• Sarah (8/5): Very comfy hotel in great location. Room was clean and tidy, but smelled of cigarette smoke when we first went in. - Great location. Large room, comfortable bed. Clean room Room smelled of cigarettes, but we left the windows open and didn’t find it too bad then.

My wife has mobility issues and she found the room excellent to get around, and she loved the hand rails for support in the bathroom. The overall outdoor appearance left a bit to be desired. The entry and parking area could do with some work.

• gypsy039 (8/5): Looks are deceiving - its a great motel in forster - great location, close to the beach and the main shopping street, 2 minute walk to the Beach St Seafoods ( superb Fish & chips) and Mezza- a really good Lebanese restaurant and a Mediterranean restaurant , a Chinese takeaway and Subway and a few minutes drive to clubs and hotels either way. Very close to the beach and ocean pool and the main shopping street has some lovely shops on either side. Good parking, lovely roomy unit with a kitchenette, large bathroom -Shower over a Chubb, The Manager was really lovely and helped all the visitors there for the week, and she even did our washing twice, which I was really grateful for. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this motel in Forster and hopefully will be back sometime. Nothing, on first impressions it looks very concrete and uninspiring but for a weeks stay it was perfect It is 2 story and the stairs are steepish so ask for a ground floor unit if you have mobility issues.

• Cynthia (7/5): Pour une nuit mais pas plus - La proximité de la ville à pied. La chambre était plutôt vieillotte et mériterait d’être refaite. La photo est un peu mensongère. L’hôtel n’est pas peint avec ce joli jaune qu’on voit sur la photo. Il est gris et plutôt pas beau.

• Rie (8/5): excellent - Yes.It's very close to water and beautiful spot and stuffs are friendly. So close to water, we went to fishing twice .There is pool at motel and bbq machine. We swam and cooked the fishes at there. Room was clean.

We could walk easily to the beach and they gave us a late check out as well which was really appreciated. The room was clean and well set up with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

• MeganO (9/5): Excellent! - Great location. On-site parking. Very clean and beautiful comfortable bed. Excellent shower and toiletries. Good size room. Pam is a wonderful host. Great communication. We had a wedding at lunchtime to attend, just out of Forster and Pam kindly offered us the room key early so we didn't have to travel back between the wedding and reception. Perfect. Will stay again if we go back to Forster. Nothing. All was really good.

Cleaners asked us everysingle day. If there’s anything we needed doing parking was great and this place is so central you park the car and walk everywhere value for money is understatement. It is very cheap accommodation yet. Very clean and tidy. We will definitely stay there again. Short walks to the most beautiful beaches the pubwas fantastic. All the restaurants we visited were really nice and what an amazing part of the country. A very very beautiful relaxed but fun atmosphere definitely be back. Yvonne & geoff Bennell

The family room layout was a bit of a puzzle, but it had that cozy, old-school charm that grows on you fast. The staff? Absolutely beautiful — warm smiles, genuine welcomes, and the kind of friendliness that makes you feel like you’ve come home (if home came with daily towel service). The kids had a blast braving the icy pool — we called it the “polar plunge challenge” — and everything was super clean. A little quirky, very comfy, and full of heart. Would definitely stay again! ❤️
• 78usamae (2/5): Staff Conduct and Motel Conditions - Unfortunately, our experience was extremely distressing due to both staff behaviour and issues with cleanliness, which I believe require urgent attention. Firstly, I would like to report the conduct of a staff member named Mark, whose behaviour towards my wife and children was unacceptable, aggressive, and deeply concerning. During our departure day, my wife informed him that we were expecting me to return from work around 2:00 pm and were happy to pay any applicable late checkout fee. Despite this, he responded in a loud, hostile, and aggressive manner, raising his voice at my wife in front of our children. This situation escalated further when my young son (6 years old) became visibly upset and frightened by his tone and behaviour. No child should be exposed to such intimidation.

He stated that they “have many bookings from Booking.com and do not care at all,” which I found highly unprofessional and concerning.

• salmunday2016 (2/5): They gave my room #9 to someone else! - Pam gave my room #9 which was a twin pet friendly room booked 6 months in advance to someone else and chose to put us in a unpleasant tiny room off the reception area, room #28 which only had a double bed and you could barely swing a cat in there! She unfortunately lied to me upon my arrival saying that I had been overcharged for the room @ $217 but, that included $50 fee for the dog. She said she reduced the price to $150 but that’s because she gave my room to someone else and gave us the awful room! I would NEVER go there again after this experience.
