One time I waited one hour and half in the unsafe Cap Haitien airport, second time I waited ten minutes and took a taxi. When I talked to the owner he basically said- if you do not like my hotel and services, go somewhere else.

A/c was really cool. Shower was not the best especially the shower head. There was no ocean view but pretty flowers. Food was great and not expensive. Service seemed slow at times but was actually just tie to relax. Views and floating on the beach made it a paradise. Location close to where we had boat. Can’t wait to return.

But if you want to get away and relax, go there. Their fish ceviche deserves a gold medal! Staff is always smiling and nice.

The housekeeping team did an incredibly good job and the complimentary breakfast was good enough for what it’s worth. The welcome drink after check in, is a very thoughtful practice. The beach being a few steps away from the on site bar and room was definitely the type of set up we were looking for. The staff at the bar and breakfast were all very courteous and worked diligently to ensure a seamless experience. Overall, an unbeatable experience and great value for money.

It's a north-facing beach under the mountain between it and the airport, so has clean seas although the sun ia facing away from the sea. Chantale (10/5): - I recently stayed at Cormier Plage Resort and overall was pleased with the experience. The staff were very friendly, from the owner to housekeeping to the kitchen staff. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. But a special mention goes to Greg, the head bartender. He was fantastic! Not only did he serve up exceptional drinks, but he also made every interaction fun and memorable. The resort itself was beautiful, but it’s truly the people who make Cormier Plage a place worth returning to. I would definitely stay here again—thanks to everyone for a wonderful experience!

The food was very delicious. The beach beautiful. The only thing that’s missing is a pool. Over all great experience.
Isabella (10/5): - I love the facilities! There is a tennis court, immediate beach access, laundry, massage services, nail salon, there is SO much to do! The staff is very friendly and helpful, whenever I needed them they responded. And there are vendors that walk along the beach selling fresh coconuts that you can drink, conch, fried shrimps among other delicacies. I'll be back again very soon. Highly recommend!!
Ralph (6/5): - The experience was quite underwhelming. The staff often appeared unhappy, and it always felt like I was inconveniencing them. After spending a week there, I felt unwelcome throughout my stay. I won't be returning. The only positive encounter was with the friendly chauffeur who picked me up from the airport. We were 17people at the restaurant we had to beg for some white rice.

Michael (10/5): - The beach is beautiful and lots of it - a few steps away, and the staff keeps it clean and safe. An amazing vista from beach, walkways, and restaurant. Very peaceful and calming to sit and relax by the sea. Our Family Suite was spacious, clean, and quiet - with a great view from the balcony! The rooms had plenty of drawers, closet and storage space for our use, and lots of comfortable seating. The price was an amazing bargain! The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast - ordered from a wide selection - was perfect. The Wi-Fi was strong and consistent. Hot water was always working in our shower and sink. The beds were quite comfortable. Daily maid service was a plus. I will be back, for sure! Suggestion - put in a pool on the west side of the restaurant. That would make your resort the absolute best in the area - beyond question. The only complaint is that communication between the bar and food staff is terrible, and we practically had to beg for service each time we sat down to eat. The bar staff refused to tell the servers we were there - even when we asked them to! Some of the staff at the bar were quite rude and purposely ignored my friends who were with me. Mr. JB, your resort would have more business and make a higher profit if you solved this problem. All other staff were very friendly and helpful. Great job!

The beach was to die for... but make sure to bring a bathing/swimming shoe - i got cut a couple of times from broken bottles laying at the bottom of the beach! Besides that, you will no worries. No problems with security! You feel safe and secure... P.s. if you need to see around town, ask for babi. He will be someone walking around selling coconuts (tell him jimmitry sent you)

Niykha (4/5): - Usually when I go to this resort, the employees are really friendly, genuinely happy. So the last time i went, that lady named Rose did a really bad job at welcoming me. She was rude, incompetent. So if i’m paying big money to go to a place, to spend time to a place, you’re not expecting me to stay to a room lesser than what i paid. So she gave me a room if i recall, room 17 which was not even clean and mostly it was not matching the price i paid on expedia. So, when i went to her to explain the situation and that I was not going to sleep in that room, i showed her the receipt and everything. She was tellig me oh that’s not the price she saw on her computer. So I was like there’s a discrepancy somewhere. Because on my phone, my receipt, my bank account said that i paid that much for 6 nights, and you’re telling me it’s lesser on your computer. So i was like can i speak to a supervisor, she was catching big attitude. Like if you’re not qualified to do something, it’s okay to get help. So after waiting for a good minute, she was like all the rooms are booked she can’t move people from their room to accommodate me. Meanwhile, i booked with them since the 13th of may. So i was like i’m not sleeping outside nor do i want to go to a different place. She was like huffing and puffing. After a while, she’s like i got 2 rooms you can check, so i went and picked out 1. The room felt like nobody has stepped inside for a good minute. There was no water to flush the toilet, etc. It was bad

Matthew (2/5): Just a beach, no resort - The service is here was utterly atrocious. My family and I stayed here for 3 days and did not see one employee smile the entire time. Unfortunately, they are much more concerned with the beach guest visiting for the day from the Royal Caribbean cruise ship then their actual hotel guests. One night we sat in the restaurant and after 20 minutes my wife finally went to the bar to try and order food because we had yet to be waited on. The bar tender took our order to the cook and the cooks exact words were "I'm too busy, I can't serve them." ARE YOU KIDDING ME! You cant serve the guest that paid to stay at the hotel??? Plus one night they had a DJ that blared music from 10pm all the way until 7am. What kind of normal functioning hotel does this? This is just a beach, the resort has died a lomg time ago.

Ginette (6/5): - They need to update and improve , it seems that they have not make any changes since originally built, in my room there was a patch up sink.
Jean (6/5): - There is no electricity during day time and it’s affects those who are using laptops and iPads. They could have charged $10 more per day and provide electricity to the customers. The hotel is by the beach but no screen when one opens the door. But it’s a good spot for those who enjoy nature.

Maurice (8/5): - If, I were to take the time to explain the uniqueness of Cormier Hotel,I really wouldn't have enough room for me to write about how wonderful it was during my stayed in Cormier hotel. Overall, my experiences with the very top hotel's officials such as management, the chefs,waiters and waitres bartenders as well as the tight securities not to mentioned the wonderful work of the housekeepers were really unforgettable. What droves me even more crazier, I was staying in a very clean environment. To be honest, it was always a pleasure hearing every early morning the sound of the blooms when the cleaners cleaning the yard. Most of all, I thank the entire staff for making my staying there the greatest experience in the history of my traveling experience ever. Once again. I thank each and everyone in the management team at Cormier hotel, I will return again very soon!

raymond (10/5): Great Stay - Amazing stay.... The young lady at the front desk(Sam)for short help me out a few times during my stay. Jr, and all of those guys kept it cool, kept them coming, but also assisted me with question I may have, and gave me history on the country.. the housekeeping lady, even though I didn't need room turn down everyday, did amazing job, beach was clean, room was clean, and most important the driver who got me back and forth safe to the airport.. Will def stay again..
