The glass wall used in the bathroom without a blind is quite inconvenient—despite staying as a family, we still require privacy. Installing a roller blind would greatly improve the experience. While reducing plastic use by eliminating plastic water bottles is a commendable initiative, providing plastic spoons contradicts this effort.

Breakfast spread were quick to finish & the top up was slow so you have to wait awhile for the food. Hotel need to invest new sets of towels. Our room was exactly behind the reception so my girls can hear noise during the night. Other then that we sleep peacefully as we were too tired😴

Shinta (10/5): My Go-To Place for Staycation - I've stayed here multiple times on many different occassions (before, during, and post-covid) and I can say that this hotel has improved so much! I love the new look on their lobby. It's open, lush, and breezy. The interior is fresher than before COVID. The staffs are also very welcoming and polite. The restaurant is also remodeled and it looks more polished now. Before COVID, there weren't much variations and the menu was rather boring. They changed the menu and provide fancier foods with more variants now, which is great. The room where I stayed was clean. No dust, fresh bed cover and blanket. I love the traditional Javanese touch on the wallpaper. It adds more flair to the interior. My stay was perfect

Iswan (7/5): Good value for money nearby Jatim Park1 and Museum Angkut - Strategic location, within walking distance to the Jatim Park 1 and the Museum Angkut. The restaurant on the 7th floor and Sky lounge on the 8th floor have an amazing view. The food was also good at a reasonable price. The room was spacious for a family of four (6yrs & 11yrs old). Beds were comfortable. One important thing to be improved is the cleanliness. Dont think they cleaned up the room properly. Green mold in the bathroom curtains. They don't even bother to wipe out the water stains at the mirror, bathroom doors, soap&shampoo dispensers. We had to ask for new bedsheets on our first day due to some fresh stains. The cleanliness of other facilities also needs to be improved, e.g. at the hotel corridor, swimming pool. The room is not soundproof properly, it was challenging to get proper sleep with the noise from nearby roads.

No fridge in room (3 star I guess), very few power sockets. Most staff had poor English so many communication breakdowns: best to say “I don’t understand” instead of nodding and then messing up! shirley (8/5): - I booked a junior room, it has a shared bathroom, due to the rate , I didn’t read the details properly, thinking it has a private bathroom. However the share bathroom aren’t well kept , need to consistently inform them daily , like replenishing the toilet papers. The water for showering too is unstable. But location is a walking distance to JATIM 1 with car parks. But the room itself is clean and just fine with a shared balcony too.
Lucy (2/5): Horror - Pros: the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Cons: the airport shuttle, which costs 400, 000 rupiah, didn't know the way. The road that was supposed to take us an hour and change took us 7 hours. He stopped many times to ask directions. Finally when we got to the hotel all tired with very little time to rest before our trip up the mountain Bromo (it starts at midnight) they have us a room with one bed instead of two and requested Thad we pay them to change to the correct room. I paid because I was too tired to argue but this is absolutely terrible business manner. They didn't even apologize for driving us around for 7 hours.
