- Innes (6/5): Not what I booked. - Good location and comfy beds. I booked an apartment with a hot tub, private entrance, coffee machine and sea views. The apartment we got was nice but did not have these features. When I raised it with staff, I was told we “got what we booked”. I’ve sent screenshots of the booking to them and so far no response.

We asked the person at the desk for tooster, some cutlery and plates for our own breakfast in the room and we got it all. We couldn't sit on normal chairs 🪑 and our room was close to the busy road 🛣️, but it wasn't to noisy.

Absolutely none. We were on the third floor of 7 floors. There was NO noise transmission. Well presented apartment block. The gym was equipped satisfactorily. The pool was clean, but we did not use it! Personal allocated parking underground and undercover. The manager and manageress were both caring and helpful, especially as we had a car accident which meant we missed our first day. So after asking at the last moment for an extra day in the same apartment, Our wonderful manageress was so helpful and our request was granted. The outlook was really great. Ocean views. A bit difficult for us oldies to walk to the beach. But that is what a car is for!

- June (9/5): We really enjoyed Grandview Apartments - Very quiet area. We were given an upgrade to a bigger apartment. It was huge with a view out over the river and way down to the ocean. The apartment was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. A lot of steps in the complex and it is not near any shops. The only other negative was one shower was over the bath but we shared the ensuite shower which was fine.

Excellent kitchen facilities and large living dining area. Close to beach. A pool if you prefer. Parking on property. A little bit out of town. So you need transport to get around and get groceries.

- Elizabeth (9/5): A great break in quiet and comfort. - Quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious. Small unexpected sea view. Easy walking to 2 surf beaches and short drive to river swimming. Very helpful on site management. We enjoyed the laid back country vibe in Ballina, but also good cafes etc. Also the extensive walking tracks along river and sea frontages. Difficulty opening some sliders meant limited air flow through in the apartment.

- Werner (8/5): Well furnished apartment. - The 3 rooms catered very well to our needs. The view overlooking the bay and sunset was great. On the fist day the lift was not working but it was working after that.

- Vianora (10/5): Very good - This Grandview appartements complex is ideally situated within a short stroll of Shelly Beach, the Surf Club, popular cafes, restaurants, and shopping facilities. Enhancing the complex resort experience, there is also a swimming pool and a hot tub available for guests. The customer service was outstanding, with special thanks to Rachelle and David for their lovely assistance. The unit is equipped with everything needed and is located in a quiet area with a Lovely river view .
