• Elisabetta (9/5): - Sia al chech-in che al chech-out ho trovato personale gentile, preparato e a disposizione del cliente. Sono stata anche fortunata poiché al mio arrivo ho ricevuto un upgrade della stanza che era davvero spaziosa. Un plagio anche alla pulizia, davvero eccellente. Se devo trovare solo un piccolo difetto, non vicinissimo alla metropolitana ma con 15 euro di taxi, sono arrivata dalla Stazione dei Treni. In generale ringrazio per la piacevolissima esperienza

Auch das Bad war wirklich toll - das Hotel dürfte entweder neu gebaut oder gerade umfangreich renoviert worden sein. Da ich geschäftlich da war, war die Lage zu meinem Meeting sehr gut. Für eine private Reise wäre mir das Hotel aber zu wenig zentral gewesen. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und aufmerksam.

Ze lopen actief rond, staan open voor een gesprek, geven tips voor restaurants in ‘t centrum en de bijbehorende busroute en schenken graag een kop koffie of consumptie voor je in. Er is sprake van een zeer persoonlijke service, waarbij je met je voornaam wordt aangesproken. Bij het vertrek wordt je uitgenodigd om terug te komen over niet al te lange tijd….. ..lichte voorkeur voor een inloopdouche ipv douchen in het ligbad, maar er lag een goede anti-slipmat klaar!

Buscaba un refugio fuera del bullicio del centro y encontré un hotel con muchísima personalidad y un ambiente íntimo que te hace sentir en un entorno premium desde que cruzas la puerta. Lo que más destacaría es la tranquilidad absoluta de la zona; el barrio de Pedralbes es residencial y silencioso, lo que garantiza una calidad del sueño impecable. La habitación me pareció amplia, elegante y muy cuidada, con ese toque clásico y sofisticado que se aleja de las grandes cadenas impersonales. El personal fue profesional y atento en todo momento, haciendo que la experiencia fuera muy fluida. Además, disfrutar de un desayuno de calidad y poder desconectar en su jardín es un lujo. Es la opción ideal si valoras la privacidad, el confort y un servicio impecable en una de las mejores ubicaciones de la ciudad. Sin duda, repetiré en mi próxima visita.
