Unfortunately smoking is allowed at tables directly outside rooms so the smoke drifts in especially if windows are open when its hot. I haven't noticed this at other accommodation, smoke doesn't usually bother me, but unfortunately it was off putting for all our group. Otherwise the place was great.

We didn’t need to call for assistance, but the assurance of them being close by helped. I do like the comfort of having my own washing machine and dryer in the apartment, but understand most motels don’t offer this. There were shared facilities very close by, so that was also handy.

- Naoko (8/5): Clean facility with friendly staff. - Staff was friendly and helpful, clean and modern facilities and quiet setting. Fresh milk was provided for morning coffee. Wheelchair friendly bathroom as well. Ample parking. Location was ok but a bit far from the centre of town.

- Denise (9/5): Superb - Very clean and comfortable. Had two single beds in a separate room. Beds comfortable with electric blankets. Kitchenette with crockery and cutlery, table and chairs.

- Elizabeth (8/5): Overall our stay was great, although the weather was especially bad. - No breakfast. Don't know if you could get a breakfast? Location is always good. Separate storage for E bikes. These were stored in garage with linen bags and paraphernalia of the business. Not what I was expecting when I emailed if they had secure storage. Bikes had to be removed before staff arrival 😕
