- Denise (7/5): Positive Erfahrung; würde es noch einmal buchen! - Die Lage des Hotels war super. Die U-Bahnstation ist praktisch vor der Tür. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wasserflecken an der Decke, zwei Lampen gingen ständig an und aus, sehr hellhörig und das Wasser brauchte ab und zu 5 Minuten, bis es warm wurde.

There are also different types of adapters available in the room for you to plug in your devices. The location is great as well. Just a minute away from the station. Check in and check out was super easy as well. The lively atmosphere of Myeongdong is also just a few minutes walk away. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. I would fully recommend anyone to stay at Hotel Mido and I hope to come back! Nothing

- Baijie (8/5): - Klein hotel dat ook een café is. Hotel ligt op een uitstekende locatie en veel plekken zijn bereikbaar op loopafstand. Bereikbaarheid met openbaar vervoer is ook top met een metro station binnen een paar honderd meter.

- Ana (1/5): - La ubicación excelente Una semana antes de la fecha a la que llegábamos al hotel nos contactó supuestamente la "manager" del hotel para confirmar la reserva a través de un enlace de WhatsApp que te dirigía a supuestamente Booking. Nosotros no solemos confirmar nada por Booking fuera de su página oficial pero como el WhatsApp ponía mi nombre y mi número de reserva, le dimos. De hecho decían que confirmaban por WhatsApp porque habían sufrido muchos ciberataques últimamente y necesitaban realizar doble chequeo. Le dimos: error. Resulta que nos timaron, nos quitaron de nuestro dinero el doble de dinero de la estancia del alojamiento. Le escribimos al hotel y nos confirman que habían sufrido un ciberataque y que lo habían notificado a las autoridades. Pero no han hecho nada más. Ni ellos ni Booking. Antes jamás dudaría de Booking y sé que nos hubiesen ayudado pero la atención al cliente para ayudarnos con nuestro caso ha sido nefasta. He perdido la cuenta de cuántas veces he llamado y no paran de decirnos "entendemos vuestra frustracion" pero nadie nos ayuda a pesar de tener hasta la denuncia puesta en comisaría. Parece que se protege más al estafador que al estafado. Cuando llegamos al hotel no hicieron ningún tipo de referencia (sabemos que ellos no tienen culpa pero unas palabras no hubiesen estado mal). Dw hecho no nos dijieron mas que dos palabras, muy amables no eran. La ubicación del hotel excelente eso sí hay que decirlo. Pero las instalaciones viejas y descuidadas aunque la limpieza no estaba mal. La verdad es que no la recomiendo porque en la zona vimos muchos más hoteles con mejor pinta.

No doubt it is a small boutique hotel, staff are super nice and friendly, room are clean and daily change of towel without failed . Location is truly near to some good shopping places like Namdaemum market , Myeongdong street and one train stop to Seoul city centre ! Convenient store and local foods are stone throw away from hotel too ! Lastly I want to sincerely say my thanks to one of the staff Sunnat , without him helping us to pay in advance for the taxi , we will not be able to get to airport in time for our flight back home . Thank you Sunnat , and I will definitely book the hotel for my next Korea trip in near future !

- Francesca (9/5): - Very close to the metro station and to Seoul Statikn so its easy from here to move anywhere other than Myeongdong. The room is small but cozy and has everything needed. The windows shades closed completely so it was possible to keep the room dark at any time. The beds are longer than average, so its good for tall people. Part of the AC disattached from the ceiling. It didnt fall and nothing happened but it was surprising.

The room was very small and spartan, but it was anyway perfect if you only have to sleep in it and you visit the city during the day. Complementary water every day was fantastic. They also provide slippers and socket adaptors. There's no separation between the shower, the sink and the toilet so when you use the shower you flood all the floor.

La camera era di dimensioni discrete e ogni mattina venivano cambiati gli asciugamani e fornite due bottigliette d’acqua. Inoltre, nonostante la stanza fosse al piano terra e si affacciasse direttamente sulla strada, non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore esterno. Se non si faceva areare bene la stanza, si creava facilmente odore di chiuso, e anche quando si accendeva il condizionatore questo emanava odore di muffa

Rm 302 you can open your one luggage, so space is ok, room is clean but the base board for the matteress half of the wood is longer i got scratched a couple of time. 1 window but there is a neighboring wall. - Luc (8/5): Ottima posizione, camera perfetta per una persona e per pochi giorni di soggiorno - Posizione centrale vicino alla metro e a Myongdong, camera confortevole, abbastanza grande, con un piccolo armadio e una scrivania. Ottima per soste di pochi giorni. Finestra apribile sul vicolo. Bagno spazioso con doccia e wc. Ciabattine bagno/camera in dotazione. Pulita e staff gentile. Ombrelli a disposizione per i clienti nei giorni di pioggia. Colazione non inclusa. non ho foto delle struttura

- Chow (8/5): - Staff was great and location also. Facility was not elderly friendly it has a sorta ramp to get to hotdl rooms. Was given a room with faulty AC, and was given another hours after arrival due to lack of 24 hr front desk help. Other than that great staff, great hotel if you don't have mobility issues.

- Pablo (5/5): Bueno... - Bien en general para descansar una noche. Cama cómoda y baño cómodo Habitación algo pequeña. No me gustó que el recepcionista quisiera engañarme para coger un taxi para el aeropuerto diciéndome que me saldría parecido al tren. Que era 4 veces más barato.

- Sophie (2/5): Poor - Good location. Power went out in our room on the first night we rang reception but it was closed so there was no one to contact could not charge your phones or turn on any lights. Found a staff member in the morning he was able to switch the power back on. Me and my brother returned to the room at different points throughout the day and each time we noticed the power in the room is not working. I tried to be patient and understanding as these things happen so I went to the man on reception to explain the situation but he seemed very unbothered considering it’s quite a big issue. He told me it was now working. I told him I’d just been to the room and it was definitely not working. He said we’ll get someone to turn it back on again. I explain my frustration was that if it turns off again tonight for the fourth time we can’t contact you as no one to turn it back on. He still didn’t seem very bothered then later the next day my brother said the manner reception approached him and said there’s another room we can move to. I wondered why the same offer was not made to me.

- Xin (9/5): - 地理位置非常棒，旁边就是新世界和明洞，去首尔站走路10分钟即可到达。但是设施环境相对老旧，从性价比来说还是很好的。员工非常的热情，附近有很多餐厅和咖啡厅，吃饭非常方便
- Gema (7/5): - La localización es excepcional, y las instalaciones estaban muy limpias. La cama era muy cómoda. La habitación era bastante pequeña. Esto lo hacía incómodo porque el aparato del aire acondicionado estaba justo sobre la cama y se notaba bastante el aire a la noche. El baño es muy pequeñito, pero al final se podía uno apañar bastante bien si se tiene cuidado.
