- Min Huei (10/5): 酒店的整體氛圍 - 從酒店大門開始，直到櫃檯辦理住宿登記，我所接觸到的每一位員工，都展現了積極的服務精神，與提供了熱忱的服務態度，讓即使是透過旅遊网站的訂房，也感覺到自己是倍受禮遇的。前檯人員的詳細解說與耐心，都充分的顯示出，酒店對每位客人的重視。
- Chau Ha Tina (10/5): - A very good and modern hotel. Spacious, clean and contemporary guest room. Terrific layout of bathroom. The hotel staff are super attentive and friendly. The breakfast is excellent and got a variety of food. To sum up, I highly recommend this hotel which is one of the best in the Hilton group.

- T (8/5): - コーヒーカップの底とスプーンに何か白い硬い物がこびりついていた。ちゃんと洗っているのか疑問。それ以外の清掃はできていました。部屋が暑く、エアコンも効かなかった。汗が出るほどではなかったので、良しとします。
- dono (8/5): - best hotel in the area by western standards. Only complaint is the sauna/steam is never prepped in the morning, so you have to wait 15 minutes for it to warm up. Surely the staff could turn it on first thing when gym opens???
