• Marharyta (10/5): Awesome - We booked on extremely short notice, just a few hours before check-in on the same day. We received a response immediately and everything was confirmed. Easy check-in via code. Right in the city center, with a large, affordable Bonus supermarket just around the corner, and bus stops 9 and 11 nearby. Simply incredible. Very clean, very cozy, and very warm. The kitchenette is tiny but fully equipped, literally with spices, tea, and coffee. We are very, very satisfied! That we only spent a few days there!

• Madison (10/5): Fabulous location, great staff and cute apartment! - The location was fabulous, super close walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We did rent a car and parked at the garage that was recommended on the site that was nearby, it was cheap and a short walk away. The unit was clean and pretty spacious. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive to messages which we really appreciated! The bathrooms floors really put off a lot of heat which heated up the rest of the apartment quite a lot. We did turn the heat down in the bathroom but it still felt pretty warm. This could be mostly just an “us thing” as we prefer to stay pretty cool.

• Federica (9/5): Piccolo appartamento nel cuore di Reykjavík, dotato di ogni comfort. - Piccolo appartamento nel cuore di Reykjavík. Posizione centralissima, circondato da ristoranti e negozi (super consigliato il fish and chips proprio di fronte alla struttura!). Appartamento caldissimo, tanto da dover spegnere talvolta i riscaldamenti anche in pieno inverno. Piccola cucina dotata di tutto il necessario (fornelli elettrici, frigorifero, stoviglie, bollitore…). Proprietario gentile e accogliente. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli il giorno della partenza. L’appartamento era un po’ più piccolo di quanto non sembri in foto, ma per l’uso che ne abbiamo fatto noi (solo dormire) va benissimo.

• Fani (10/5): Cosy and comfortable accommodation in the heart of the town. - Very convenient location, walking distance to everywhere in Reykjavik. Cosy, warm and elegant, with very comfortable beds! The kitchen was well equipped, so we could prepare breakfast and some meals which was great, especially when considering the extremely high restaurant prices. Also, the owner (?) came to greet us and make sure we were fine. It is not a dislike, but it would be nice to have some toiletries, such as shampoo and shower gel, apart from liquid soap.
• Leon (3/5): We loved the studio , we were just so uncomfortable due to the cold. - The studio was cute and clean 1/ Shower drain plugged up….so In 30 seconds we were standing in pool of dirty water. The HEATER did not work and it was 1*C only, we were very cold and the blankets are very thin for this kind of weather. We were very cold and uncomfortable. On the website it says there is parking …which could come across like it comes with parking , but really you have only paid parking on the street if you are lucky and there is some available in high price. I wish we would know about the parking availability .

• Nicole (10/5): Idéalement situé et agréable - Dans le centre pour tout visiter à pied. On entend même le clocher de la cathédrale 😍 Possibilité de se garer dans la rue gratuitement à 450 mètres. Propriétaire très avenant Tout est très bien par rapport au prix. Simplement savoir qu'il y a très peu de place sur le plan de travail de la cuisine

• Steve (10/5): - Literally in the heart of Reykjavik. Walking distance to everything 😀 No parking on site. Must street park and figuring out Iceland's parking system and rates is tricky. The host greeted us on arrival and helped clarify parking information which was awesome 👌

A 9-es buszmegálló kb 3-4 perc sétára van, itt veszik fel többségében az utazási irodák és a shuttle buszok is az utasokat. A szállásadó nagyon kedves és szívélyes. A szobánk tágas, tiszta, mindennel felszerelt,amire szükségünk lehetett. Utcafronti szoba lévén, nagyon zajos volt.

• Kaleigh (10/5): Very responsive host, very accommodating booking team, pet-friendly, and great location! - They were so accommodating! I wound up extending my reservation no fewer than three times, on very little notice. Each time they were able to sort it out for me, they didn't require me to switch rooms, and the price even got cheaper! The room was too warm for the first few nights, but the host brought me a fan and the rest of the stay was fine. Around 10 pm carts from the neighboring business started rolling by, and it did sound like they slammed into the side wall a few times.

The owner was very helpful. Although we made the booking just before new years eve, he responded immediately. nothing

• cavalli (6/5): Centralissima - Zona centralissima, perfetta in quanto a 200 m neanche hai un supermercato( consiglio peroʻ di portarsi il cibo in stiva se potete pervhè costa tutto tanto e il cibo è quello che è) inoltre esci alla sera e sei già in centro con i bar e in mezzo alla gente. Inoltre la casa super mega riscaldata non potrete avere freddo. Il bagno ha lasciato un po a desiderare... la doccia era un po rotta devi fare con delicatezza senno la rompi. Altro punto negativo è che per arrivare al mio appartamento dovevo fare delle scale strette, ripide e alte per portare su le valigie da stiva un po da suicidio.. per fare il check out pensavo di rotolare giú alla fine delle scale e di morire cosí.

I would highly highly recommend this place. I will absolutely stay here if I come back to Iceland! Nothing really.

• Mona_on_tour (9/5): Will remember this one next time I'm in Reykjavík! - The location is amazing, right next to the main shopping street! The apartment itself was good, kitchen had everything we needed. It does save *a lot* of money to have a small kitchen in Reykjavík. The beds were comfy. It's a small apartment for two people, but that was fine with us, we were on tour every day anyway. The host was nice, too! The people above us were obviously not used to shared housing and apparently decided to move furniture at 2am. But that's on those people, not the apartment/host. Everything else was great!

It's like your own private apartment. You can move the TV, too. Good water pressure/stocked kitchen An oven or toaster oven would make it a bigger value because you don't have to go out for all the meals (SO EXPENSIVE!). Also it's a tight space so probably more for singles or couples.

Comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. A small but well-equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful host. I couldn't figure out how to regulate the temperature in the apartment. It was a bit warm for my liking.

Hay supermercados y tiendas cercanas. Todos los tour te recogen en una parada ubicada a 5 min. En algunas ocasiones se escucha un poco de ruido de las habitaciones del piso superior y de la calle.

Very close by nightlife, restaurants, and shopping. We would recommend this place to everybody. I wasn’t familiar with the radiator heating. We had never used one before. The staff was very helpful to assist.
