Great location close to restaurant & bars, and easy walk to MRT to get around. The breakfast used to be up on the pool level with great view and lots of helpful staff. It is now in the renovated ‘fancy restaurant’ with less staff - one chef to cook the egg station AND the soup noodle dishes for everyone! - and the rest looking lost and not very helpful. No cold milk for cereal. The wifi is very patchy - especially in the restaurant.

- Raphael (6/5): - The hotel was in a great position, staff were friendly and helpful, however the places needs an update. Unlike other hotels I stayed at in Malaysia, this hotel room did not have a water filter, buffet breakfeast was limited in options for westerner and some faculties needed maintenance, such as the gym and pool.
- Salman (6/5): Not even 3 star, no shaver socket or bathtub! - We checked in late in the night. Next morning tried to address the concerns with management in writing and didn't really get a response until 2 days later. Spoke to reception and they offered a different room but that was no better so we decided not to go through the hassle of moving rooms. 1. There's only one bathroom between 4 people. 2. The bathroom was really unhygienic. There was seepage in the ceiling and mould in the shower tiles grouting. The toilet roll was so far back on the left side it was difficult to reach while on the pot and this is probably why the holder was broken so the roll kept falling off. 3. The first night we arrived the bed linen smelt used, it was disgusting. The pillowcases were yellowing. It was better after room service but their pillow cases are definitely really old/used and are not the same shade as the sheets so keep looking yellow which is unpleasant. 4. The rug in both rooms especially the one we stayed in was disgusting. It had different coloured stains and dirt all over it. Even after multiple days of room service it didn't look like it even had been vacuumed. I used a sheet to cover it so we could sit in that area. 5. We went down to check the pool and it was closed, the furniture was really dirty and old. The pool was really small and definitely not as shown in the photos. Please see my pics. 6. After the written complaint was acknowledged they tried to clean the seepage and it smelt so bad! The beds were comfy and location was good.
- James (2/5): - NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL!!! especially if you have children. There are streetwalkers (to say it politely) walking in and out the hotel at all times. Lack of cleanliness. During daily room service only the bed was made. Other than that, bathroom was untouched, toilet paper was not provided, and the raggedy old towels were not changed. As far as safety. There was construction going on and portable trolley systems were used on the exterior of the hotel, and even though the hotel advised to lock the valcony door, it did not make a difference as doors could be opened also from the exterior. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool as they had scaffold comming out from the middle of the pool. The most concerning about this was they let peole use the side of the pool next to the scaffold, which is super unsafe. A bad wind or an accident could easily hurt someone swimming next to it. Literally, you could swim to it and touch it and Something could have easylly felt from up above and hurt someone. Very concerning if you have kids. Lastly, I made my reservation directly with the hotel at first. However, I received an e-mail from the hotel asking to provide my credit card # within 24 hours or my reservation would be canceled. I replied, I was not going to share my credit card # and instead made my reservation through Expedia. I travel quite often and I have never given a 1 star review to a hotel. It is unfortunately, because Kuala Lumpur is a magnificent city to tour.

- Raymond (9/5): Excellent value for a spacious family aparthotel but be aware that it can be noisy in the evening due to the local nighl - We stayed in one of the two bedroom suites and it was very spacious, full of light and impeccably clean, perfect for a family of four with one king sized bed and two single beds. It looks like it has been recently renovated, the kitchen and furniture seems new and we noticed that painting works were underway in the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and a basic set of kitchen utensils were provided. Some good views at night. We also had lunch at the restaurant downstairs and this was good. Finally, the staff at the front desk were very helpful. While the hotel is centrally located, the immediate area around the hotel looks a little rough and there is a lot of nightlife with loud music that we could hear from our room (maybe we were unlucky with the orientation of our room). The air conditioning was also quite noisy.

Fantastic for anfamily of 4. The room on 13th floor had a beautiful view if the KL skyline including the new 118 floor building. Bukit Bintang MRT is only 500 m away. There are many restaurant s in the area including Indian ones just across the street. The infinite pol on 9th floor is also awesome .

- Verified traveler (6/5): Disapointing experience - Location is noisy with alot of pubs downstairs. Key card works intermittently. Gym equipment is old but usable. Breakfast spread is terrible. Only ate there 1 day and forgo another 2 days of my breakfast cos i wanted decent food given limited stomach capacity. For the price paid, will not go again unless there are good deals.

Kairul staff explained very well. I have been to many places , but this hotel Ramada suites was an Amazing, amazing experience.

- X8291RBdavidh (10/5): My favourite hotel in KL - This is my third stay within twelve months. The reason I keep returning as well as the convenient location to restaurants, bars, transportation are the lovely staff. Ayunani, Lawrence and all the front desk staff too many to mention always greet me Mr. David makes you feel really welcome. A lovely bowl of fruit with a welcome back Mr. David was waiting in my room. Rooms are spacious and quiet at rear of hotel. Unfortunately the shower cubicle is very small, the towels were really substandard this time.

- AkbarI65 (10/5): Special shout-out to Ayu and Prem - The room was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious, which made my stay very comfortable. I was especially impressed with the efficient check-in process and the impeccable customer service, particularly from Ayu, whose service was impeccable and Prem putting guests at ease with her calm demeanor While the breakfast spread wasn't anything to write home about, it was decent for the price I paid, offering enough variety to start the day off right. Despite this minor aspect, the overall experience was more than satisfactory, and I definitely plan on coming back in the future.

- buttster2016 (10/5): Excellent family stay - Very good hotel, excellent location to walk to many of the main sights plus lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Pool was great, gym fine, no water cooler in there or towels probably only negatives. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice each day, definitely try the Teh Tarik, freshly cooked eggs and appam on the outside area are very nice. Rooms, clean, comfortable and spacious, washing machine and large fridge were a bonus.

- Chitra (10/5): - I had a pleasant stay at Ramada Suites by Wyndham KLCC. The room was nice and comfortable, and I truly appreciated the opportunity for a late check-out due to work commitments. The service was great, and I especially enjoyed the view from my room facing the iconic TAR building. Overall, it was a very nice experience. The breakfast was delicious and a good start to the day. However, I noticed that the bathroom amenities did not include a toothbrush, and there was no bathroom mat provided. Other than that, everything else was good and well taken care of. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

- KitSuffolk_UK (8/5): A good fleeting visit - The spacious, well equipped and furnished room was a contrast to the slightly tatty lobby area, which for us was the right way around. We spent just one night here, so were sad not to be able to use all the facilities. It was in a very convenient area for restaurants and the breakfast was very good. Unlike some hotels in KL that are surrounded by traffic, walking around was very easy. The staff were very helpful.

- Yvonne (8/5): A very comfortable stay with good restaurants close by, sadly we only spent one night there. - Despite our initial experience when we were came to the hotel to take a shuttle bus, when we returned and stayed for a night, we were very impressed with the size and comfort of our studio. Our studio room was very well equipped. Maybe the lobby area could be smartened up?
