• AnjPasagui (7/5): - Good location. Near Taoyuan Train Station. Staffs are very accomodating.
• HUEI-HWANG (1/5): Don't book this one for you to stay. - Nothing The photos of the hotel and its facilities must be 15–20 years old, because the actual condition is completely different. The wallpaper is peeling off, and the bathroom shower enclosure was missing a proper door. The staff even tried 6–8 different rooms to find one with a working shower enclosure, but none of them had a functional door. The flexible pipe connected to the shower head was the wrong type—more like a garden hose. If you turn it the wrong way, the water shuts off entirely. The hot water was also a joke; it was barely warm and nowhere near hot enough for a comfortable shower. The lighting switch is placed right next to the pillow, so it turns on easily while you sleep. The room also lacks proper outlets for charging devices, which makes it very inconvenient for travelers. The toilet requires flushing three to four times to work properly—completely unacceptable. On top of that, many other things in the room simply do not function as they should. Worst of all, the hotel staff were doing maintenance work late at night. I could clearly hear them walking in the hallway almost every hour, making it impossible to rest. Overall, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I absolutely cannot recommend it to anyone.

• Yadav (2/5): - Staff and location. Room is very dirty, old, roaches in the room. It was extremely noisy. And very strong smell from the toilets. Honestly book somewhere else unless you really need to be close to the station.

• XUE-PU (8/5): 符合價位 - 交通便利，價格合理，設備老舊但合理，畢竟一分錢一分貨，隔音還ok，但可以聽得到開關門或是撞到東西的聲音，但是聽不到人聲。 清潔方面需要要加強，拆東西下來的螺絲釘還留在現場，還有漱口杯沒清潔乾淨，還留有垢。

• Santiago (5/5): Passable - Bed was super comfortable Lots of mosquitoes in the room. Pillow was super hard. Room was pretty old and dirty
• Paul (7/5): Perfectly Sufficient - Very clean in places where it mattered (linens, bathroom, floor). Mattress was relatively soft by Asian standards but still firm. If you're a Western then you know exactly what I mean. Rooms are quite large by Taiwanese standards with an extremely cold mini-fridge. AC works well and there's a standing fan in the room. Toilets have a bidet with heated water which is always a pleasure. Shower was hot, although pressure could be better. I stayed in room 113. Poor soundproofing. Recommend wearing earplugs whens sleeping. The hotel is clearly an older building and could benefit from renovations but it's still perfectly comfortable.

• Kha (7/5): Budget Stay & Friendly Staff - The front desk staff is friendly. And fast response when we text or asking question. We book last minute and flight delay cause late arrival for check in, however the front desk staff is still working at midnight and welcome us. Budget hotel, location consider close to train station Taoyuan. Value with this price range. The cleanlines if can improve further, then will be even better.

The telephone has no indication of which number should call for the assistance in the front desk. Guests should go down to the front desk to ask personally.
