were visiting Milan in the middle of summer). The place was not built to a high standard. The free breakfast advertised on Expedia was a packet of 3 biscuits. The elevator didn’t work so had to carry our luggage down the flight of stairs. Overall not particularly impressed.

• Yasemin (8/5): B&B I AM HERE 66 GIOIA - Genel olarak beklediğim gibiydi. konumda iyi. Crown plazanın hemen yanında 71 numarada resepsiyon var. Check in işlemlerinizi oradan yapıyorsunuz. Sonra size anahtar veriyorlar ve oda size ait oluyor ne kadar kalacaksanız. B&B olduğu için odanızda kahve kapsülleri buluyorsunuz. Havlu çarşaf ve şampuan ve sabun da veriliyor. Girişte kahve makinası su ısıtıcı ve mikrodalga fırın var. Kahvaltılık olarak ise kuru ekmek ve marmelat var :)
• Verified traveler (8/5): buono - Generalmente bono, se non fosse per il prezzo e locazione forse non avrei dato 4 stelle. Due cose che non mi sono piaciute: - pensavo che fosse un hotel con reception sul edificio dove stavo , invece praticamente erano delle camere / appartamenti (non so se in affitto o di proprietà del albergo. - la sicurezza delle camere interne lasciava un po a desiderare, visto che le chiavi erano praticamente piatte (come quelle delle porte interne di un appartamento) e , - non che abbia verificato - ma da quello che ho capito, ogni "coinquilino" poteva entrare con la chiave della propria camera sulle altre camere... Essendo che non ho optato per un "posto letto" , penso la struttura dovrebbe migliorare questo problema. - So che era "low cost" ma non è risultato così low cost dopo l'arrivo, ho dovuto pagare altri 22 euro (12 per le 4 notti) e 10 per il checkin. Penso che il cliente si aspetta che è tutto incluso nel prezzo quando prenota il servizio, e non dovrebbe trovare sorpresine. In ogni modo, generalmente buona come esperienza. Ringrazio lo staff per il servizio.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - I servizi sono proporzionati al costo. Il B&B è centralissimo, a 5 minuti dalla stazione, ed ha un prezzo molto buono. La camera è molto essenziale e il bagno è in comune (1 bagno per 2 stanze), ma questo è specificato al momento della prenotazione. Ho trovato tutto molto pulito, e la mia stanza era anche davvero silenziosa (cosa rara in centro a Milano). La colazione è scarsa, ma c'è un ottimo bar/pasticceria al di là della strada.
• Verified traveler (8/5): tutto molto bello ma l'unica pecca - il giorno prima del soggiorno mi chiamano e mi ricordano di quando sarei arrivato a milano.. tutto molto accogliente tutto molto bello ma l'unica pecca che se volevi fumare vicino alla finestra non potevi perche dovevi uscire perche altrimenti se ti beccavano avevi una multa io ovviamente mi sono informato sul posto se si poteva fumare ma comunque e stato un bel soggiorno lo consiglio

The only problem with me is the type if room key used. u need to take some time to know how to use it. I have had problem in getting out the room once locked it took me at least 2_3trials to successfully unlock.

• Bulelwa (8/5): Nice Property but more Hostel than B&B - It is a very clean and well presented property. It is close to a Metro station. The staff were very welcoming. The B&B label is misleading on two fronts. It's more like a hostel as there are public shared very tiny showers. So if you are not a fan of shared bathrooms which I am not, be warned. The breakfast comprises a selection of dry biscuits and coffee from a coffee machine. I am also still trying to resolve with Hotels.com if we paid the city Tax twice as we paid $20.23 AUD with our hotels.com booking and on checking in we were charged another 18 Euros. • Joyce (8/5): Nice option - I only needed a place for one night and this was convenient to the train station and a Metro line. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a shared bathroom but there was only one other person that I needed to share with the night I stayed. Not sure I would do that if I were staying longer or if I needed to leave early in the morning (timing for a shower, etc.). The area was safe and I would consider staying here again for a one night stay.

• Roberto (4/5): - Not safety box, small room, not frighter, key in Giogia 71, nobody in Giogia 66.
• Agnes (6/5): I wouldn’t recommend it - It’s not a hotel, more like a hostel. Sharing bathroom with other guests and it’s was disgusting. We had to clean every time we used it. The internet worked well outside of the room, not so much in your room. Definitely will not do this again.
• cynthia (4/5): Too noisy - Many people sharing the space. Several Chinese women kept talking loudly in the common area for a long time in the evening. There should be a rule to keep quiet after certain hour. Thanks.

• Lin (2/5): NEVER EVER COME HERE!!!!! - Overall quality is awful and unacceptable!!!If you vome to Milan for a pleasant journey, DON'T COME TO THIS BNB EVER! We stayed at both their branches 66 and 71, and we all had horrible experience there, the room doesn't have AC but the staff promised us there's a fan in the room which is not! And we asked for one they turned us down! The room is SO HOT and if we open the window the noises and mosquitoes keep us awake, we couldn't sleep well at all!!!!! There was one room we stayed even doesn't have curtains!!!! How ridiculous!!!! There are 7 rooms and only 2 shared bathrooms, the quality is awful! The bathroom smells and the shower head is broken, and the water temperature is very changeable. Also there are so many rules in this BnB, for instance we have to take the bath before 23, we can't stay at the lobby after 22, but all these may be understood, what we can not accept is once you checked out you are no longer their customers, we left the keys early but it is still the legal time to stay at the lobby cuz we are still the customer, but the cleaning staff kicked us out!!!! How ridiculous and unacceptable, once they have your money, they treat you like garbage. We won't recommend to any of our friends and families, even you who try to book this horrible BNB!
• Jana (8/5): Nice, affordable hotel, but not for early risers - We had a very nice stay, staff was friendly. Only problem was they set hours for the communal bathroom. When we tried to take a shower before our 7am train the water was ice cold. Later realized, showers weren't allowed until 7 so I guess they didn't turn on hot water until then.
• Jerry (4/5): One night is enough. - Firstly we must say how much we appreciated Simon's excellent service and getting us checked in to the room as soon as possible after our 30 hour transit and very early arrival in Milan - thank you so much! As far as the room goes .... Pro's - close to Centrale and Metro, good wifi, good TV and reception Con's - the room was tired and shabby with cheap, low quality furniture and fittings, no fridge in the kitchen (milk and juice left open and unrefridgerated all day), very poor lighting in the kitchen and common areas (low wattage globes, and only half of them working), bad drainage in bathrooms (especially hand basins), cups etc in kitchen were not cleaned properly (just a cursory wipe), breakfast consisted of low quality long-life snacks that weren't really edible (we had to buy breakfast elsewhere each morning). Summary - the longer we stayed - the more issues we found, and happier we were to leave. This is a cheap and adequate option for a one night stopover, but that's about all!
• Zita (6/5): Fair price for stay - We got the room which was tidy and clean with 3 single beds. We really love the small pantry for breakfast. In the pantry, there are toast, milk, coffee machine, cereal, water and so on. As our room was next to the washroom, we could hear the water noise very clearly. Plus the check-in reception is opposite to the B&B which is not that convenient. However, the price is fair enough!!
• Londoners (6/5): Value for money - This B&B is certainly value for money and in a really good location; next to the metro and within walking distance from the Central Station. No Need for taxis at all. The bed side table lamps did not work 2 out of 3. Breakfast was croissants in cellophane, however, this was still a pleasant experience as the set up gave the feel like you were staying in a friend's house.
• tai (4/5): Not a good value - The staff were chatting incessantly, playing music until the midnight. Hard to sleep. Shared bathrooms which are extremely tiny. But goog location.
• GS (6/5): Just Room, Sharing two Bathrooms with Other Guests - Free coffee 24 hours, basic room, mattress is cheap and soft ones. You have to share with other 6 rooms (up to 16 guests) with two bathrooms located in the hallway. Some rooms can sleep up to 4 guests (with four single beds). Breakfast is just bread, some juice and milk. That is all. The only good thing is the location, it is just about 15 min walk from Central station Milan or one Metro stop (M3 Yellow Station- Sandrio) from Central Station.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Close to the train station - All though this hotel, (which was a hostel) is close to the train station it is just ok we would probably not stay there again. Had I realized it was a hostel I would have tried to find another place to stay. There was only one bath mat to share with the other rooms. Needless to say we did not appreciate this. Although the room was clean, the staff definitely did their job as far as the checking and getting the room ready for myself and my husband.
• Gjurgjica (8/5): Nice place to stay - The location is good, in a nice neighbourhood near the Central train station and within walking distance to the city centre. It is actually an apartment in which you rent a room. Clean and it has everything you need for a short stay.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Bad - This hotel did not have any air condition and the room temperature was in 80f. We had to share bathroom with other guests in hotel which was not ok for my family. There was a constant noise of either ambulance or guest from hotel. Breakfast was awful. I won't suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.
• John (10/5): Very comfortable hotel, close to Centrale Stazione - We were met by Roberta and given a lift to the hotel. She was extremely helpful and considerate. The room was very clean and comfortable - we had a shared bathroom but as there were 2 bathrooms and only three guest rooms it was never a problem. We only had one night but would stay for longer and return in future; we will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family visiting Milan.
• kasi viswanath (10/5): Very Good B&B close to Central Station - The B&B was very close to the Milan central station station and it was very clean and well organised.Had kitchen,coffee machine with snacks available all the time.
• Steve (8/5): Voyeurs & Exhibitionists will LURVE the 'curtains' - (Firstly, I should advise that on arrival at 66 via Melchiore I was taken to an apartment a few street away from where I had booked and which was adjacent to Centrale F.S. station. So this review relates to the 'Centrale' flat.) At 38 Euros in central Milan I was not expecting much, in fact I was expecting very little indeed. But...the apartment was very nice. The room size was good and the bathroom facilities were just fine. The breakfast was basic, but fine, which is absolutely to be expected at 38 Euros but the coffee machine and coffee pods provided were superb - and I am a coffee diva! All in all, pretty good then. Well, except the curtains in the bedroom. And when I say curtains I should say net-curtains, because there are no curtains. That would not matter if the view was an uninterrupted view of the alps, or waterfalls etc. etc. but the view is of a central courtyard surrounded by other flats. Which means that about 15 or so flats look directly into your bedroom...the bedroom with no curtains, just a net. So if you have the light on in your bedroom the residents of 15 flats can see exactly what you are up to. That just means, of course, that you have to undress and dress in the dark, which might be OK in your own bedroom at home, but I found this a tad tricky in a bedroom I was not used to and which had my suitcase and contents all over the floor. It was just all rather seedy and quite a shame given that the rest of the experience was so good
• Cec (6/5): Clean, functional, but more like a hostel than B&B - We spent 2 days at the B&B due to its proximity to the train station. We walked to the city centre (about 40min) quite easily, and could get to the train station within 10 minutes of walking, so it was in a great location in that respect, considering we had an early flight on our last day and needed to get a 5am bus to the airport.
• Henry (8/5): Convenient location - Close to metro and Milano Centrale station, very convenient if you plan low cost metro traveling. Walking distance from the milano centrale, helpful staff with good English that really is a plus.
• KIM HUA (6/5): Basic Clean apartment rooms - After finding way to the hotel on foot from the railway station, was told that I be staying in another building a street away. However, the metro entrance is literally just outside the building doorstep so it's very convenient to take the metro. The breakfast replenished daily are just some biscuits and such. Have a coffee/hot chocolate dispenser so it's again convenient to get drinks. There is no room cleaning for the 3 days that I was there. The shared toilet is large and clean. There's no aircon, just a fan. Will stay again if in milan because of proximity to metro which makes getting around very easy in milan regardless of time. Milan metro travel very easy as just 3 main lines and the hotel is just 4 stations away from main tourist sites and only 1 station away from milan railway station
• Sherlyn (6/5): Good value of money - Near to Sondrio station which can directly reach Duomo. Location is convenience. Pleasant stay and staffs are very friendly.
• Kevin (8/5): Friendly staff - Pleasant stay. My room was not at the address advertised but at another apartment closer to the station. They took me there so it wasn't a problem. My room was within a large apartment and my single room was big, big enough to fit in 2 beds if they really wanted to. The apartment was not staffed but that wasn't a bad thing. They just left me the keys and told me to leave them in the room on the day I left. Quite a relaxed attitude really. Breakfast was self service, though there was no milk for my tea. The rooms are do not have en-suite bathrooms, but there were 2 bathrooms for the 3 rooms so not really a problem. I was there for one night but they let me leave my luggage with the on the day I arrived (I arrived in the morning) and the day I left. So I didn't need to use the train station's left luggage facility.
• Alexandra (8/5): Friendly staff, close to the train station - Good experience. Friendly staff. Good complimentary breakfast with accessible kitchen to use. We weren't aware that where we were staying was not in the same place where we had to check in. The internet wasn't working the night we were there, but when we let the staff know the morning after, we heard them immediately on the phone to the internet technician taking care of it.
