• GEORGE (8/5): Would do it again. - Meals were basic. The location of our room/hillside cabin was SUPER. We looked straight over at the Borobudur site across the valley. Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful and provided a spare charger for my phone. We paid for breakfast twice - as part of our stay at Manohara however it was also provided as part of the Borobudur sunrise ticket. As part of the ticket it was quite reasonable however it was only passable as a hotel paid breakfast. It's too easy to find minor irritations so I won't - they were of little or no consequence to the stay.

• Daniel (10/5): Beautiful accommodation - The staff we so friendly and helpful - could not recommended more highly. General ticket for Borobudur is included in the price, which we didn't realise! This is only a small thing - but bare in mind the time it takes to travel between some of the rooms (the cottages) and the main reception, when planning timings for transport etc.

• PEI TING (10/5): Hotel staffs left a deep impression on us. We are deeply grateful for everything here. - Very good breakfast. On our last day, since we had an early morning flight, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a breakfast box for us. It was very convenient to view the reliefs at Borobudur. As a hotel guest, we could join the one-hour guided tour directly through the hotel's private access.

• KEIKO (10/5): 最高！ボロブドゥール遺跡サンライズツアーも追加料金で参加可能 - コテージ風のお部屋の方が安かったが、1人でコテージ、しかも離れているなんて怖すぎるのでフロントからも近いデラックスルームにしました。 改装されたばかりなのか新築なのか不明ですがとにかくキレイ。敷地内も綺麗でボロブドゥール遺跡はすぐそこ。 スタッフは皆にこやかでボロブドゥール遺跡も登頂1回分のチケットが宿泊費に含まれている。登頂しなければ周囲は時間内は行き放題。泊まって良かったです。お部屋にウェルカムフルーツあり、簡単ですがカフェでのスイーツと春巻きのアフタヌーンティもあり美味しくいただきました。 何もありません。

• Deniece (10/5): Incredible stay, communicate with the hotel. Excellent management - I visited the area for five nights . I am Buddhist so reason for visiting was a retreat at this stupa. This hotel allows you open access during the stupas open hours . The staff, food, grounds, site are all immaculate. I had excellent massage in my room twice, amazing Beware, the rooms on the hill that you are booked in by using Booking.com are on the hill and not walkable to the stupa nor is the dining room. Plus as and older person the many steps with no hand rail and wet slippery conditions felt unsafe for me. Fortunately I spoke with hotel management and was moved to a room in the main hotel area ( for a fee). You can use WhatsApp to communicate with the hotel.
• JIAWEI (8/5): - The hotel's location is very close to Borobudur, and the VIP sunrise tour they provided was excellent. There were insects in the room, and the soundproofing was terrible. The breakfast was also a complete disaster—far below the standard one would expect given the price.

• IKUMI NOZA (10/5): - 2度目の滞在。今回は離れみたいなコテージ泊だったが、ベッドからボロブドゥール遺跡ビューで最高だった。田園リゾート感満点の滞在で、朝早くから遺跡公園内をランニングで来たりこのホテルの宿泊者特権である。ボロブドゥール遺跡への観覧チケット込みで観覧を手配してくれるのもありがたい。観覧チケット込みでこの値段はコスパ良すぎて本当おススメ。
• Diyana Binti (9/5): - Location! If you are coming to magelang to visit borobudur temple, this is the place to stay. The hotel is inside the centre. The room price is included with Borobudur tickets with tour guide and afternoon tea. I stayed at the cottage. The sunrise view is beautiful. Though the room rate is slightly on a high side but all in all it’s worth the money.

• Robert (10/5): A wonderful place to visit a beautiful site - This place seems expensive for java but it is worth every cent. The view from the cabins are once in a lifetime- waking up and seeing Borobudur's stupa through your floor to ceiling windows is unforgettable. The green mountains to the side are pretty great too. The accom cost includes your borobudur climb ticket (8:30 climb in first group or any time you wish) and access to the grounds at any time during opening hours. We only climbed once but visited the grounds 3 times during our 2 night stay. Access is either via a path down the hill or if its too hot/wet a private shuttle will transport you to and fro (included in cost). Breakfast is breathtaking staring at that view - the sunrise tour guests also breakfast at the resort as part of the package. Afternoon tea is included and can be delivered to the cabin. The restaurant was closed for renovation ( or low season..) so we had room service and the food was delivered hot and was tasty. This place is divine- definitely would stay there again.
