• nomes76 (2/5): Terrible, cockroaches in the room, noisy. - Stayed here while attending an expo as an Accor member and deeply regret it. On the second night two cockroaches crawled across the floor toward my suitcase. I had to grab a shoe and squash them, leaving a disgusting smear of cockroach guts and pus-like fluid across the floor before calling reception to help clean it up. It was late and I had an early morning so I just slept hoping there was no more. The following morning I clearly asked reception not to spray insecticides in my room because chemical sprays trigger my asthma, and requested they use bait only. They agreed. When I returned later that day the room reeked of insect spray. Within minutes my eyes were itching, I developed a rash across my body, and my breathing became difficult. The staff said their engineering got ‘rid’ of the other cockroaches in the room. ‘Other’s’?!! They did not move me or communicate/warn me of this when I returned that day. Reception moved me to another room facing the side of a deteriorating building with visible mould and peeling paint. My symptoms continued. I asked for a refund for the remaining nights so I could move to a cleaner, more modern hotel. Staff verbally agreed but said the refund could only be paid in cash and refused to put anything in writing, which is highly questionable. Other issues- Breakfast is very basic and by around 9am most items are already gone. The hotel is also extremely noisy — doors slamming, people filling water bottles at hallway refill stations (no bottled water provided), corridor conversations and traffic all clearly audible from the room. Cockroaches, insecticide exposure despite a medical request, mould views, poor breakfast and constant noise. Avoid.

Their service was warm and professional throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was cozy and beautifully arranged. We also truly appreciated the kids' corner located near the restaurant entrance — a thoughtful touch for guests traveling with young children. Special thanks as well to Mr. Fuji and Mr. Bima for their excellent service at the restaurant. We truly enjoyed our stay at Ibis Gading Serpong and hope to return again in the future.
• Prananda (5/5): Far from my expectation. - The location is good. But the facility of the hotel is very disappointing, even for a small thing like the amenities. No shampoo, moisturiser, just one soap for all. They said we can ask some amenities but when when we ask a razor they don’t have. We ask for sugar and took a long time for them to drop it off to our room. Poor clean in the elevator area and the hotel needs a good maintenance in all areas.

The food so muuuch more delicious than months ago.. now, they have additional menu like indomie and some traditional food like lontong, nasi kuning, ikan palembang. Have a good service from mas Adit.. thank youu mas !! 😀 P.s. One of kids friendly budget hotel because they have a mini playground.
