• Kenneth (7/5): Keep Mrs. Doreen at all cost. - Mrs. Doreen is amazing. Very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. She definitely elevates my experience. The room floors cleanliness could be better.

• John (1/5): TOTAL DISSAPOINTMENT!!! They truly do not care about the guests!! - Shemarie , at the front desk, was the only person who seemed to care about our stay. Very nice! The room smelled real bad, like urine. The odor of pot was in the hall outside our room. The TV didn't work in our room, even after troubleshooting with front desk. The carpet was threadbare in places, the paint was patched everywhere. Cracks in the seams by the door frames. Minimum toiletries given, no bottled water unless you purchased it downstairs. Got a FLAT tire in the parking lot where the speed bump was so damaged, the BOLTS holding it in place were not secured!!! Breakfast was definitely continental, no protein offered. One guest had to get up and move while eating because the staff started mopping all under his feet! Staff never apologized or spoke to the guest, I guess because the staff was from india. Upon checking out, when asked how our stay was, And I explained how terrible it was, all I was told was "I'm sorry"!! I booked through Booking.com and the room was $237!!! What a ripoff!! For this price I expected A much cleaner environment/ better everything!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

• Brittany (1/5): NEVER AGAIN - The location and the staff was friendly I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the room was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor. It was clear that proper cleaning had not been done before my arrival. I actually had to go out and buy my own cleaning supplies just to make the room somewhat livable, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The same day, I had to be switched to another room, but unfortunately, the issues didn’t improve much. There was no consistent room service — I had to repeatedly ask for basic items like tissue, towels, and even for the trash to be taken out. At one point, I also had to request that the pool be cleaned, which should already be part of regular maintenance. On day two someone did come by to collect trash but what got me was that I had to get the trash and give it to her and put my own bags back in as if I worked there very unacceptable. Also no one ever came and made a bed up very disappointing. To make matters worse, I found hair in the tub that clearly belonged to a previous guest. That alone made the stay feel very unsanitary and uncomfortable. The breakfast was also very disappointing and did not meet expectations at all. Additionally, the pictures online are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had while on vacation. I would not recommend staying here. I really do wish I could get my money back. Other than those issue I will the staff was nice and friendly.

• Babatunde (1/5): Its definitely the worst hotel experience I have ever had - I recently stayed at your hotel and had an extremely unpleasant and unacceptable experience. Upon entering the room, I was immediately hit with a strong, foul odor. I attempted to overlook it, but things got significantly worse when I laid down and discovered at least ten bugs in the bed with me. This was both disturbing and traumatizing. The room was clearly filthy and not maintained to even the most basic standards of cleanliness or hygiene. I was so unsettled by the conditions that I chose to leave after just one night—even though I had originally planned to stay longer. Instead of risking another night, I drove five hours back to Georgia just to avoid staying in your hotel any longer. This level of neglect is unacceptable, and I believe a full refund is more than appropriate given the circumstances. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless immediate improvements are made. Please address this matter seriously and respond accordingly. Bugs, smell, cleanliness, poor service, just a huge disappointment

The staff was absent minded in reference to anything concerning the daily function of the hotel, since I had no answers to any of my questions; for example: why did someone grab the towels we were using and didn’t replace them with clean ones? or, why did someone come into my room if no room service was going to be performed? or, why did you say that I could stream from my phone to the room’s tv if that was not the case? We will not stay there again.

The room was upstairs with an open window that was broken and could not close. Do yourself a favor and travel a little further to Pensacola. Much better value for your money if you look elsewhere.
