- Joan (10/5): Highly recommend. - This motel is lovely with with good management and we enjoyed our stay. Room was large, bathroom large, courtyard private and all stylishly furnished. Kitchenette was fully equipped, beds comfy, linen fresh and whole room clean and tidy. The temp overnight was 4 deg outside and we didn't even require the aircon. The motel is well insulated. Parking outside rooms. A wonderful nights sleep and stay. Situated close to all needs. Highly recommend this motel.

The single step up into the office or into the rooms is higher than a standard regulation step rise. Beware that you don't trip up as you enter either the office or your room as I did.

Someone had installed the shower rail incorrectly, so the showered head wasn’t adjustable. But half the time shower heads are not adjustable, so no big deal. Water pressure was great.

- Jeanette (10/5): Stay following a great night out. - The general appearance, The greeting I got! Ease of check-in, Parking, Room decor and design, Location. A little far from the CBD for convenience.
- AndyPakenham (6/5): Nice quiet stay in Bairnsdale - The room was nice and clean. Quiet area and bed was comfy. Towels were fluffy and the shower was good. Parking was cramped due to overgrown trees. Thats all I could really complain about.
- Georgia (10/5): Excellent and very safe - Excellent and helpful staff. Made me feel very safe a solo female. Even moved things around so I could park my horse float outside my room. And a room upgrade!!
- Allan (9/5): Lovely motel and great value for money - This was an excellent motel. The room far exceeded our expectations. It was large and clean and beautifully furnished. The room had a king size bed and spa bath so was great value for money. Definitely the nicest motel we have stayed at in a long time. The only negative comment I would make would be the water temperature. It needed to be hotter. A lovely big spa bath but by the time it was filled, it was not very hot
