Requested a very firm bed because of I my recent surgery on my Hips, knees and shoulder replacements, but the bed was way too soft and way too low.

- Justin (8/5): Great stay all round - Really comfortable bed and very clean room. Great Chinese restaurant on site serving some of the best Chinese food we'd ever had. Even though it is close to the train line, the room was whisper quiet and pleasant all round. Room had a dining table for sit in meals and a modern TV. Balcony was a good addition. Staff were lovely. A/C unit was noisy and slow but still worked ok. Could do with some provided cutlery other than 2 teaspoons. Need a few chairs on the balcony to enjoy the space.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit early but it was not a problem. On site Chinese Restaurant was a bonus for dinner. As we had an Assistance Dog we had easy access to a "toilet" place. nothing to dislike about this facility.

- Lisa (7/5): Good, clean accommodation in convenient location - Quiet location, spaciousness & privacy for 3 people. Good sized bathroom, well-equipped kitchen. Cleanliness of facilities. The two bedroom accommodation we stayed in felt a lttle soul-less (no lamps or reading lights). It had everything we needed and was fine for an overnight stay. We were on a lower ground floor & could hear the folk upstairs walking / running around.

The door had damage from previous locks being replaced. There was no easy access to the room with luggage. Stairs only. The location was not ideal for access to transport or facilities.

- sonja (7/5): spacious comfortable room - the room was spacious, the area was fairly quiet and not that far to walk to shops and train station. On our second night there was a large family group with several rooms who were noisy visiting each other late in the night and early morning, even knocking on our door once as had the wrong room.
