• Falahat (6/5): Good for the price - The location and the price were perfect The room wasn't clean enough, and it was going through maintenances, and it was very noisy.
• Jur (1/5): Voldeed niet aan de verwachting. - De locatie was oké, de service ook De hygiëne was erg slecht, de kamer was heel vies en leek wel niet schoongemaakt. Het bed was vies en de badkamer was ook erg vies. Ook zaten er veel muggen op de kamer.

• ANAIS (7/5): Proches restos, quartier animé, chambre correcte, grande piscine - Bon emplacement, resto et supérette dans la rue, animé la nuit. Grande piscine agréable, avec une grande partie à 80cm pour les enfants. Personnel aimable, bonne literie, chambre propre. Bon petit déjeuner indonésien (nouilles ou riz sautés au choix, thé) dans la resto adjacent. Décoration et mobilier minimaliste, salle de bains vieillote, sans rangement, ni rideau pour séparer des WC (comme partout en INdonésie). La musique du bar juste en face a diffusé sa musique assourdissante jusqu'à 1h30 du matin tous les soirs : prévoir des bouchons !

Peu d'interaction avec le personnel. Salle de bain vétuste qui dénote avec le reste. Situé dans un ghetto à touristes, bars bruyants à côté... boules quiès indispensables

• Michael (9/5): If you’re on Jl Prawitorotaman you can’t go past this place. - It is located in a nice tourist spot,. The price is good for the area as there are many more expensive hotels on the street, there is a nice cafe attached to the hotel.

• Charlotte (6/5): Rough around the edges but a great location - The location made this hotel ideal as it was close to lots of great restaurants. If you are looking for somewhere cheap with a comfortable bed, a hot shower and air con after a long day of sightseeing then Airlangga hotel is fine. Our room was not cleaned once during our stay. The hotel needs some major refurbishment as it is looking very tired and in need of a facelift. However, this was very much reflected in the price.
• Maria (6/5): Pleasant - the swimming pool is spacious enough and well maintained, beds are nice with extra pillows and clean duvet 1. Our room on 3rdfloor are designed with mostly glass door and glass wall > this is not satisfactory in terms of safety. 2. The public area ( e.g. corridor ) should hv been covered with CCTV and / or enough lighting so people can find out who have been wetting our room corridor with yellowish-substance. Of course, it always can be assumed as urine or beer liquid > who can tell the difference ? 3. house keeping doesnt seem to uphold a 3rd-hotel standard by NOT providing our room with sufficient bathroom mat

• Gjaan (5/5): Hotel in noisy neighbourhood at night. - Swiming pool and the kantine beside and part of the hotel. It's so pity that there are bars across the street that also play loud music until 1 a.m. during the week, so you can't sleep, many guests are on motorcycles and noise of starting the bikes. Please more attention should be paid to the cleaning of the toilet and bathroom in every room it looks run down, it is a pity that bleach and anti-limescale products are not used, but that is the case almost everywhere in Indonesia, and the air conditioning also deserves a cleaning for the cold air. Quite expensive for the service, if you compare it with other 3 star hotels.

• Greg (8/5): Very good - Pool a bit dirty but not bad for the price. Good location and friendly staff. Clean and good value for money Loud bar across the street that plays until 2am. Sad that the hotel has to deal with this but it’s reality nonetheless.

There were many staff members just hanging out around the hotel (and being quite loud) without any specific tasks to do. The furniture in the room was old and in poor condition. Moreover, the room was dirty: we found some hair in the shower when we arrived. Finally, there was supposed to be a cafe and a restaurant in the hotel, but there was not.

• Victor (1/5): Overpriced 1 star motel with swimming pool - Location is good for bars and nightlife. Aircon is new. Room is dirty. Sheets is heavily stained, and yellowish hue (although it’s new).

• Navine (9/5): Pleasant, fun and sense of freedom at Airlangga - A proper hotel with a wonderful large swimming pool, more than 2 metres deep ; one can swim at any time of day or night. The hotel allowed a visitor to enjoy the pool with me. Good working area in the adjacent coffee shop which allowed me to work productively for most of one day. Friendly staff who were willing to answer questions and some spoke good english. Language was never a problem. While not a luxury hotel, the overall experience was very pleasant. The entrance to the hotel is an open driveway with reception on the left side ; this design creates an open atmosphere at Airlangga where guests and visitors are free to come and go. I would certainly stay here again and would consider long-term. Sometimes nobody was at reception but this was usaully resolved in minutes.

• Liviu (2/5): Very poor - There were only 2 good things about this hotel, the location, eventhough not central, on a very lively street with a lot of bars and restaurants and the pool that was quite clean and refreshing. The rooms were very outdated, pretty dirty, client service 0, we had to ask for toilet paper and nobody from the cleaning came to the room in 3 days. The breakfast had almost no variety....

• Vien (5/5): a Simple room for short stay - I like the location, it was near to everywhere, parking lot was good, staffs are very nice and friendly. AC was good, very cold. The room was smelly, running water on washtafel and closet flush was a bit disturbed, the bed is not firm (easily moving here and there, many times I have to fix it), no floor mat on enterance of the room, while it was rainning and our shoes were dirty, so we enter the room with dirty shoes, available only floor mat in the room, suitable for our feet after bathroom. The wardrobe was broken. Room's key not automatically lock when we went out.
