• Ivana (7/5): - Great location! You are in the very center, we came by car and found a parking lot in the first street near the hotel! The pictures show the hotel in the condition it was in when it opened I guess😕 The location and the building in which the hotel is located deserve a little more attention to the dilapidated furniture, the tables in the garden of the restaurant are falling apart, the hotel restaurant is a bit of a shame, the room was not bad, but it would be nice to refresh everything with new furniture and details. Our room overlooked the courtyard, we reacted that we couldn't sleep because of the noise of the guy in charge of cleaning, he was dragging buckets, yelling and banging on the door. All in all, I expected a better condition of everything!

• Florinda (8/5): - Location is in the city centre, a few minutes walk from St. Stephen’s Basilica, one of the main tourist attractions in Budapest. Breakfast is good. On my first day, I found a small shampoo pack and an almost empty shower gel bottle used by the previous customer, still at the shower rack. They replaced the towels and make the bed everyday but the floor and bathroom sink were dirty. They should clean the room well!

Просторный стильный номер люкс с великолепным видом на шикарную улицу Андраши ! Подушки новые и безумно комфортные ! Немного бы хотелось освежить стены и некоторые детали мебели и продлить время завтрака хотя бы до 10.30, а лучше до 11.00

• MARIA (4/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε καλη τοποθεσία,δεν ήταν αρκετά καθαρό υπήρχαν τρίχες στο πάτωμα και ενώ είχε mini bar δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένα μπουκαλάκι νερό μέσα, το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό αλλά όχι κάτι φοβερό. Ζητήσαμε μεταφορά από και προς το αεροδρόμιο ενω ηταν στις παροχες και μας είπαν ότι δεν μπορούσε ο οδηγός να μας παραλάβει κάτι που μας ταλαιπώρησε αρκετά.

• Giorgio (6/5): Passabile - La posizione. Prezzo suite non conforme. La suite era una camera normalissima. In più la colazione sì doveva uscire in un altra struttura. Colazione povera.
• Renato (5/5): - L'Hotel è inserito all'interno di un condominio dove ci sono altre strutture alberghiere, anche un ostello per la gioventù. Il fabbricato è bello all'esterno ma maltenuto all'interno; molto sporca la scalinata e la ringhiera. In cinque giorni non ho mai visto qualcuno lavare le scale.Prima notte al primo piano in un camera con il letto su una pedana alta 50 cm dal pavimento, un'insidia pericolosa per chi si alza di notte per andare in bagno. Dalla seconda notte siamo stati trasferiti al secondo piano in una bella camera molto accogliente con veduta sulla Basilica di Santo Stefano. L'ascensore è rimasto guasto per tre giorni fino alla nostra partenza e ho dovuto portare i bagagli lungo le scale. Nei giorni 4 e 5 maggio è mancata l'acqua dal primo mattino senza avere alcuna possibilità di lavarci. Non si può classificare Hotel . Se non si riesce ad aggiustare un ascensore in tre giorni vuol dire che c'è un amministrazione condominiale molto poco tempestiva, sulla quale nulla possono i gestori dell'"Hotel".

• Shvedova (7/5): - Raňajky boli v pohode, prišla som o 9.40, zostalo toho menej, nic sa nedoplnalo, ale personal veľmi milý a prívetivý. Atmosféra miesta je úžasná, az na ten hluk 😁 Odhlúčnenie bolo minimálne, všetky zvuky z ulice a chodby (dokonca jemné chrápanie zo susednej izby) bolo počuť. Ani štuple du uši mi nepomohli zaspať, keď som sa o 6 zobudila od hluku premávky a hlasov na chodbe. Mám ale citlivý spánok, iného by to nemuselo tak vyrušiť.

• Arias (4/5): Siente el ruido de Budapest en tu habitación - Céntrico lo único a destacar Está situado entre dos avenidas principales, pegado a la basílica, muy mal aislado acústicamente, parece estás en un circuito de motos, como será la cosa que ellos mismos te suministran un juego de tapones para poder descansar. Habitación 215 vistas a la basílica, espectaculares, baño realmente pequeño y problemas en la ducha para la retención del agua, se sale por todos los lados. Edificio antiguo de otra época, puede tener su encanto, recepción en el primer piso y desayuno en el restaurante de al lado. Es lo que en España calificamos como pensión. No lo recomiendo por el ruido, insoportable.

Il y a de grands volets en bois intérieur pour la lumière le matin. C'est vrai que c'est dommage de prendre le petit déjeuner dans le restaurant d'application côté mais cela reste un détail.
• Keiša (10/5): Izcili! Noteikti paliktu atkārtoti. - Sāksim ar to, ka recepcijā strādāja ļoti jauka darbiniece, kas mani pat aizveda uz numuriņu un visu parādīja. Izcili! Numuriņš bija liels, ar visu nepieciešamo, tīra un ar lielisko skatu. Mani patīkami pārsteidza numuriņa interjers, tas bija kas unikāls. Kā arī atrašanās vieta bija izcila, 10 minūtes līdz parlamenta ēkai ar kājām. Paldies, es ļoti izbaudīju nakšņošanu šeit.

Le bruit dans la cour intérieure (entre autres, les poubelles à 4h30 du matin). Absence de volets ou rideaux sur la grande fenêtre de la salle de bain.
• haralambos (8/5): - Location perfect.staff perfect room size very good. Breakfast not so good. They don't keep it warm so after 7:30 breakfast is cold. The coffee machine for coffee disaster. And other small personal issue the music in the breakfast room opposite of breakfast music. So everything was perfect except anything that has to do with the breakfast.
