- Kristina (10/5): Comfortable, clean, great staff! - Staff was exceptional. Very friendly and willing to help. The facility is beautiful. Room is spacious and beds are comfortable. I'd like to give a shout out to Adela in the breakfast room. She is amazing! She got to know we liked those little fruit cups and made sure they were stocked when she saw us come in. She kept things stocked and responded quickly and graciously if we let her know we needed anything. wish you had a hot tub :) The pool could have been warmer for my taste.

The parking garage is $10 but totally reasonable and convenient. Probably the best waffle bar I’ve seen at a hotel breakfast (2 flavors, many toppings). My son was VERY happy.
- Kelsey (8/5): Our kids would like to come back. - The breakfast was great and the staff upstairs on sunday 5/3, was wonderful. I believe it was Norma and Alma? They were so sweet and helpful. Random kids made noise at 2am but that was not the fault of staff. Just startled us. Pool bottom was a little scratchy.

- karen (9/5): Comfort - I love the comfort of the room and the space. Nice upgrades. Looking forward to seeing the new breakfast room and lobby. Great location for us to walk to Silvertips hockey at the arena and to Imagine Children's Museum as well as restaurants and downtown area. A little inconvenient having breakfast room and seating on different floors, but looking forward to the upgrades. A minor inconvenience.
- Jaime (10/5): Still love it here! - This is the second time we have stayed here and we absolutely love it. My daughter loved the pool. I always enjoy the breakfast, quietness, and cleanliness. The staff is kind and always very helpful. The beds are comfortable, tvs are perfect size, though the heating and air conditioning units are a little outdated it was hard for me to figure out how to work them (use the display on the wall not the actual unit itself lol), I also really love the secure parking I feel safe traveling with my little one and staying here alone. Location has gotten a little more rough since the last time we stayed but it’s nothing of the fault of the hotel itself. Just the area it’s in. Beware of the pool with little feet it is pretty rough in texture my poor little one’s toes got pretty beat up and bled (staff was so helpful in getting me band aids for her little toes) she still loved the pool and would have spent all day there if she could!

There is really nothing I do not like. Wish they had reusable dishes and cutlery and more coat hooks in the rooms. We have stayed there several times in the past 5 years and this crew is the best.

- Jazmine (8/5): - The room was spacious, likely to accommodate for the pull-out sofa, but was still very nice. Bathroom was nice and clean, shower was big. There were notices of the hotel being under renovation but I only heard sounds once during our stay and they were not disruptive (it was when we opened the door). The breakfast area was standout! Very nice area to eat, variety of breakfast items. 10/10 for an included breakfast. Location was meh, we paid an extra $10 for an ocean view and I guess that should tell you everything. It was more of a view of the neighborhood behind us with the ocean in distant view and it was more of the port than anything. I wasn't expecting much, but am glad I only paid an extra $10 for that feature. Still would recommend and would stay here again!

- David (5/5): - i have 2 complaints about hotels in general and 2 for this property. in general hotels must realize that only 105 of their customers are under 4' 11". put taller toilets in the rooms. second, put handheld showers in tubs or showers. specific to this property, instruct customers how to pasrk so they do not take up 2 or 3 spaces,. a sign at the elevator doesn't do it. when we tried to check out there was no one at the desk and nobody appesred for 15 minutes. we finally just left.

- Nicole (3/5): I would no go back as this was a terrible experience . - The breakfast and location were what we expected We didn’t get the room that we had booked and were not notified ahead of time that those rooms would not be available. We were supposed to be in a double queen room where we could request a roll away bed, but were instead given a king room with a pullout couch and told that we were unable to get a rollaway bed. They said that the room we booked was unavailable due to ongoing construction which is something we should have been informed about. Since it was my husband, myself and our adult male/female twins, they would not share a bed, so this causes us to have to pay for another room (it was booked by our son that evening -Carson Shields). Has we been given this information ahead of time, we would have cancelled our reservation and booked elsewhere that could accommodate our needs with the additional cost. I reached out to the hotel after we got back home and received no response or sort of compensation for this. Terrible customer service!!!

- Bekah (10/5): Frequent stays at the Hampton! - I'm a frequent visitor to the Everett Hampton. The staff are personable and accommodating. There is a gym, pool, and jacuzzi that all make the stay so nice. The beds are clean and comfy and there is plenty of space for me to set my laptop up to do some work :) what I like, possibly the most, is the parking situation. There is private garage parking with key card access to get in, so I always feel safe leaving my car if I want to Uber around or go for a walk to any of the local bars or eateries.

- Pete (6/5): - Staff were very enthusiastic however they just was not enough of them. I was in town for a conference and stayed for four nights and just found a lot of little things that were time consuming because they didn’t operate quite correctly or there was not a staff person available. Started with registration. No one is at the desk and I had to wait several minutes until a staff person returned. She was very apologetic and apparently was the only one working at that time parentheses around 5:00 PM. Examples of some of the minor inconveniencesincluded, remote control on the television that did not work very well, heating controls that were a little iffy, water that seemed to take forever to get warm, shampoo and body gel conditioners were extremely high and difficult to reach, and computers that were not hooked to the Internet. Not huge things just annoying and time-consuming. Anytime I complained staff were quick to respond, but frequently they would be helping other guests and I had to wait until they were available to explain my problem. Breakfast was very good and the staff again were very congenial. Rooms were clean daily and towels replaced which I appreciated. I did not use the pool however it looked very clean. I would I would stay there again for a one night trip, but not for an extended stay.

- LR Miles (3/5): Suspected body fluid sudden on sofa - -Location -Having a secure parking garage When we arrived we were told that our 2 queen room now had a king and a foldout couch instead. They stated that they tried to reach me, but that booking wouldn't share my contact info. I opted to take the room and the foldout bed mattress was thin, lumpy, and the bar was in the small of my back. But I slept on it. What else was I supposed to do? When I folded it back up this morning, I saw a very noticeable dried, white-ish stain on one of the cushions near my head. I suspect that it's been overlooked for a long time. I was disgusted. I did speak with the front desk staff and she was very apologetic and probably a little disgusted herself. .

- Kristen (2/5): - Advertised free access to parking garage. The hotel is in a bad area with lots of break-ins so this was very important to me. Checked in at 5 pm, only two hours after check-in began and was told tyere was no more parking left (which they are charging additional for, claiming their website and Expedia sites are out of date). “The parking garage is already full ll” and I and everyone else checking in was told to park on the street. I said I booked the hotel because it had a secure garage and parking was included. No “sorry”, no concessions. Response was a smug tough sh$t. Hope my car doesn’t get broken into. Bottom line is this property LIES. Shame on Hilton.

- Timothy (10/5): - We were really happy with our brief stay at the Hampton. The staff member at check-in was friendly, and allowed us to change our room without any issues. The room itself was just right - comfortable bed, beautiful view of the Everett sunset from the 5th floor, a large shower and clean bathroom. The free breakfast had lots of options and one of the nicest eating areas I’ve seen in a hotel like this. Other reviews have mentioned the street noise; this is probably worse at lower levels but on the 5th floor there was no issue. Underground parking was safe, easy and clean as well. The hotel was only a 2 minute drive from the marina and pier, where there are many nice restaurants looking out across the water.

Prefer to have the personal toiletries rather than communal bottles attached to walls in bathroom. Pool was very dirty and appeared to not have filter system working so did not take a chance going in it. Breakfast was good, nice selection.
- Casey (6/5): Meh - The hotel was decent. Beds were marginally comfortable. I booked a double queen for my 14y/o son and I and they switched us to a king and a sofa bed. Not exactly happy about that and their tvs are terrible. Not that you go to a hotel to watch tv. But they still suck. The breakfast buffet was the best thing about the place and that was just ok too.

However the staff was COMPLETELY honest and helpful courteous and professional, they went above and beyond to make contact as soon as the manager arrived, on a weekend late at night, and manually entered us into a beautiful room with an amazing view. The breakfast was excellent. No hot tub though :(

- Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely and Relaxing - This was a family trip over 4th of July weekend and we were so appreciative and impressed with the staff and facility. The delicious breakfasts and onsite pool were a boost of fun. We liked the location as well as it was easy to explore and enjoy the Funko store, farmer's market, and antique stores.

- Michael (6/5): - The check-in was fast + the staff was extremely cordial + efficient. The room was clean including the bathroom. The breakfast area was also very clean. There's free underground parking that's easy to access with a convenient elevator up to the rooms. But the common areas of the property need updating + cleaning. The carpet in the halls are stained in many areas. The walls in the halls + rooms need to be painted a lighter color so it doesn't seem so dark + a bit dingy.
