• Yaaqov (8/5): All and all good value for money, excellent location. - breakfast was with a verity of dishes, room was clean and comfortable. The only thing is that you hear the subway. The location is literally outside the paddington station which is a great bonus. reception is in the bar - which is kind of unique :) and there's a Fish & Chips smell, for the ones who are found of it.

The 1 meal I ate was excellent- asparagus soup & they had a great menu. Staff wanted to help. If you are a light sleeper it may not work. The trains can be heard & footsteps on the stairs outside room are loud.. didn’t bother me but I noticed.

The staff could not have been more helpful. I struggled to open the door of the room. It was a bit too complicated. The staff were happy to help me though.

I wrongly thought there was only one floor of accommodation, which I could manage with no lift access, but my room was on the second floor and the stairs were steep and narrow. The staff were very helpful taking my suitcase up and down the stairs on check in and check out.

• Pia (9/5): Great central location right next to Paddington Station with a lovely pub atmosphere, friendly staff, and cozy rooms per - We had a really lovely stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. We stayed here for three nights during a city trip to London and it was the perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, they even helped us with our luggage and, when we asked for an extra blanket, we received it immediately. We especially loved the pub downstairs: the food was good, the atmosphere was lively but never too loud or overwhelming, and it added a really cozy touch to the whole experience. The location is also perfect, right next to Paddington Station, making it super easy to get around the city.

• alecoas (10/5): - La posizione e' davvero ottima, a due passi dalla stazione ferroviaria/metropolitana e del bus. Quindi arrivare in centro e' facile. Si fanno check-in e check-out presso il pub, idem per la colazione. La parte delle camere ha una porta aggiuntiva con tastierino numerico e un accesso dedicato se rientrate a pub chiuso. La struttura e' antica e tradizionale, avra' almeno un secolo, ma credo sia stata recentemente ristrutturata a vedere scale, corridoi e camera. La camera e' abbastanza grande. Anche col divano-letto aperto ci si muove comodamente (al contrario della media delle stanze d'albergo londinesi che ho visto, anche in strutture blasonate in centro). Bagno nuovo e funzionale. Tutto molto pulito. Ma per me il pezzo forte e' stato la colazione, piu' che una colazione, un brunch, direi! Andatevi a vedere il menu' sul loro sito web. C'e' da leccarsi i baffi. La mia preferita e' stata la tradizionale inglese con salsiccia, uova, pancetta e black pudding. Ma anche le altre sono al top. Se ritornero' a Londra ritornero' ad alloggiare qui sicuramente!

It’s a little weird walking right into the pub. There isn’t any instruction or signs when you walk in. Maybe a “check in here” above the beer pulls or something would be helpful

• Russell (9/5): Exceptional location, cosy atmosphere - The location is prime for getting around London from almost any angle. The room was spotless and maintained each and every day by housekeeping. Matched images on Booking.com which was a huge plus. You need to be aware that trains will be running underground from 5:15a.m. Monday to Saturday and later on Sunday. We found ear plugs when we were leaving but were not told about them. Other than that everything was amazing

Our room wasnt ready yet but they were able to hold our luggage and helped us carry it up the stairs to our room. The room was small, but as expected in London and throughout Europe. One morning EARLY, a ton of beer kegs were being rolled out of pub right below us!

As we arrived before the room was ready they stored our bags and we explored the area. The room was welcoming and comfortable. We enjoyed the pub. Overall it was a great stay!

It is above a pub that plays very loud music and you can hear everyone talking very loudly. No lifts so ensure you are okay carrying bags up and down two flights of stairs.
• L2185CVernestc (10/5): An Excellent Find Across the Street from Paddington - My husband and I decided to check out Paddington Station because we would be taking the Elizabeth Line to Heathrow in a couple of days and weren't familiar with the station. After we wandered about Paddington and found the Elizabeth Line elevators it was lunch time. Right across the street from the main entrance of Paddington is The Pride of Paddington, an excellent find. A traditional English pub with lots of character and pleasant service, we couldn't have been more pleased. Our server was most welcoming and allowed us a lot of time to decide what to order. Sausages and mash for both of us. One of the best meals during our 8 days in London, and tops for service and atmosphere. Whether you're staying near Paddington or exploring the Paddington area, The Pride of Paddington is highly recommended. We'll be back when we return to London in October.

• Suzanne (8/5): Great place - and very authentic! - The location is brilliant if you are travelling via train to Paddington and need to catch the underground....literally 2 mins walk! Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly. We rented the apartment which was at the top of the building which was very spacious (bathrooms lovely and large) and comfortable.....only downside is the amount of stairs to reach the apartment - ok if you are happy to climb and fit enough :) The bedrooms were more than adequate and we could have stayed for longer period quite comfortably. Loved the fruit and flowers left in the room. Could not find any tea towels or dish clothes.

• Giulio (7/5): Struttura accogliente e posizione comodissima ma… con i suoi pregi e difetti. - Posizione centrale e comodissima, letteralmente di fronte alla stazione di Paddington, crocevia di multiple linee della Underground londinese, treni in partenza dagli aeroporti compresi. Camera accogliente, bagno in particolare promosso a pieni voti, il box doccia si è rivelato un piacere utilizzarlo per la sua comodità. Purtroppo la vicinanza con la stazione e la struttura probabilmente non insonorizzata in modo adeguato hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno rumoroso ogniqualvolta passava il treno, per chi fatica ad addormentarsi non consiglio la struttura in generale.

• Samantha (9/5): Good on the whole - The property, location and staff were very good . The only problems I had was because I was staying in a pub , it was noisy until around 11 pm. Plus I could hear the large lories and buses , which sounded like a rolling noise outside. I slept ok I had to be up early. It was good to be so near Paddington station however Just the noise

Prezzo adeguato per Londra Nulla, posso solo suggerire che il prossimo lavoro da fare sia mettere il miscelatore per il lavandino abbandonando i due rubinetti, ma è proprio solo un suggerimento.

• Takafumi (8/5): 駅近で歴史とパブが楽しめる宿 - 駅から近い 歴史があって昔のイギリスを味わえる 有名で美味いパブが1階にある チェックインカウンターがパブの中にあり、わかりにくい。 夕刻のパブの混雑時にチェックインしようとしたら、どこにあるのかわかりづらい。 夜に地下鉄の到着や出発の音が伝わってくるので、神経質な人は気になると思う。 紙の領収書が欲しい人は、あらかじめチェックイン時に言っておくことをおすすめする。

• Jana (9/5): Perfektní místo na výlety do města s luxusními snídaněmi a milým personálem! - Pobyt byl skvělý! Pokoje jsou sice malé, ale útulně zařízené a čisté. Součástí je i TV a úžasné zásuvky s USB, takže pokud zapomenete redukci hotel Vám kryje záda. Opravdu krásná koupelna, jejíž součástí byl i šampón, kondicionér a tělové mléko spolu s fénem na vlasy. Měli jsme v rámci pobytu i snídaně a ty byli opravdu fenomenální! Lokalita je skvělá - doslova minutu, co vyjdete z nádraží/metra. Navíc jste prakticky ve skvělém dopravním uzlu, dá se odsud dostat snad na všechna místa a nejznámější památky v rozmezí pár minut. Kousek, cca 10 minut chůze, je i Tesco express, ale to nejnutnější se dá sehnat i v obchodech na nádraží. Lokalita jako taková je hezká, cítili jsme se tam dobře. Personál byl vždy milý a velice ochotný. Hospoda pod ubytováním je kouzelná, jak z britské romantické komedie. Oceňujeme, že nám uschovali kufry před naším večerním odletem, takže jsme si mohli ještě odskočit do města užít poslední chvíle. Určitě se sem znovu rádi vrátíme! :) Úplně nám nevyhovovala postel, byla příšerně měkká a malá. Ačkoliv to spíše beru jako otázku preferencí. :) Co se týče hluku - ano, stěny jsou tenké, ale to mi přijde jako standard všude v Británii. Na stranu druhou to nebylo nic drastického - jednou nás vzbudili hluční sousedé vracející se z hospody, pak kutálející sudy (nejspíš byl zrovna závoz) a ano, projíždějící metro je slyšet, ale za nás bylo spíše uklidňující.
• Emi Schenkelbach Kleiner (8/5): A nice and convenient hotel with friendly hosts, but very small rooms and limited comfort. - The hotel is in a great location right by Paddington station, making it very easy to get from the airport. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. The room was quiet, clean, and pleasant. The room was very small, and the shower was extremely tiny - it was difficult even to wash my hair comfortably. There are also quite steep stairs to reach the room, and no elevator. While the location is convenient for transport, it’s a bit far from central attractions, so we had to rely on the Underground frequently.

• Christiane (8/5): Super geeignet für einen Städtetrip. - Ein tolles und nettes Personal. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Top Lage. Der Bahnhof ist direkt daneben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall mal wieder. -
• Ina Christine Magerøy (7/5): Bra, men kan bli bedre - Beliggenheten og rommet er fint se på om man ser vekk i fra mugg og avskalling av maling. Pluss for kjøleskap, god seng og veldig fint bad. God frokost og veldig praktisk beliggenheten ved Paddington. Det var mugg i taket på badet, noen steder var malingen slitt og teppet virket ikke så rent. Man kjenner når undergrunnen kjører under bygget, så er kanskje ikke stedet å sove for de som sover lett.
• Rob (9/5): Great Room Great Service. Convenient for LHR. - All the basics (Good room, food, value) are covered. So its the little extras that POP provides makes the difference. The Bed linen was luxurious - crisp and v white. The milk in the room was very tasty & and not UHT. The shower is like walking in a rain forest. The cheerful porterage compensates for lack of lift. I have no criticism.

• Jamie (7/5): Ideal location for travel, spotless and comfy rooms - Location is excellent and very clean room throughout. Bedrooms aren’t noisy and the smell of the kitchen doesn’t rise up either. The check in was a little haphazard but other than that, and zero flexibility for an hour earlier check in… great stay
• Charles (10/5): An amazing location to access the rest of London with a comfortable bed and a wonderful pub downstairs. - Amazing pub and restaurant with a hotel in the back! We loved the breakfast, the pints at night, the helpful staff, and the VERY comfortable king bed. The location is PERFECT to access the Underground, being right next to Paddington Station and we found it a perfect point to be able to navigate wherever we wanted to various places around the city via the tube. The stairs are little tight, but no inconvenience for us at all, just don’t bring your 80 year old grandmother.
