• Karin (7/5): Nice hotel but needs some care and attention - Great evening service at the restaurant and very comfortable beds, and we really liked the balcony of our room. The Nespresso machine was a lovely touch. The breakfast is not good value for €15 per adult, and there is an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. It would also be nice to have proper cups/glasses in the room instead of disposable paper ones.

• Kutarski (1/5): Complaint - unacceptable - Nothing When I booked the room, at Le Regina, I requested a room away from the lift or bar, where there would be a lot of noise. We would have been travelling all day and needed a good night sleep, to be awake and alert for our onward journey. The hotel replied, oddly, with “we do not accept guests until 3pm”. No mention of acceptance of my request. I assumed this meant it was okay. When we got there, the room they allocated us was - opposite the lift and stair well - opposite a continuously slamming door - opposite the laundry room with a washing machine going - by a light that came on everytime someone walked our room in the corridor - the room was above the bar and restaurant that had live music playing into the night - it was right next to to the main entrance where people/staff were coming out through the night to sit and have a cigarette and loud chat (see pic 4 - we are up and to the left of the door) -at 11pm the live music stopped, music from a sound system started -at 11.30 bar staff were smashing bottles into a bin outside -at 12 pm the music stopped -at 1am a member of staff was outside reception/main entrance shouting on his phone -at 3am someone started hoovering the restaurant -at 4am staff were leaving very loudly. Shouting across the car park etc -at 5am a lorry arrived and started either loading rubbish or delivering something I asked the reception staff if we could be moved, the minute we arrived and they said no, the hotel was fully booked. This was a lie, as at least one set of keys (room 33) did not move all night. He was very rude and dismissive. When I brought it up again in the morning the reception was blunt and uncooperative. He said he had spoken to his manager but I was not allowed to as they weren’t available. The bedroom itself was not as advertised. The bed was uncomfortable, there was no air con and they provided odd square shaped pillows that were like bricks.

• Colette (6/5): rapport qualité/prix nul - pas de clim, pas de frigo, pas de cafetière, une mini chaise pour deux, c'est vraiment peu pour une chambre à 178 euros la nuit. Ajoutez les employés qui papotent ou téléphonent sous votre fenêtre, aucun service au petit déjeuner et la machine à café en panne, ça fait un bilan plutôt négatif!
• Simon (7/5): Room, view and balcony great. Staff very nice. Food disappointing. - Breakfast was ok, but not enough of each item. Only 8 slices of bread put out for toast. Not restocked when used up. English Breakfast and Ceylon tea bags ran out on the second day, and were never restocked. The dinner was poor. Badly cooked steaks (two sent back). One dinner was forgotten, and then delivered undercooked as they rushed it. Ended up leaving and going to McDonald’s.
• Barbara (7/5): Too busy this visit - We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always enjoyed it. Comfortable beds and quiet location. Unfortunately, this time there was a big private party adjoining the restaurant so it was very noisy and we couldn't get a table until 8.15 pm which turned into us eating at about 9 pm. A bit too late for us.

• Peter (7/5): Overpriced and no value for money. - Large room and nice breakfast, nice lounge and bar area. Cold room and no bath or luxury for the price we were charged. It was way too expensive with all of the added charges! €17.00 for 2 beers is outrageous. €25.00 surcharge for our dog. Breakfast another €30.00! Meaning our bill was €190.00 which is madness. This offers nothing for the seasoned traveller at that expense. Please have a word with the hotel and ask them to adjust prices because we felt a little robbed.

A notre service : sèche-cheveux, grandes serviettes ( très appréciable) , nécessaire de démaquillage ( très appréciable également ), salle de bain de bonne dimension, la chambre également , bouteille d'eau à disposition , rangements suffisants ..... rien à dire ! juste un bémol pour la moquette : de moins en moins en vogue dans les hôtels et celle de notre chambre était tâchée ! gardien de nuit présent en cas de rentrée tardive

• Hans Günter (6/5): Im Sommer überteuert - Zimmer gut, aber schlechte Lärmisolation. Sanitäranlage aus den 70ern. Lage ruhig,ca 3 km vom Strand. Frühstück für 14 € überteuert. Insgesamt ist der August Preis (155 € ohne Frühstück) für dieses in die Jahre gekommene Hotel zu teuer.

I paid € - looks “plush” from the outside/front of hotel & nice size balcony communal areas very tired, grubby carpets. not enough parking for number of visitors there was a leak in bathroom

I think for tourists places at least one staff mass speak a bit of English.... We didn't order breakfast due to previous dinner order were 4 mistakes were made by waitress and its a lot o er €100 bill.

Le personnel de service est plutôt sympathique, mais les tenues en général manquent de style, nous sommes dans un restaurant 3 ***, pas dans une brasserie de bord de route ! Achetez des vêtements adaptés à votre personnel. Les chambres sont propres, mais elles ne sont pas digne d'un 3 étoiles.
