• Darina (2/5): - Ubytování má skvělou polohu přímo na hlavním náměstí, jen 15 minut chůze od nádraží, 15 minut od Wawelu. Personál byl milý a flexibilní, na pokoji varná konvice, lednička, mikrovlnná trouba a základní nádobí. Hotel se prezentuje řadou krásných fotek, ani jedna ale není z pokoje č. 12, kde jsem byla ubytovaná. Prochozená křivá podlaha, popraskaný křivý strop, který vypadá, že za chvíli spadne, navíc nepříjemně hlasitě vrže. Přes pokoj vede roura vzduchotechniky z nižších pater, která vydává extrémně nepříjemné zvuky. Pokoj má miniaturní okno, které prakticky nejde otevřít, protože z něj jde hluk a zápach z větráků na okolních střechách. Osuška sice čistá, ale roztrhaná, ručník na ruce nevyměněný, zapáchal. Celkově v havarijním stavu. Chápu, že bydlení v historickém centru za přijatelnou cenu bude jednoduché, ale taky očekávám, že bude čisté a že se v něm budu cítit bezpečně. Z jiných hotelů/měst/zemí vím, že to jde. Tento pokoj rozhodně není z kategorie "comfort", ale "low basic", rozhodně nedoporučuji.

SO COULDNT FIND IT. untill the following day when i asked the receptionsist where is it ? He even said " yes its a problem for eveyone and thought it was funny....i awoke to find a blood stsined bed sheet..that i couldnt see in the dark ...horrible place...i shall leave a bad review.

• Paolo (4/5): Bellissima città ma brutta esperienza, avendo pagato due volte la stanza. - La posizione è ottima. L'ascensore non è presente Malinteso in cui è coinvolto anche Booking. Avevo effettuato la prenotazione in data 28.3.26 n 6040206667. Non avendo ricevuto nessuna conferma, dopo un pò ho emesso una nuova prenotazione n 5905467445 per la quale invece ho ricevuto conferma da parte di Booking. Giunto nella residenza mi hanno segnalato che a mio nome c'erano 2 prenotazioni. Il problema non li aveva insospettiti sul fatto che poteva esserci stato un disservizio. Ho controllato sui movimenti della carta di credito ed ho visto che erano state addebitate entrambe le prenotazioni. Penso che o la residenza o, ancor di più, Booking doveva risolvere il problema ancora il giorno 28.3.26. Rimango ancora fiducioso che Booking, al quale ho segnalato il problema telefonicamente ad un gentile operatore il giorno dell'arrivo nella struttura, possa risolvere il problema.

• Martin (8/5): - Very good location for the old town. The room was basic but functional and extra pillows provided at request. No lift or help offered for luggage. No tea or coffee provided . The bed and bedding was very tired.
• ETSUKO (9/5): 眺めが素晴らしかった！もっと長く予定を組めば良かった。 - 広場眺め付きのダブルルームに4泊しました。窓から中央広場を見渡せて、窓際に座っているだけで楽しかったです。はじの部屋でしたからか、静かで快適でした。(窓の防音は優秀) 清潔、シャワーもお湯が豊富でした。 スタッフの方々親切でした。安くて美味しいレストランを教えてくれました。レセプション日中空いていて心強かったです。さらに、チェックアウト後、荷物は６時まで預かってくれるので、ありがたかったです。 コスパ非常に良いです。次回もここに泊まりたい。 写真は窓からの眺めと部屋の様子です。 特に晩インターネットが遅くて、ほとんど携帯の自分のネットを使っていました。ネット遅いので1点減点で、9点です。(ただし、遅いですが使えないことはない、深夜、日中は普通に使えることも) 4日間掃除一切なく(たった4日なので掃除なしは問題なかったですが)、ゴミ箱は空にしてくれると良かったのにと思いました。 日本で言う3階、階段が55段、エレベーターなしなので、重い荷物の人は大変かも。

• Svitlana (1/5): Номера не соответствуют фотографиям на сайте. - Расположение Вонючий коврик в ванной висел на бортике ванной, а на дне ванны валялись чужие волосы и были грязные царапины которые не удосужились помыть. Когда я написала владельцам о том что номер не соответствует ни одному из тех что есть у них на фото на сайте я получила претензию что они не видят различий и номер абсолютно такой же какой должен быть. Снимая здесь жильё вы платите лишь за то что не будете ночевать на улице, но если бы я посмотрела отзывы я бы сняла другое место. Раковина такого размера что туда не влазит даже ладошка, а из-за того что она расположена в углу пользоваться ею максимально неудобно. Лифт отсутствует, для пожилых людей не рекомендовано потому что подниматься пешком на 4-5 этаж по крутой и старой лестнице не очень здорово. Я искала жильё в кухней а по итогу у них лишь чайник и вам даже негде приготовить еду. Кровать со старыми железными вставками или пружинами после чего на утро болело тело.

Biiiiiiig apartment, everything works fine. The heater is like a volcano in the room already. 😝 Put a door latch or lock for bathroom, I had to sing while on toilet just to let others know to not open the door. And the bathroom bath tap, it’s very sensitive, 1 mm to left and you are taking a bath in lava and 1 mm to right and you are taking bath in arctic. Wi-Fi signals doesn’t come inside, add a Wi-Fi repeater please.

• Amanda (8/5): Amazing exeperience overall! - The room has many space and a chill area in front of it! The location was great! Breakfast was amazing! The room had to heat devices that didn’t work. We had to ask for an extra heating device and they brought it the next day. And there are a lot of stares so no lift!

• Eric (10/5): Très agréable premier séjour à Cracovie, une ville magnifique sur les traces de mes ancêtres. - Hôtel avec un emplacement exceptionnel donnant sur la Place, accueil pro avec un directeur parlant français qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer les éléments importants du séjour. Chambre confortable et petit déjeuner avec du choix juste à côté de l'hébergement.
