Guest Reviews
- Damien (10/5): - Friendly staff good location
- Leah (8/5): - Amazing location. Quick walk into town & close to medical district. Clean rooms. Not having to stuff around parking off-site was a huge bonus.
- alan (7/5): Good - Easy to find Abit noisy in the from traffic but not a killer.
- Michael (4/5): I won’t ever stay here again as I need to sleep when I am working in Brisbane. - Rooms clean and well presented Common area presentation is very poor. Road noise at night and early morning was completely unacceptable. Unable to sleep. This was a disaster.
- Damian (7/5): overall more than satisfied with facilities and location - Location very central
Complimentary goodies bag
great staff
rooms very well presented property a little dated
not enough power points in room
- Jason (10/5): - Hassle free Parking included just drive straight in and park. Not secure but better than parking on the street or an overpriced public carpark! I got there about 4pm plenty of spots. Elevator to carpark. staffed reception desk. Easy to use stairs up to rooms from ground floor if you can't be bothered waiting for lift. Balcony with pub view, ok sized room, Desk & chair, adequate bathroom. Working air con. secure card entry. Easy few minutes walk to city, a bit hilly but if you're fit it's not a worry. I could walk to Suncorp Stadium. lil cafe open to public downstairs.
Overall the place is Nothing fancy but Honestly it was perfect for me. Already planning to stay again next year. No one wants to say it, but a toilet brush would be nice. When it's needed it's needed. And there wasn't one during such time of need. I know they're gross but i've seen hotels equip bathrooms with easily washable rubber ones, consider that.
- Donna (10/5): -
- Suzanne (10/5): - Was so close to the day surgery that we needed. Apart from the weather that no one can help was greater. Car park was a bit snug but at least they had parking
- Michael and Helen (7/5): - Convenient location Nothing
- Suzy (8/5): - Great area. Lovely clean room. Comfortable bed staff were very lovely. N/A
- Addison (7/5): Sufficent to needs. - Apart from no restaurant the Cafe (When open) was very good. Had a great breakfast there. No restaurant or bar.
- Christine (8/5): - Very helpful staff. Provided information on good places to eat, provided tourist map of CBD area. A late checkout was no problem. Car park not secure. Fridge needed larger freezer area.
- Foreman (8/5): -
- Nick (4/5): - Spa and bed comfort was fine. Hot water was on and off in the mornings, beds and towels were not renewed. TV didnt work.

- Karen (6/5): It was ok for one night. - Location to our event No table and chairs on balcony. Unable to smoke, even on the balcony. No liquid soap in the dispenser in the shower. Bed was uncomfortable.

- Louise (6/5): 48 hours in Brisbane - Staff were excellent and helpful. This is an older hotel, in an excellent location. Street noise and noisy folk who arrived in the wee hours of the morning and were in loud discussions for some time. Rooms not soundproofed.
Pity the cafe was closed while I was there.
- Celia (9/5): Very pleasant. Well located for health procedures. Can’t wait to revisit! - Booked through booking.com.
Good welcome.
Ideal room for value. Very clean.
Great location.
Will definitely be back Can’t think of anything!
- Peter (7/5): Staff excellent, comfortable, close to City - Location, staff, comfortable Carpark should have more security as there were people wondering through it on Saturday night. The rooms are dated, but Ok.
- Kuanyu (6/5): -
- Graeme (8/5): Enjoyable overnight stay in a quiet, comfortable room with great staff for a reasonable price. - Location of the property was excellent for an event I was attending nearby in Spring Hill. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with a good bar fridge. Air con works well.
Exceptional staff. Raf on the front desk is awesome, such a friendly face to be greeted with on arrival. He really helped to make mine a very enjoyable overnight stay. Ground level access to and from the lift isn’t always available.
- Nikki (7/5): Overall it fitted my needs as it was a very short stay. - My stay was brief. The bed was super comfy and the room cozy. The shower completely filled with water despite removing the drain cap. The water started spilling onto the bathroom floor. I was panicked as I had shampoo in and completely soaped up. Argh.
The WiFi password didn't work and no hair dryer in the room. These were reported on departure.
- Carrie (8/5): - Location
- Karen (10/5): - Being handy need the eye surgeon ,bed so comfortable , .
- Monk (8/5): - The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean , comfortable, and a good size. It was the comfiest hotel bed I've slept in for a while. It was an easy walk into the city (a bit more uphill on the way home). I would definitely stay here again.
- AMER (8/5): -
- Genís (6/5): - Employees Bathroom, broken window, noisy air conditioner
- Bella (6/5): - Walking distance from the river, restaurants and shops. The drainage in the showers was horrible. We were standing in ankle deep pool of our shower water which is quite disgusting. We had to shower in intervals and turning the shower off for 5-10minutes to let the water drain.
- Belinda (7/5): Top of the hill - Beds were comfy. Staff were friendly. List of conveniences nearby with brief directions and what to Google fir detailed information. Elevators "locked" after 8pm so unable to access floors from car park or reception. No choice but to use stairs. Ok if you don't have existing leg injuries.
- Mubeen (7/5): -
- Madison (10/5): Beautiful, clean, friendly, lovely area. - The welcoming staff, the excellent rooms. Nothing, it was amazing!
- Samuel (9/5): - Clean and good facilities Location
- Emma (10/5): - Stayed here as a one night layover before catching the bus in the morning, the night reception staff (male staff member, I didn't catch his name sorry), was very very helpful, went out of his way to help us find a cafe to go to before the early morning bus. Room and bed was great no complaints
- Bernie (9/5): - Helpful staff
- Ben (8/5): Great Value - Nice sized rooms, with comfortable bed and everything else would need (TV, Air Con, Desk, and good internet). Good sized bathroom and only a short walk to station and city, with plenty of places to eat close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Super good value in price. The property is a little dated and a bit further from the city that other places but value wise, is outstanding.

Traffic on little edward Street very noisy. Windows frosted so couldn't look out without opening window and door.
- robert (7/5): Clean noisy room with little security. - A lot of traffic noise. Pillows too high. Lack of security. Anyone could enter carpark and get lift to any floor. Not good enough.
- Roberts (6/5): Checked out at 230am so for the time we were there it was good - Accessability to Roma St No on site Restaurant, we are to old to be walking the street looking for food

- Asuka (10/5): -
- Sheri (5/5): It was sufficient for our needs but I wouldn’t go back - It was one step up from a youth hostel Servic
- Jamie (10/5): -
- Jenny (6/5): - Location and parking It was very out dated and the price was absolutely overpriced for the age and state of the room.
- Kate (6/5): Good staff, an old place but had everything you need for short stay. (Including 10m walk to bottle shop!) - Close to where we needed to be. It’s pod but clean and the staff were very friendly and great. It’s just old, but for the money it’s a great place to stay.
