• Ma.Teresa R (8/5): - Location was a struggle to find. Lady who accomodated us can’t speak English. Have to transfer us to another person on the phone who also has limited English. guestrooms are on 2nd floor so if u have heavy luggages, goodluck! The place is an air Bnb. Room is spacious and clean with ref and toiletries provided plus tea and coffee with compli bottled water. The reason I booked here is the proximity from Grand Villa hotel where my kid and her team stayed for school event. Its still 7-10mins walk though. Hotel I mentioned was fully booked that time. Lotus pond is around 15 mins on foot. Took taxi from kaoshiung airport which is approx. 15 mins but since location is hard to find.. driver had to ask people on the road. HSR is 10-12 mins by car.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 房間大，但位置需自行斟酌 - 房間很大，但位置地點比較尷尬一點，雖然離捷運站、火車站都很近，但其實都須要走一小段路；也沒有電梯，若攜帶大件行李的客人，可能需要自己評估一下。 另外，位置地點在小巷子中，其實不太好找；但剛好跟這次需要活動的地點接近，算是符合此次需求的位置。

• jing yi (8/5): 透天別墅入住感想 - 獨棟的透天別墅，環境幽靜，但離市區有段距離。分層分户，每一間有密碼鎖，隱密性很高。房間的清潔度有待提升，淋浴間的水柱也不強，固定牆上的沐浴乳及洗髮乳很難按壓，不方便使用。 床還蠻舒服的，冷氣也強，吹風機一級棒！民宿主人有些小地方還是蠻用心的。 室內拖鞋如果要求客人入住一定要穿，因為是反覆使用的，建議一定要清潔消毒乾淨，使用上有點心理障礙。

• Verified traveler (8/5): チェックインは深夜にならないように - 4階建ての民宿です。ロビー（スタッフ常駐）はなく、近くに住む夫婦が経営しています。 高速鉄道の左営駅の案内所で場所を確認したところ、ホテルに電話をしてくれました。 駅までオーナーが迎えに来てタクシーで宿に連れて行ってくれました。 漢神ショッピングモール・アリーナと湖の近くにある国際会議場は徒歩圏です。 部屋はエアコン、テレビ、バス・トイレ、wifiを完備。白い飼い猫もときどき登場します。

• Verified traveler (6/5): 態度親切，但有遺憾 - 態度親切，可惜入住四人房卻分為兩間兩人房,卻只有一間衛浴間，衛浴空間很小，四個人非常不方便，樓下公領域也沒公用廁所，是個遺憾，且另一間房無法收尋到網路，照顧小孩必須走來走去很麻煩。
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good Value, Not a Traditional Hotel - This is not really a hotel in a traditional sense. It is a bed and breakfast, without the breakfast (2 rooms). I think it's a good place to stay for the right people, and is exceptional value. As Americans, we were not expecting this type of "hotel." Some things to consider: 1. It is close to Zuoying Station, but there are four Zuoying stations. This one is close to the RTA train. The others aren't much farther, but not within walking distance. 2. You'll need to take a taxi anyway (about $3), unless you've been here before. The hotel is down an alley, and there is no signage on the hotel. 3. The couple that run the place are extremely friendly, but their English is not very good. You'll need to be patient, but they are very hard working and patient in return. I was able to communicate well enough with them to hire a driver for the day that was exceptional. 4. The couple is not Japanese, but you'll need to take your shoes off and use slippers after you enter the place (not really a lobby). 5. The room itself is spacious and well-appointed. Linens were clean. However, I did have a pillow that had a pungent sour smell. 6. It's a .7 mile walk to the metro. From there you can get to most places in Kaohsiung.

• Rick (8/5): A pleasant surprise - This is a very nice little hotel. The room was excellent for the price and although the location is pretty far from the city center, it was perfect for me since I needed to be near the Lotus Lake. It's in a residential area so it can be a bit hard to find and doesn't look like much from the outside. The woman who runs the place was extremely helpful and even fixed an error I had made on my reservation. I will probably stay there again when I go back to the lake.

• Jinsun (10/5): :) - 2층 계단 올라가면 바로 왼쪽에 있는 방에 묶었었는데 방이 살짝 추웠어요. 그거빼고는 만족!
• shu (10/5): near by Zuoying train station of Kaohsiung city - It is attractive and reasonable price, very clean and smells good. The place location is very quiet and convenient.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice Mingshu. - Mr Liu is a very friendly person, he even bother to pick my Family up from the High Speed Train Station and Show us around nearby Shopping district before going to the Mingshu. Washing machine was also available with no extra Charge.
• Venus (8/5): Small B&B, very close to High Speed Train - I can almost only say positive things about staying here. The room I had (the only one available) was the "4 person one) which has 2 beds and 2 couches (and is actually seperate into two totally seperate rooms with a bathroom between them). So if you're traveling with a group of friends, would be prefect. Each room had airconditioning, its own balcony. Was nicely decorated. Like a bed and breakfast more than a hotel. I'd recommend calling ahead if time as they can help make sure you get there, and can let you in (as I mention it's not like a hotel with someone always there - it has 3-4 rooms in the whole place). You can walk to the High speed rail station in 15-20 minutes. Is in a residential area, but has 7-11 type places nearby. Staff who worked there were helpful, even lifting my luggage up the stairs for me. They have WIFI which was functioning well and a laundry machine upstairs you can use for free. The one bad thing was that they have two properties and when I called with the taxi driver they took me to the wrong one. Aside from that it was great. And they went out of their way to fix it, driving me themself to the other property. So, again if you call ahead I'm sure is fine.
• Verified traveler (10/5): A good priced hotel in the Kaohsiung arena area. - Stayed there for a few nights in mid-July, it's a good deal for the price I paid. This is a small privately owned hotel (structured more like a B&B without the breakfast). The room is fairly big and nicely decorated, there is even a sofa in there. There are free complementary wifi and cable TV. The bathroom is modern and clean. Overall I am very happy with my choice. The only drawback is that it is a 15 minutes walk to the closest subway (Kaohsiung Arena station) if you don't have a car.
