- Debbie (10/5): A great place for families to stay! - The bed was soft, the sheets were amazing (I really appreciate nice sheets), we were tired so no swimming, the morning breakfast was amazing and spacious eating area. The only thing missing was a coffee maker for latte/espresso coffee, but there was regular drip/tea and the food selection was excellent, fresh fruit, lovely! Helpful friendly staff who even greeted our kids! wonderful!

There was a wide selection of breakfast items and I thought the coffee machine was great. Also the pool and hot tub were nice and the pool area was clean. Overall, I would book this hotel again. When I first checked in, the front desk staff was not so welcoming, however, that may just be his personality... Other than that, there is nothing else I did not like about our stay.

- Laura (8/5): - There was a pool and free breakfast. The air conditioner was very loud. There was no tub, but a wheelchair accessible shower that was very awkward. When the showerhead was raised, wayer leaked on the floor across the doorway, which we did not know until we slipped and nearly fell as we walked through the puddle. When we told the front desk, they said "that is an ongoing problem with those rooms, we are trying to find a solution." I did not request a wheel chair accessible room, and was not made aware of this hazard.
- Delbert (6/5): - While checking in there was some misunderstanding about payment options and the deposit kept changing and my wife was getting frustrated, the manager came out and she rudely said it is what it is ( without confirming the problem)and told my wife to shut up. Short of knowing if rooms were available elsewhere we might have not stayed there.

We had to re route to help farming at our cousins farm and they would not refund the money at all so they took our $200 and would not have a Canadian spirit heart for the farmers that feed them in their community! We come to help combine for 6 weeks and got the call to come now! So we did and they wouldn’t have any grace in this circumstance . Makes me second guess this land we call home.🇨🇦🌻🌾 seriously even a credit for a future stay on our way back home (AB)would have been a nice gesture.

Walking into our room, the air was fresh and the room was very clean. The only downside is structural. The front door would allow any hallway noise to come in as if the people were inside our rooms. There were signs in the elevator that said quiet time is 10pm. You need to be in your rooms or the lobby lounge, which I appreciated. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.
