Plenty of parking, the feeling is safe, the breakfast was adequate, the room was clean and the bed was fluffy and comfortable, as were the pillows. The location is simpler for skiing at worf creek.
• Aldeez_nutz (10/5): Great stay and value - My family has stayed here in the past under other ownership but now the family who operates it really takes care of all the guests like family. My friend and I came to snow board at Wolf Creek and we were very glad we stayed here. Clean rooms and overall facility. Breakfast was great all 3 days and changed up a little daily. Biscuits and gravy hit the spot on the cold mornings! I will be staying here again when I return with my family or friends. Support these wonderful locals who operate the hotel….also the cookies and warm coffee after a day on the mountain is a nice treat when you return

• David (9/5): Great Place to stay at, personnel very friendly, I would love to stay here again if I had the chance - The breakfast was really good, I had the scrambled egg, sausage, waffle combo with OJ on Saturday and Apple Juice on Sunday, they lady taking care of the area was helpful and courteous to all present. Thank you so much for having this service along with the stay, it made the trip much easier to deal with. I have a sensitive stomach and found that there were no issues with any of the food I ate that your personnel had prepared. Though the food was quite basic, it was nice not to worry about finding a place to eat at prior to our daily destinations. My brothers room door lock wasn't working, and anyone could get into it without an electric key. In the past at previous stays, I have had troubles with the card keys not working.

• Tanya (10/5): - I reserved two rooms through Booking.com. There was a problem wit the payment between Booking.com and the hotel for one of the rooms so I was made to pay for the second room again. We checked in very late and had to use the virtual check in. I went down to the desk the next morning and Daniel took care of the issue immediately. Daniel was extremely helpful and friendly!!

• Tancy (8/5): Good day, but rude service desk employee - The day was OK but the service and the rudeness of the person at the service desk was not OK. I’d asked when I had registered for the hotel room to possibly check in a little early and I actually called them too and said no problem. we got there about 30 minutes early and they refused to let us check in until exactly 3 PM. There was no pleasantness with him. He was quite rude when I tried to check in.

Es wird ein relativ üppiges Frühstück angeboten. Fußläufig ist ein gutes mexikanisches Restaurant erreichbar. Nichts, alles bestens.

• Ellen (1/5): Over charged and denied refund - My confirmation did not indicate I had a special 2 day rate and if I left early I still paid for 2 nights. I was unaware of this or would not have booked it that way. We stayed one night because my husband was sick, and were charged $136 and $101, not the $101 each night that Choice said was the rate. So, in fact, I did not get a special rate since $139 is the regular rate. I think I should be refunded the $101 for the second night. Choice says it is in your ballpark since I booked through you. I will never use Choice hotels again. This is outrageous and clearly illegal., They even posted my complaint with a self-serving reply that, in fact, supports my claim since they said the regular one night rate was $139 and my statement shows I was charged $136, close enough. I would like a refund of the $101 for the second night, and I think your confirmation notices need to always say what, if any, rules are attached to a rate.
