• Emanuele (1/5): Charged two times! Ask for payment receipts! - Bed were comfortable. When you pay they don't give you any receipts and sometimes they forget to write on their book. I had already paid one night at my arrival and had to pay only the second one. However when I leaving for the airport staff could not find a record of my payment and they held me for 30 minutes, I almost missed my flight!! They don't accept cards so luckily I was able to pay cash in euro. Later they checked the camera and confirmed that I had paid already, however when asked to do a bank transfer they stopped replying. If you decide to go ASK FOR RECEIPT!

• Роман (9/5): Superb - The location of the hotel was a plus for me personally, as I could get to the places I needed pretty quickly. Special thanks to the hotel staff, very patient, polite and friendly people, helped me with all the questions such as where to eat, where to go and exchange currency. The rooms themselves are spacious and bright, with air conditioning and a fan.

• Anna (8/5): In general, instead of cockroaches, this hotel’s quite nice. I spent at the hotel most of my journey to Hanoi, and nothi - The stuff is the best in this hotel. Everybody at the reception tried to help me. From ordering a taxi to picking me up at the cafe. Great thanks to the staff for their hospitality.I also love this huge bed and very clean bed linen. Other staff at the hotel are very welcoming and friendly.I really love that it was very silent, especially at night. So I could work for the whole day comfortably. All furniture and plumbing are decrepit. There are cockroaches and mosquitoes in the bathroom. There are huge rats just outside of the hotel.
• Meintjes (9/5): Superb - The hotel has a very fresh and clean smell throughout the reception area, the passages and room. Room was serviced and freshed up on a daily basis. Free complimentary water, coffee, tea and toiletries received daily. Nice bathroom with warm water on demand. Very comfortable extra large bed and decent pillows. Not enough hangers in the cupboard especially for long stay customers. I would like to suggest that TV screen be mounted to the wall to free up working space on the sideboard. .
• Hoa (7/5): Good - It is cleaned I found the staff to be less friendly than expected, with only one out of three showing any warmth or smile. Communication through Booking.com messages went unanswered, even when trying to extend my stay. While the room was clean and comfortable, the elevator had an unpleasant smell, lacked soundproofing, and common areas were often cluttered with towels and debris. While there's potential, improvements in staff attitude, communication, and maintenance are needed for a better overall experience.

• Yong Soo (6/5): 기억하고 싶지 않은 베트남 여행과 Hotel.com의 정책들 - 숙박 시설은 대체로 만족함. Check In 전에 예약 변경을 해당호텔에 요청하였지만, 어떻게 해야하는지를 구체적으로 설명하지 않음. 저는 해당호텔에 변경을 통지하였고, 해당 호텔의 접견자는 이에 동의하였음에도 불구하고, Check-out시 이를 반영하지 않았음. 이에 저는 Hotel.com과 해당 호텔에 이 문제를 풀기위해 거의 2시간이상을 낭비하였고, 또한 check-in이후에 예약변경으로 위약금을 내야한다는 통보를 받았음.
