Jeannine (8/5): Tolle Aussicht für einen Kurzaufenthalt. - Die Lage direkt am See. Es gab einen Kuchen zum Geburtstag meines Mannes. Sehr freundliche Frau, welche uns am Zmorgenbuffet bedient hat. Der lauwarme Innenpool - super geeignet für ein Schlechtwetterprogramm mit Kids. Der Fussboden in der Pool Area war extrem rutschig und unsere Tochter ist deshalb hingefallen.

Katrin (10/5): Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! - Aussicht ist top! Frühstück lecker und ausreichend Auswahl. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es hat alles was das Herz begehrt:-) Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, ist dass es unter der Matratze einen Plastik hat. Dieser gibt warm und lässt einem etwas schwitzen.

Sascha (2/5): Overpriced and Misleading — Not Worth It - The location is good. I stayed here for two nights in a Junior Suite and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations at all. First, the hotel markets itself as a “spa” property, but access to the sauna and steam bath requires prior booking, which significantly limits usability and is not clearly communicated. The price is extremely high for what is offered, over CHF 400 per night for a Junior Suite is simply not justified. The room itself was disappointing. The Junior Suite did not even have a proper shower, only a bathtub, which is quite inconvenient. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel feels outdated. The interior design is old-fashioned and not particularly appealing. The bathroom was also quite dark. One of the most misleading aspects was the “private terrace.” In reality, it is directly connected to a large shared terrace, meaning other guests can easily look into the room. As a result, you constantly have to keep the curtains closed to maintain any level of privacy. Additionally, the lamps in the room made noticeable noise during the night, which further affected sleep quality. Overall, this stay did not offer good value for money and fell far below expectations.

Frühstück gut und ausreichend leider ein Zimmer neben dem Frühstücksraum, was dann in der Früh sehr laut wird und jeder der am Zimmer vorbeiläuft kann reinschauen, weshalb man die Gardinen immer vorgezogen haben muss.

Beat (7/5): - Die Lage ist sehr schön. Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Toll das es eine Kaffee-Maschine im Zimmer hat. Die Sauberkeit war top. Defekte Seifenspender in der Dusche, nerven beim duschen und beim auffüllen hat das Personal sicher bemerkt das der Spender defekt ist(Drei Tage). Die Fitness Geräte sind zum Teil defekt und niemand kümmert sich darum. Auch nach Tagen, nachdem wier es gemeldet haben, waren sie noch defekt. Der Boden im Spa ist extrem rutschig! Leider ist es mit den "Hausschuhen" noch rutschiger. Das entspricht sicher nicht den Vorschriften den auch andere Gäste sind auf dem Boden ausgerutscht oder hingefallen. Wenig service an der Reception sehr unmotiviertes Personal. Wir haben eine Bluse zum bügeln abgegeben, die wurde weder aufs Zimmer geliefert noch wurden wir informiert das sie fertig ist. Leider war sie nicht schön gebügelt und das kostete auch noch CHF 10.- eben wenig Service :-(

Claudia (8/5): Würde wieder kommem :-) - Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee im Zimmer. Da wir mit Hund gebucht hatten, gab es sogar ein Hundebett und eine Wasserschüssel ! Top!! Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Nervig war, dass die Trennwand auf der Badewanne beweglicht ist und dadurch gab es beim Duschen immer wieder eine Überschwemmung.

Marco (9/5): Toller Zwischenstopp auf unserer Velotour - Tolles Hotel in erster Lage, direkt am Laggio Maggiore. Unser Zimmer hatte Seeblick und war dementsprechend der Hit! Das Frühstück war ein Traum, doch Vorsicht: Wenn man nicht aufpasst, dann futtert man sich tot ;). Saubere, sehr grosse Zimmer mit wunderbarem Bad. Absolut Velofreundlich! Eine vollständige, sichere Velogarage mit voller Werkstatt ist vorhanden. Angesichts eines solch tollen Hotels fällt meckern schwer. Die Betten waren für unsere Verhältnisse fast ein wenig zu hart, ist aber Geschmackssache. Wir sind zwei Fliegengewichte, da fallen solche Matratzen vielleicht etwas mehr ins Gewicht.

Eva-Maria (7/5): Immer wieder gerne. Lage und Freundlichkeit perfekt. - Die Lage war super, sehr freundlicher Empfang und die Parkmöglichkeit wenige hundert Meter entfernt bequem erreichbar. Auch das Zimmer mit großer Terrasse war sehr schön. Sehr steile und dunkle Treppe hinauf zur Rezeption. Mit Gepäck für Ältere erstmal eine Herausforderung, wenn man später, also nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit ankommt. Da offenbar mehrere Häuser miteinander baulich verbunden worden sind war auch der Weg zum Zimmer über lange Flure und viele Abzweigungen eine Herausforderung.

Patric (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt in Ascona - Perfekte Lage, in der Fussgängerzone. Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Badetücher und Bademäntel für das SPA sind an der Rezeption erhältlich. Das Wasser im SPA dürfte ein paar Grad wärmer sein.

Anita (8/5): Toll gelegenes, modernes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück und hilfsbereitem Personal - Tolle Lage an der Seepromenade und Hotelterrasse mit Sicht auf den See, äusserst zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal vor allem an der Rezeption, schönes, modernes und ausreichend grosses Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist klein, aber fein. Die Auswahl dürfte etwas grösser sein, aber es gibt frisches Obst und richtigen Käse (kein Scheibenkäse). Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart und leider liess sich die Grund-Temperatur im Zimmer nicht so gut regulieren (sofern man nicht die ganze Zeit die brummende Klimaanlage laufen lassen oder die Terrassentüre aufgrund Empfindlichkeit gegenüber der Umgebungsgeräusche geöfnet haben wollte).
