• Dana (9/5): Wunderschönes außergewöhnliches Hotel! - Es ist wirklich ein so schönes außergewöhnliches Hotel! Ein ganze altes Gebäude, was sehr schön renoviert wurde! Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich gewesen. Ich kann leider kein Spanisch und nicht alle vom Personal konnten Englisch, aber man konnte sich trotzdem gut verständigen:) Die Lage ist recht abgelegen und ruhig. Ich hatte leider kein Auto deswegen muss man mit dem Bus schon weitere Wege auf sich nehmen aber ich glaube, wenn man ein Auto hat kommt sehr schnell überall hin. Obwohl das Gebäude sehr alt und hellhörig ist konnte ich dort sehr gut schlafen. Kommt sicherlich auch immer darauf an wie laut die anderen Gäste sind;) Das Frühstück war in Ordnung:) als Veganerin wird man da leider nicht so abgeholt, was aber glaub ich überall in Spanien so ist. Was ich wirklich toll finde ist, dass man sich (ich glaube von 8:00 bis 22:00) umsonst Kaffee an dem Automaten ziehen kann, den ich auch wirklich gut dafür fand! Ich denke das Empfinden ist da sehr individuell, aber ich fand mein Bett leider etwas zu hart. Zumal war es nicht richtig fest, weshalb es sich bei jeder Bewegung mit bewegt hat. Was mich ebenfalls etwas gestört war der Glockenturm (sieht zwar sehr schön aus) der neben meinem Schlafzimmer war. Dieser läutet von 8 Uhr morgens bis 0:00. Aber ich bin da auch etwas sensibel was Geräusche angeht. Kommt drauf an wie wichtig es einem ist aber: das WLAN hat in meinen Zimmer zumindest nicht mehr funktioniert, was ich ziemlich schade fand, da ich alleine unterwegs war und ich wenigstens dann auf dem Handy eine Serie schauen wollte, da der Fernseher auf dem Zimmer nur spanische Sender hatte. Ich habe mich dann aber in die Bibliothek gesetzt, wo der Empfang besser war und meine Serie heruntergeladen.

• Virginia (9/5): Hotel impecable con inmejorable calidad-precio - El hotel está recién hecho es muy cómodo, las habitaciones impecables las camas muy cómodas, el personal maravilloso, el desayuno muy rico, no es bufet libre como tal pero puedes pedir lo que quieras y te lo hacen en el momento de la carta de desayunos, te dejan las instalaciones y la nevera para cenas, que puedes dejar tus cosas sin problema y cenar de lo que compres porque ellos solo dan desayuno, hay un Mercadona en el pueblo Del alojamiento en si no tengo pegas solo las campanas de la Iglesia, tocan de 8 de la mañana a 12 de la noche… al menos respetan 8 horas pero se me hicieron muy insistentes

• Véronique (8/5): J'ai dû être rapatriée chez moi, mais si je reviens à Tenerife, je repasserai dans cet hôtel. - L'hôtel est plein de charme et la famille qui tient l'hôtel a été absolument adorable. J'ai été blessée pendant mon séjour. Le fils m'a descendue à la clinique. Sa maman a été chercher les médicaments à la pharmacie pour moi. Le personnel de l'hôtel est également souriant et très gentil lors des petits déjeuners.

• Emma (10/5): Perfect country hotel for recharging and connecting with nature - One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Pretty gardens, honesty fridge bar, huge iguana in tree by the pool. Staff friendly and helpful. Love that it's a family business with a chapel in memory of their grandparents in the garden. There's a folk museum nearby worth a visit. Great place to relax and recharge and connect with nature. If you want more of a night out the bus to surf town, El Medano is an easy 20 mins. The village has its own bus station with good connections. It's quiet but with nice traditional restaurants and cheap local bars - a great contrast to the more touristy areas of Tenerife. Nothing it was perfect. Not a luxury hotel but it doesn't need to be as it is authentic and traditional. The church bells ringing may bother a light sleeper but I slept well.

Mooie buitenruimte met zitjes bij het zwembad en de sinaasappelbomen, zodat je ook op locatie fijn kunt verblijven.Gezellige ontbijtruimte, met mogelijkheid je eigen lunch klaar te maken. Fijn personeel. Om iets te beleven of te zien van de omgeving, moet je altijd met de auto op pad.

The pool is not heated, and the jacuzzi is located within the pool. We had understood that it would be separate. As the weather in Tenerife was colder than usual, we would have appreciated having access to a warm jacuzzi.

Vispār tas ir ģimenes uzņēmums ar savu auru un ļoti vērtīgām vēstures liecībām par lauksaimniecību un sadzīvi. Gulta varēja būt nedaudz mīkstāka😃 bet spilvenu daudz👍

Es un hotel fuera de los estándares normales de hotel de vacaciones, diría que estaría en el de hotel con encanto y la verdad que nos gustó mucho, está todo muy cuidado! El desayuno es muy completo!. Tiene una pequeña piscina aunque no la utilizamos. Hotel totalmente recomendable.

• Onni (8/5): Nice rural hotel with a lovely staff. - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ordered from a menu, which we found unusual, but the food was excellent and the portion sizes more than plenty. The hotel was located next to a church and the church bells could be heard clearly even in the most remote room. The hotel parking space was entirely occupied throughout our stay so we had to park elsewhere, which was annoying. Also, the wi-fi worked really poorly in most rooms and not even our own mobile connection could penetrate the walls of our room.

Staff disponibile e gentile, all'arrivo ci ha consigliato un ristorante ottimo per cena! La colazione è ricca con diverse opzioni, c'è una piscina interna a disposizione degli ospiti. Camera ampia e comoda, in stile vintage. I rintocchi della chiesa di S. Antonio non aiutano chi ha il sonno leggero - ma l'ultimo è a mezzanotte. Può capitare di non trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze ma con un po' di pazienza alla fine qualcosa si trova. In bagno chiuderei la doccia per evitare di bagnare il pavimento.

Fantasztikus volt a reggeli napsütésben a teraszon étkezni. Közel a reptér. A házigazda és a személyzet nagyon barátságos. Csak ajánlani tudom! A közeli kis templom harangozása zavaró lehet, de meg lehet szokni.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with every comfort. The common areas are also very nice, with a lovely little terrace, a swimming pool, and a lounge with books, chess, board games, and more. Romeo at the reception is a fantastic person, always available for anything and always with a smile on his face. Highly recommended. Nothing.

We had a very warm welcome and perfect service during the breakfast. Which is not self service and it is a big plus in my opinion. The breakfast was very tasty and more than enough for us. Our room was cleaned every day. If you are searching for a calm place with nice staff, this hotel is a very good choice.
• Annetoinette (9/5): Beautiful rural hotel in the mountains. - Beautiful old-world charm hotel located in a traditional Tenerife town. There are lovely outdoor terrace areas, small but extremely cold pool, chapel, and a wonderful garden with orange and advacado trees. There is an upstairs lounge area, with large TV, books, and board games. Breakfast offering, while not expansive, is freshly cooked to order. With orange juice, coffee, ceral, fruit, and cake, also on offer. I really enjoyed the breakfast experience. The property is extremely clean throughout, with staff proactively caring for the property. There is a drinks fridge where at the end of your stay via the honesty box approach, you pay for your consumption. There is also a fridge for guests to store their food and drink. The rooms are well appointed and clean with air-conditioning. However, I was a little disappointed with my room as it didn't appear to be as traditional as other rooms. The water temperature in the shower was lukewarm. All staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The property is small and very relaxed.

Simple breakfast on the terrace watching Grenadilla come to life. Comfortable but simple room. Small pool and terrace surrounded by oranges and avocados. Lovely staff. • Nick (8/5): - This hotel is SO different to the normal tourist complexes in the area. It feels like a family run hotel, with friendly personable staff and a true Spanish style. If you want a friendly relaxing start to your holiday, we can highly recommend it.
• Cécile (8/5): Convivialité et bienveillance dans cadre bucolique - Si la petite ville où se trouve l'hôtel n'a pas d'attrait particulier, l'hôtel est particulièrement convivial et agréable : un très beau jardin plein de recoins, d'orangers et un avocatier (en libre-service!), une mini-piscine pour se rafraîchir, une conception familiale (petis recoins partout), personnel extrêmement gentil (le matin de notre départ matinal, il nous a été préparé un petit-déjeuner pique-nique !), attentionné et bienveillant : rien n'est un problème ! Il ne faut pas s'y rendre pour y retrouver un contexte de modernité mais au contraire un bien-être du siècle passé loin du stress citadin : on a l'impression d'être accueillis chez nos grands-parents avec bienveillance et confiance avec la présence du petit-fils (Roméo !) toujours souriant, prévenant et positif.... Pratique pour les randonneurs : un réfrigérateur à disposition avec boites pour y déposer des aliments personnels. Proximité d'un supermarché et mise à disposition de la salle à manger des petits-déjeuners ou tables des terrasses pour consommer les repas apportés. Si nous ne pouvions nous connecter au wifi de notre chambre, un salon convivial nous y accueillait. Donc pas de problème, nous a fait comprendre Roméo, toujours positif.
