Very old, dates and needs major updates. The air conditioning was very noisy,the fan worked on either flat out or not at all. The sheets I had were torn in one place. Carpet was absolutely filthy and the parking was hopeless ( a kind of parallel parking arrangement). Never again.

Kyra (4/5): It’s was an ok stay. Definitely not worth $765 I would say usually $100 a night but due to the oz tag weekend it was tri - Close to sporting ground The parking was ridiculous. I don’t know how that is allowed by council. First night bathroom floor flooded and was there all night a the next morning . The lady at the desk was rather rude and not sorry at all. Told me that’s what the extra towels were for. Someone came and fixed it the next day. The bathroom sink was in a weird spot and used as the main sink too . Weird set up not having a sink in the bathroom .
Sandra (4/5): We were charged top dollar because of the Oz Tag event in town, the accommodation was below standard, feel ripped off. - The fill-in staff in reception were very friendly. Location was very good for our purpose there. Toilet blocked and not fixed, we had to put up with it filling with water and slow draining, even after reporting it. There was no basin or vanity in the bathroom, nowhere to put toiletries and clothes. The basin was in the kitchen, doubled as a sink (not hygienic). There was no bottom sheet under the doona, only a sheet on top of it. Power point for kettle didn’t work. Pillows hard. We had 2 rooms, only one room got serviced once out of 4 nights we stayed, they told us they didn’t service on weekends. Stale biscuits. The fridge wasn’t real cold and freezer didn’t freeze. Pot holes everywhere.

Michael (7/5): A comfortable stop over and close to the CBD. - Spacious room with bed, desk etc in good repair. The bed was comfortable, and the linen was fresh. The wall heater was efficient and quiet. I would have preferred to have seen a separate ensuite than a shower and toilet behind a sliding door and the basin inside the living area next to the refrigerator. I hadn't come across that before.

Det ligger vid en ganska stor väg så det kan bli lite ljud inne i rummet, dock inget som störde oss speciellt mycket.

Arti (5/5): Overnight Stay - Booked two rooms which were in different buildings. Good for an overnight stay as it is close to road: easy to get on and off A2. Clean & fresh linen/ towels. Coffee, tea, sugar provided. Staff were polite. Both rooms were dated. None of the rooms had milk capsules. One of the rooms only: We could hear most of the conversations and TV from rooms next door. Gutter right outside our room dripped most of the night because of rain. Expensive for just room and no other amenities.

Not only did my son arrive late (forgot the different daylight times) , the key was left for him and he was greeted with a beautiful smile . Rooms were clean and he was extremely impressed with the whole experience. Only a 3 star but its right up the top! Would book again. Nothing at all

Maree (4/5): Extremely costly stay with poor room condition. - Fan did not work unless it was full blast & the room had no air conditioning to compensate for humid conditions. Chairs sagged badly. Hot water was boiling - hard to control for children to avoid burns (temperamental tap). Receptionist was not able to provide any information about the area for dinner options as stated she had just moved into the area. Floor had stains all over it as if it hadn’t been cleaned. Fan fixed (didn’t work on #1 & #2 settings. Chairs saggy. Hot water was boiling - hard to manage with kids. Flooring was stained badly.

The cost of the room was very over priced for the standard of room which was provided to us . The room needs renovating as very poor standard. Very old and basic .
