I enjoyed the pool, the TV channels and plunger coffee supermarket directly over the road and near to Beach walkway and parks The motel wifi was patchy at best but the Sky wifi strong. My bathroom had repairs overdue to a wall and a kitchen drawer was threatening to come apart .housekeeping were pleasant but inconsistent with supplies.

Contractors staying were not overly concerned about other guests when leaving early in the morning. But spoke with reception and they were to address as regular guests and they were aware they have many guests and consideration is paramount for everyone.

• nicola (10/5): So grateful for this comfortable stay. - We arrived extremely late after a delayed ferry crossing/drive. A phone call prior and Brooke was extremely obliging. We are eternally grateful for the option. Arrived to a nice cooling fan going in our room. Everything was comfortable and possibly the cleanest place we've ever stayed.(thank-you to the cleaning staff!) We also were permitted a late check out which was more than welcome. I don't really like even mentioning it as everything else was perfect, but the wifi was very slow/unreliable.

Le personnel est particulièrement agréable, attentif et serviable. Par exemple, lorsque nous avons loué des vélos, ils ont spontanément trouvé une solution pour les stocker en sécurité pendant la nuit. La chambre est très confortable, bien équipée avec toutes les commodités nécessaires : literie de qualité, rideaux occultants efficaces, et un environnement très calme. L’emplacement est également excellent, pratique pour se déplacer et profiter de Nelson. Rien de particulier.

Room looked as though it had been recently renovated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay . King size bed which was very comfortable .
