- Lily (10/5): A Great Stay - The Sportsbar, the restaurant, close proximity to everything. The Palms Shopping Centre, restaurants, etc.. The bed was not that comfortable and pillows are a bit thin. No couch in our room but couch in another room.
- Denton and Eseta (10/5): - We enjoyed the friendly Staff and very helpful the service of the housekeeping was always available and our room was serviced all the time we came back to a clean room, after visiting cemetery our clean room cleared our head n staff smile made our day happy.Thankyou. No small table in rooms upstairs so when we have our coffee n something to eat nothing to use. We asked front desk for table n were given one which we appreciated.

It came up as a deluxe room that I could select for this option. When I arrive to check In I said to the staff member is that room with a balcony and he said no. I explained what I did in requesting for room with balcony and he said it's doesn't say that and I didn't write in the notes stating the request. So I didn't get what I was wanting. That was the only down full for me.

The staff were accommodating in allowing us an early check in (where possible) and a late checkout. Communication was prompt. It was a bit outdated and old. Would have been great with outdoor chair for the back area although it's not very private

The small kitchenette was sufficient to make the coffee or quick snacks. The TV wasn’t working initially, but the helpful staff made it work. Check in process was made easy by the friendly staff who provided all necessary information. Overall great experience staying at the garden hotel. The location, architecture, room layout, cleanliness and ample parking.
