They were very helpful and responded to messages quickly. Staffs are helpful. We checked in lately and they still supported well

The food in the hotel restaurant was all delicious. I did not like the service from the woman staff at night. I guess she is from philiphines. She is cold and unpleasant to us and other customers. I've been experienced this for 2 night and ruined our mood. Please upgrade your service.

• aania2025 (10/5): Best Hotel in Male’ 😍 - The service is incredible in there. From the quick response with booking to first interaction in airport was excellent. Upon arrival to airport everything was ready and we had a stress free moment. They was very quick and upon arrival to hotel, they welcomed us in the best way we will never forget. Even was lucky to get an early check in. The rooms was very comfortable, love the idea of plastic free environment. The balcony was not that well. The restaurant food was so good, especially the korean wings and prawns nasigoreng. Staffs there is the best. I will hope to come again and also i recommend this hotel to all.

Man hatte eine Möglichkeit einen Gym auswärts zu benutzen. Gym war gut. Die Wände sind hellhörig. Ohne Ohropax schwierig. Moschee in der Nähe und man hört jedes Gebet. Wenn jemand Nachts streitet hört man es auch. Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht und Eines, aufgrund von früher Abreise als lunchbox bekommen. Nun ja. Ein Apfel, Kekse, Wasser und zwei weiße Sandwiches mit einer Scheibe Aufschnitt aus einer Scheibe Gurke ist wirklich ein Witz für den Preis.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine warmth. A special thank you to the front desk team and the restaurant staff for going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always smiling and eager to help with directions, luggage, or just a friendly chat.
• Kadri (7/5): - Hotel location was good to walk around in the town - fish market, central park. Some good restaurants around. Room size was good. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Good addition was free transfer from and to the airport. Wifi was actually working only in the lobby. Our room did not have any view, but in booking.com the room was described as with 'city view'. In reality really dirty window was facing some brick wall. Such rooms should have different price and this should be clearly stated during booking as 'no view'. I'd never book such room as I do not feel OK in rooms with no view and daylight. Luckily we had only one night there.

• Dai (10/5): Outstanding hospitality provided by Unais and Nia. - My wife and I had booked a late check-out after a Sandbank & Snorkeling Tour, but the tour had to be canceled at the last minute due to bad weather on the day of the tour. The Somerset Hotel staff handled the situation with remarkable flexibility and promptness. My wife and I are especially grateful for the outstanding service and hospitality provided by Unais and Nia.

• Gabriele (9/5): Zentral gelegenes Hotel in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße - Das Hotel liegt zentral in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in unmittelbarer Nähe vom National Museum. Der Fischmarkt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Shuttle-Service vom und zum Flughafen war im Zimmerpreis inkludiert. Das im Hotel befindliche Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen: geschmacklich super - wir hatten asiatische Gerichte gegessen - und sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück in Buffetform plus zusätzliche Bestellungen von der Karte möglich.

• Svetlana (6/5): - It is a hotel of true 3 stars. Staff is amazing! People were helpful and responsive. The room was big, and we got free upgrade. Perhaps it used to be better times for the building. I think price is a big high to the actual offer. Break fast was good. It is a good hotel and location for the business trip of one or two days. Price :) and windows which were closed but it was due to that they fased the walls. So basically, it felt like bunker :) but good for sleeping, tho.

• N1250TPdavidf (10/5): Welcoming service not always delivered - We arrived late at night on transit to Dhigufaru island and had a 6 am pickup for the seaplane flight, as the checkout was before breakfast started they prepared a takeout breakfast box. It was so nice to have this hospitality
