- Gates (3/5): Poor - N/Al No plates or cutlery other than cups teaspoon had to go to restaurant and ask for a bowl and large spoon if they provide a microwave than should have something to eat on not every one wants to use restaurant, shower head was stuffed only 3 streams of water water.

- Peter (10/5): Great place to stay - The unit was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. There was a ceiling fan which I really like, also really liked having a back and front entrance and the undercover park at the back of the units. A restaurant onsite was very convenient and though on a main road into town, the location was lovely and quiet. Would definitely stay again. No dislikes

- Paula (6/5): Disappointing - Location Side tables not cleaned - coffee / drink stains we had to clean- rubbish (chocolate wrappers in bedside table drawers) the mattress was not great, even though bathroom was renovated the shower was terrible - we had read reviews before we booked - very disappointed sadly - rarely leave bad reviews

Unfortunately, there was no designated dog area available, which made it difficult to give them appropriate time outside. Shower was awful The outdoor tables were not well maintained, with a used ashtray left behind, which was quite unpleasant. The meals were average overall the steak was enjoyable, however the vegetables were only satisfactory. Additionally, the gardens appeared poorly maintained, with inadequate lighting and palm fronds scattered throughout the car park, creating an untidy and unwelcoming environment.

Look retro assez sympathique Le motel était en travaux (mais sans bruit). la climatisation hors d'âge mériterait d'être renouvelée. La piscine (grande) mériterait aussi un peu plus d'entretien.

- Reagan (5/5): We were only passing through so only needed to stay 1 night - overall the motel met all our needs :) - The person who checked me in was really personable and gave really good ideas of what to do while in town. The restaurant attached to the motel made a really good chicken parma. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious, which was great when travelling with a pet. The air-conditioning worked well as well. The bathroom was clean and they provided plenty of towels. I also liked how the switches for the lights were right next to the bed. There was no cold water in the shower and the bathroom sink - the cold taps let out hot water and the hot taps let out hotter water. After a long and hot day of driving, it would've been nice to have a cool shower to wash off (my companion was in a separate room and had the same issue as well). Also, I found a dead cockroach behind one of the beds, which was a bit gross.

- Philip (8/5): Just what I was after. - For a small town hotel, this was ideal. Located a short distance out of town was fine as I like to walk. Big Plus was the swimming pool as I was driving all day, and given the hot weather at this time of year, it was great to freshen up. Nothing major but as a swimmer, the pool could have been a little cleaner and the "creepy crawly" should have been removed. As there was a pair of sandals at my door I wasn't exactly sure if I had the correct room. Though these are very minor.
- Leah (6/5): - Convenience and location of the motel. Off street parking - parking located around the back of the motel with a rear entry to the unit. Good size of rooms . Beds were hard. The room although clean were very much dated. When booking in not a friendly welcome from the manager as were have received from elsewhere on our travels. This motel is not on the top of our list of where to stay.

But we called ahead and they made sure we checked in easily with no hiccups My only suggestion would be split system air conditioners are quieter. But the air con worked really well and room was cool and comfortable

We had been riding our motorbikes from Charleville...4 hr trip in heat and asked the guy at reception could be please have some cold water. His reply was that we needed to buy some at the restaurant ...which would open later! A cup of cold water there and then was not an unreasonable request!
