• sonia (9/5): the place is my preferred stay when visiting NYC. - the hostel has all you need for your stay. Good bed, nice shower in the room, there's a kitchen down stairs with all facilities to prepare the meal (if you like to cook), a supermarket next to the building, some restaurants around, it is close to 2 metro stations. Rooms upstairs there is no elevator - for you know, and there is noice from metro passing during night, but that does not bother at all (never bothered me).
• Georgiana-Elena (9/5): Cozy, good value for money - They have a large cozy kitchen/sitting area. The room is spacious enough and it’s very easy to reach from downtown. Staff is very helpful. The blankets are very thin and not very warm, a bit inconvenient during the winter. I asked for extra but I was still cold even with two. The shower head could be changed.

• Ricardo (9/5): - La ubicación es espectacular, el lugar es agradable y lindo. El precio está muy bien. Está muy cerca de la línea del metro, escuchas el tren todo el tiempo, pero te dan tapones para los oídos, así que eso te ayuda a descansar
• ROBERTA (9/5): I met interesting and helpful people and enjoyed the park across the street. - I had breakfast out at Hudson Market. I was impressed by the house keepers who were kind and held the heavy front door open for me. I also was helped above and beyond by Kimberley at the front desk. Subway train noise needs to be mitigated besides providing ear plugs.

• ROMANA (10/5): perfect location - i liked the room. i enjoyed how easy it was to check in. i also enjoyed the location as it was very easy to get to all of the places I needed to visit within a 10-15 minute subway. There's also two grocery stores nearby. I didn't like that all of the pans in the kitchen were scratched up teflon. I also think that there should be a bit more clarity for the guests upon their arrival where to find the kitchen labels for food and make sure that they date them properly so people don't take your food. I don't put blame on the hostel itself but someone took 4 of my coffees and I was really upset haha. Maybe better signage where the free items are supposed to be left.
• Clémentine (8/5): Une auberge de jeunesse agréable et pratique pour une nuit avant une journée de vadrouille dans NYC - La chambre de 4 lits était agréable et bien aménagée avec deux mezzanines. Les toilettes et la douche sont dans la chambre plutôt que dans des espaces communs extérieurs, ce qui ajoute du confort. Des casiers sont à disposition (dont il faut fournir le cadenas en revanche). Le personnel est accueillant et arrangeant. La possibilité de laisser ses bagages en supplément est un plus notable. La chambre donnait sur un carrefour emprunté par le métro extérieur, c'était donc assez bruyant. La douche ne fermait pas. Je trouve ça toujours dommage quand il n'y a pas de petit-déjeuner mais c'était prévu.

• Emie (8/5): Bonne auberge - Auberge très bien située, avec au moins 4 lignes de métro à 5 min ou moins, qui mènent directement à Times Square en 20 min. Propreté des chambres, lits confortables. Chaque chambre à sa douche, toilettes et salles de bain. Il y a une cuisine équipée et une salle commune avec babyfoot, table de ping pong. Ils fournissent une serviette, il y'a deux prises pour chaque lit, un casier assez grand mais il faut prendre son cadenas. La salle de bain dans la chambre est parfois compliquée car on a peur de réveiller les autres. Le bruit : le métro extérieur et juste en face de l'hôtel, il fait un bruit énorme, et les bruits de la rue sont très forts. Ils donnent des bouchons d'oreilles en mousse, mais souvent c'est insuffisant. Il faut apporter des bouchons plus performants et le bruit s'attenu vraiment. Propreté moyenne dans la salle commune, et vraiment étiqueter la nourriture, sinon il peut y avoir des vols. Le personnels pourrait être un peu plus souriant et serviable. Ils ne donnent un plaid pour la nuit, mais il y a beaucoup de chauffage. Pour les frileux, prévoir une couverture.

• HAYDER (6/5): - The person at reception was terrible when I checked out; their behavior was very rude and unfriendly. This makes me hesitant to return to this place. In addition, the place is noisy; all you can hear is the train.

• Elise (9/5): Parfait rapport qualité/prix tres bien placé - L’emplacement est absolument parfait, au pied de la bouche métro Queen Plaza qui dessert énormément d’endroit dont Manhattan en direct Le personnel est disponible 24h/24 et à l’écoute de vos demandes et vraiment sympa Tout est nettoyé tous les jours par le personnel qui fait un super boulot donc propre Manque d’animations, l’auberge a un super potentiel de vie de communauté et ça manque un peu, et quelques canapés en plus de l’espace chill

• debra jane (8/5): Queens at New Year. - Decent room. Nice little shower en-suite. Location was great - easy to get here and plenty going on in area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would be good to have curtains or something around bed also a little personal light where USB is. Shower took ages to heat but once warm was lovely. I didn't get a bed sheet ( apparently had run out ) however was not offered one the next day either. But still overall this was a good place....I wasn't put off not staying there again.
• Rachel (4/5): Should’ve sprung for a hotel. - Location was close enough to the airport It was freezing cold and the heater in the room was broken. The sounds of guests voices in the stairwell and hallways was very loud. I didn’t sleep a wink all night.
• Nicole Friedrich (10/5): Tive uma ótima estadia, tudo bem limpo, confortável e fácil. - Pertinho de dois metrôs diferentes isso é muito bom, dentro era bem quentinho em dias de neve foi ótimo. Quarto confortável e banheiro bom. Cozinha bem legal também e banheiros limpos! Nada a reclamar Não achei os funcionários muito simpáticos, mas fizeram um bom trabalho.

• Aizhan (6/5): Problems with hot water. And helpless reception. - The location is really Good 👌 Wi-Fi was fast and without any issues. Cleaning stuff was amazing 👍 The most horrible thing was that on 7th day of my stay, the water in the shower turned cold. When I said to reception, they didn’t believe me and said now is too late, the master can come only tomorrow. Next day was the same. Sometimes it’s hot, but after several minutes it’s get cold. I talked to reception many times. But the guy was very rude and said What He can do??? The situation was like that all last 4 days of my stay, even though they came to check the water and it was really cold. They did nothing about it. The beds are noisy. When my neighbour above me move, I was waking up at night. The toilet doesn’t have proper door, so you can hear everything. The shower’s door handle was loose. They don’t have an elevator. Those drawbacks would be not so important if there were no problems with the hot water.

• Gaitan (7/5): - el check in muy bueno, pero el check ou estaba un jovencito con pocas ganas de trabajar, estaba cargado de bolsos más la toalla y sábanas que tenía que dejarle a él , no podía meterla en la bolsa que él quería que la meta y en vez de ayudarme se quedaba mirando el teléfono, cuando necesitaba realmente ayuda, luego le entregue la tarjeta y la tiró sobre el mostrador, muy mal trato , muy maleducado, es el chico que hace la noche, la verdad deja muy mala imagen

• S (5/5): Great location but could use a face-lift. - The location is great, very close the the metro station which is just a few stops away from Times Square. The pillows were quite comfortable. It's shabby and the common areas are quite depressing and could use a facelift. Also the floors in the bathrooms are really slippery and I had a near death experience when I was falling on the floor after taking a shower (I'm still young so really not my fault) and then stepping on the tile floor with my wet feet. Got a huge bruising in my elbow.

• Cobo Diz (4/5): Buenas ubicación mala calidad - La ubicación, estaba muy cerca de varias lineas d metro y a unos 20min de Manhattan. El personal que me atendió muy amable. Me dieron una cama baja que fue lo que solicité por necesidad. El precio bien pero por la ubicación y la ciudad que es Las camas super incómodas, la almohada no se le puede llamar almohada. Entraba aire por la ventana, mi cama estaba al lado por lo que hacía un frío de flipar tuve que estar tapando todas las noches la ventana con la toalla, si no las corrientes y el frío capaz de cogerme una pulmonía. Tuve que estar durmiendo con la chaqueta por encima yo y otra compañera de la cama de abajo Traté de dejar la maleta en recepción a mi salida y me dijeron que el jefe les dijo que no podíamos dejar más maletas los que nos íbamos (a pesar de que te lo cobran) porque si no los que llegaban no tenían sitio, tuve que estar 5 horas dando vueltas por la ciudad con la maleta a mi salida. Yo ya estaba allí, los que entraban no. Jabón de la ducha en el lavabo, imposible alcanzar. Baño minúsculo aunque supongo que como en toda la ciudad

• Isabella (6/5): Minimal effort, clean room, but would not stay again - The private room was clean and good for just staying at night. The shower is nice and hot but bathroom is very narrow. The communal area has a lot to be desired. We saw it once and decided not to go back down there as it was dull, pool table was very old and just not inviting. The first person to greet us was also very minimal with his interactions and not a typical hostel/hotel greeting at all.

• CHOLOPINO (1/5): The service provided from Booking and Q4 - Area is great The service both Bookiing and the Q4 Hotel provided was upsetting and service needs to be worked on especially since they both cater towards customers in tourism. Google review summary: The stay this past week was unpleasant because of the service the 3rd party site Booking and the front desk at Q4 Hostel didnt do their job by confirming my reservation. I definitely checked in during my 1st night, but by the next day the hostel completely threw all my stuff in a laundry bag and held it in storage. Imagine yourself coming in to your unit and felt completely evicted from your own room?!! Apparently one of the front desk agents didnt press the confirm button on their end, which then led to booking.com sending me an email about deducting an extra fee for "no show?!!" Guys, if you plan on booking through a 3rd party site (ie; expedia, agoda,booking.com) make sure the front desk at any overnight stay you go to (hotels,hostels,etc) press that CONFIRM button cuz if not your items will be thrown out. AND make sure the 3rd party site like BOOKING.com. checks up on the Hotel for any reasons a customer was marked as a "NO SHOW" at unit before making confirmation from their end and sending out an email about a "no show" fee and getting their items thrown out.
• Vanessa (9/5): Preis Leistung ist super für New York - Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt für den Preis! Man ist super schnell in Manhattan, U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür. Das Zimmer hat mich auch positiv überrascht es war sauber und auch fast größer als erwartet. Leider geht ein oberirdischer Subway direkt am Hotel durch, es hat sich teilweise so angehört als würde der Subway bei uns durchs Zimmer fahren, aber immerhin gab es kostenlose Ohrstöpsel 😂

• Ramata (2/5): Very disappointing stay due to extreme noise and a lack of basic comfort, despite the convenient location. - I stayed at this hotel for two nights and, unfortunately, my experience was very unpleasant. The hotel is extremely noisy — from inside the room, you can hear absolutely everything happening outside. The train passes non-stop, along with constant traffic, which makes it almost impossible to sleep at night. Upon arrival, the hotel even provided earplugs to “help” with the noise, but honestly, the sound is so loud that they barely make a difference. We also experienced a water issue during our stay. One morning, we woke up and couldn’t shower because there was no hot water at all — only freezing cold water. When we called the front desk, they simply told us there was a problem with the water system and that it would be fixed as soon as possible, without any further explanation. This was genuinely the first time in my life I stayed in a hotel where I couldn’t even have a hot shower. The only positive aspect is the location, which is convenient: the subway is about a 3–4 minute walk away, making it easy to reach downtown. Other than that, the hotel is very poor in quality, extremely noisy, and overall not a pleasant place to stay. I would not recommend it. Very noisy. No hot water.

Le métro passe à hauteur de chambre 24h/24h. La cuisine au sous-sol n’est pas très accueillante, sombre et mal aérée.
• e (7/5): - 位置还好，地铁口很近，干净 周边环境乱，第一晚上铺位说清原因腿爬高有点困难希望第二天调整下铺，明明下铺空了好几个但就这点小小要求也被拒了，估计是不想多整理卫生吧，感觉不好
