- Simona (9/5): Celkově jsme byli opravdu velmi spokojeni, milý personál, skvělá poloha hotelu:-) - Snídaně bohaté, perfektní...jen pečivo nebylo rozpečené, dalo se to ale rozpéct ve velkém jakoby topinkovači. Sladké ale jako např. croissanty luxusní, velký výběr buchtiček. večeře několika chodové, někdy s velkým překvapením, ne vždy dobré, ale převážně minimálně jeden chod ok...ale vzhledem k tomu, kolik chodů, vždy jsme se něčím doťukli....spousta salátů, sýrů nebo šunky, ovoce... k dispozici uprostřed týdne došlo klasické máslo a další dny nebylo doplněno, stejně tak čaje nebo citron, ale pokud jsme si o to řekli, bylo vyhověno našim požadavkům

- FRANCESCA (8/5): Comunque ci tornerei! - La vicinanza alle piste da sci, lo stile di montagna che ha il suo fascino, il parcheggio coperto e la ricca colazione La cena, porzioni troppo piccole e piatti troppo elaborati, meglio puntare sulla semplicità . La spa è a pagamento e comunque troppo costosa, l’ assenza di intrattenimento per gli ospiti… finito di sciare poi il tempo a disposizione è da occupare e in hotel se non vai in piscina non hai niente da fare. Magari se almeno il biliardo fosse stato utilizzabile…

- Gert (9/5): A cosy and friendly -budget and otherwise- hotel practically on the ski slopes. - Spacious underground car park, allowing my old car to survive the freezing nights. Staff were helpful and very friendly. It was a great HR choice to add some Spanish warmth in the mix. Cosy piano bar with chess/game tables, a pool table, a movie room -too bad I didn't discover this hotel when my kids were younger- and a -surprise, surprise- piano. During our stay we were actually delighted twice with a song recital by a generous guest (the presence of this guest during your stay cannot be guaranteed though ;-)). Copious dinner -at least when one doesn't snob the buffet part- in a pleasantly busy atmosphere. Being able to finish the ski day with a short off-piste track ending up right on the hotel parking. We still found it very enjoyable, but the wellness area might indeed benefit from a little upgrade and/or attention, especially since it came at a considerate extra expense: the top bench of the Finnish sauna was inclining downwards, the thermarium didn't seem warm enough, some showers or parts thereof didn't work, the relaxing area felt a bit chilly, the filled cereal bowls looked pretty but if they were also intended to be tasty some spoons seemed needed. Also for us the pool could have been warmer. And we were somewhat disappointed by the strict enforcing of the no-jumping rule despite being the only guests still in the pool (especially - *blush* - since we didn't actually jump but only let ourselves fall from the low ceiling after a sequence of pull-ups).

- Alice (7/5): Tutto sommato un soggiorno piacevole, il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. - La struttura ha del potenziale, ottima la posizione vicino agli impianti, lo spazio del ristorante molto grande, staff molto cordiale. Buffet della colazione ottimo con vasta scelta Il bar non ha un servizio efficiente, manca personale qualificato e tempi di attesa per ricevere la consumazione piuttosto lunghi. L’acqua della doccia non defluiva bene dallo scarico.

Navštívili jsme také wellnes (3 sauny , a vířivka ) ve vířivce byla docela studená voda . Wellnes je za poplatek 30 eu /os .

- Mattia (5/5): - Locarion Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel aspettandoci il livello di servizio tipico di un 4 stelle, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata piuttosto deludente. Molti servizi che normalmente ci si aspetterebbe inclusi risultavano invece a pagamento. Ad esempio, per utilizzare la piscina era obbligatorio noleggiare gli accappatoi dell’hotel al costo di 5 € ciascuno, una scelta che ci è sembrata poco in linea con la categoria della struttura. Anche la temperatura delle camere è stata un problema: durante il soggiorno le stanze risultavano piuttosto fredde, rendendo il comfort non all’altezza delle aspettative. Peccato, perché la posizione dell’hotel è effettivamente molto buona e comoda per raggiungere le piste da sci. Con qualche attenzione in più ai servizi e al comfort degli ospiti potrebbe offrire un’esperienza decisamente migliore.

Fotky pokojů na booking jsou hrozné. :-) Ve skutečnosti vypadají lépe. Jsem zvyklí, že když si objednáte večer pití na baru, tak Vám dají podepsat účtenku. Tohle tady nedělají a na závěr Vám vyjedou účet. Já to nekontroloval, asi to bylo cenově v pořádku, ale není to příjemná situace.

- Kekec (9/5): V grobem zelo dobro - Ne razumem, zakaj ima hotel tako slabo oceno (7,5) Jaz se vsekakor vrnem, če spet dobim ugodno ceno. Hotel je praktično na smučišču, do sedežnice je 250m. Parkiraš lahko v podzemni garaži, kar je super. Soba Superior je čista, dovolj velika in topla. Ski room je tudi super. Pri zajtrku je velika izbira. Pri večerji so res majhne porcije. Ampak zraven imate odprt bife s hrano in lahko si naložite kolikor hočete. Lačni gotovo ne boste. Tudi savna je čisto prijetna in lepa, le cena je krepko pretirana za hotelskega gosta (30€) Cena savne. Počasnost strežbe - večerja se res (po italijansko) razvleče na 1,5-2h. Ampak nekateri bi radi pojedli hitro :) Nivo hotela res ni 4*, ampak je pa soliden za 3*.

- JULIO (6/5): No está mal, pero no para ser un 4 estrellas - La ubicación es excelente si vas a esquiar a la estación de San Pellegrino, muy cerca también de Alpe Lusia y bien también para moverte a otras magníficas estaciones. El parking muy bueno, con 2 plantas subterráneas (perfecto para evitar congelaciones en noches de frío) y espacioso (yo llevaba una furgoneta grande). Las cenas son muy mejorables, hay un pequeño buffet muy repetitivo y lo que puedes pedir (un primero y un segundo) es escaso y tratan de hacer demasiadas florituras sin llegar a salirles bien. Tuve una habitación triple, con cama de matrimonio y cama supletoria con colchón demasiado fino, blando y ruidoso

- Romana (9/5): - velika, čista in prostorna soba z velikim balkonom. zelo dober bife tako za zajtrk, kot tudi večerjo. zelo prijazno osebje v restavraciji. zelo prostorna parkirna garaža. zaradi velikega števila gostov rahla zmeda med strežbo večerij. v sobi ni copat, niti kopalnega plašča, kar bi za 4* moralo biti.
- Miroslav (8/5): - Skvělá lokalita a dobře upravené sjezdovky. Podhodnocení potřeb personálu na počet hostů v hotelu.Večeře v trvání dvě hodiny, než dostanete poslední chod!!! Jinak si nechejte doložit, co za pokoje opravdu nabízejí. Ten kumbál co nám první den dali , byla víc než urážka.Až jsem se ozval ,tak nám za příplatek dali jiný, již trochu standardní pokoj.

- Ley (8/5): Nel complesso il mio soggiorno è stato piacevole e rilassante. - Mi è piaciuto davvero tanto soggiornare in questo hotel. La posizione è super comoda, a due passi dalle piste da sci, quindi niente stress la mattina. Dopo una giornata sulla neve è stato bellissimo potersi rilassare in piscina. Le porzioni non sono molto grandi, ma c’è il buffet, quindi alla fine si rimane comunque sazi e segnalo che l’acqua potabile è a pagamento. In generale il cibo è buono e si mangia volentieri.

- yue (7/5): 是专心滑雪、不要太注重享受的地方 - 酒店出门左右都有缆车，滑雪方便；酒店餐厅的员工很友善，尤其有一位高个子黑发男士和一位微笑很美的女士，每天都对我们很照顾、很友善，在餐厅的体验很开心。 设备很老旧，泳池和桑拿开放时间不合理，18:30就关闭，滑雪回来想使用设施放松时间很紧张，晚上又无处可去。酒店前台不太热情，对我们问的问题回答很敷衍，和餐厅的良好服务形成强烈反差。

- Marco (7/5): Deludente. - La posizione rispetto agli impianti di risalita è la gentilezza del personale di sala. È datata, con arredamento di almeno 30 anni fa e la camera era molto piccola. Io sono alto 1,83 e seduto sul bagno le mie gambe non ci stavano perché lo spazio fra bagno stesso e box doccia era molto ridotto. La qualità del cibo era mediocre.

- Marta (1/5): - Piste da sci vicine La camera era sporca. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la doccia sporca con dei capelli all’interno e non è stata pulita fino al giorno successivo. Il personale è inesistente e poco preparato. Ogni semplice richiesta è diventata un problema, persino per chiedere un po’ di ghiaccio ci è voluta mezz’ora. Porzioni di cibo davvero minime e di qualità scadente. Questo hotel è tutto meno che un 4 stelle e le foto sono molto diverse rispetto alla realtà.
- Kristyna (8/5): We enjoyed it - The location is great, although it is an older hotel we liked it and enjoyed it. We had a nice big room with two bathrooms. It got a bit chilly around 4 pm but was heated enough in the evening. Wifi did not work well for us but we liked the staff of the dining room - they were helpful and very nice despite the lengthy process of serving the meals as the hotel was full. We did not use the wellness and spa It is not a 4 star hotel but all the flaws were bearable for the nice holiday we had

- Tibor (1/5): Legközelebb másik helyet keresek! - A személyzet semleges hozzáállása tragédia, mosoly van, de kérés teljesítés nincs! A vacsora minden alkalommal kudarcba fulladt, sertés helyett csak egy zsírdarabot kaptunk. A megjelölt ételt 2 óra múlva hozták ki hidegen, a felszolgáló 5 perc után sem tudta, hogy kinek kell átadnia a rendelést. A szoba 3 ember részére szerintem elfogadhatatlan ár/érték arányban!

Camere non troppo grandi ma funzionali per spazio armadio e cassetti. Zona benessere a pagamento 30€ con Ulteriori 10€ non menzionati per utilizzo accappatoio e telo. Qualità colazione e cucina nella norma, al di sotto delle 4 stelle. Moquette vintage nelle camere.

Siamo rimasti a piedi con la batteria date le temperature basse e l'aiuto da parte della struttura e stato quasi nullo... Ci hanno solo dato un booster scarico che non ha avuto molti risultati Per fortuna un esterno che si trovava in hotel ci ha aiutato a fare partire l' auto con i cavi... Sconsiglio non curano molto il cliente a mio parere

- Tyberiusz (8/5): Miły pobyt i takie same wspomnienia - Obiekt zlokalizowany niemal idealnie w stosunku do dostępnych wyciągów. Dosłownie 3 minuty spacerkiem i można to zrobić w butach narciarskich z hotelu. Sam hotel czysty, miła obsługa nawet przy zgłaszanych uwagach, obsługa bez problemu po angielsku Nic specjalnego nie zaobserwowaliśmy. Posiłki mało urozmaicone ale można było się najeść. Polskie hotele są tutaj poza zasięgiem zagranicznych 😉
